First The flight got delayed because one of the crew members was late and we couldn’t board until she arrived. Then we all boarded and got held in the tarmac for another 30 min.
20 year old 737 but really poor service from the flight attendants who must have been new.
My service light was on 15 minutes before I had to get up and find a glass of ice. And I was in business class. The meals were not for either my wife and I. She did not eat the entire 10 hour flight and I managed a bowl of soup. I was expecting much more from business with what we paid.
Round trip flight to Canada and back to the US was smooth and efficient.
The only thing I would say is we tried to get on a standby earlier flight, but with our fair we couldn’t. That seems senseless to leave with open seats..
It was delayed but other than that it was great.
Crew was good. The reservation got mixed up and they didn't have my TSA number. I am also a Silver Medallion and wasn't able to use Sky Priority.
There was supposed to be a meal served, but there wasn’t and the major toilet was out of order
At first, we were on the runway for about an hour, literally. The Captain did explain that the Control Tower just had a change shift (sounds like an unrealistic excuse) and then that we had to change a runway. A regular economy seat is made for 12 yo twiggy. I understand Delta wants to push for an upgrade, but after sitting in a Comfort seat and in First class. I would say First class is not worthy of my money. The landing was delayed because of the weather in NYC, I don't hold that against Delta, of course. The Captain did alert us to that upon takeoff in Vegas and again as we reached NY.
I have to say that Delta has improved their service radically since I flew with them last. I purposely have avoided flying with them for years owing to absolutely terrible service. This is no longer the case, I am glad to say.
Flight was delayed but more than 90 minutes. This caused me to miss my available windows for pick-up by a friend. I had to pay $125 for an uber back home from the airport which was an added expense that I had not budgeted for my trip. Staff was friendly.

They lost my luggage, so, not happy. The crew was nice but my suitcases never made it, still trying to find out what happened!
Flight was delayed 8 times. We were sitting at the airport for 14 hours. We got 2 hours of sleep (if that) on what was not meant to be a red-eye.
The flight attendants were great, I joked with one I can’t remember her name, a blond, really sweet. I thought it was run well very professional. This was great i survived Spirit, I know for which I speak.
My priority checked bag was not loaded on the flight. I had to sit in baggage claim in Las Vegas for 2 1/2 hours waiting for the next flight. All baggage staff were very helpful, tracking showed it as scanned for loading. Nobody told me why it wasn't on my flight.
First class felt like economy, seats were horrible, food was horrible, staff inattentive
Seats are outdated. Entertainment relies on personal device. Boarding was delayed due to inaccurate passenger tracking, resulted in late arrival at Reno.
The departure was delayed by 1 hour. The seat was comfortable and selection of entertainment is very good.
Paid WiFi was only available for a few minutes. Avoid at all costs.
My flight was cancelled due to weather but Westjet got me on a new flight in a timely and efficient manor.
No internet, not even westjet connect makes for a boring flight
Our first flight from LAX to Winnipeg was changed but you never informed us at all. It went from a nonstop flight to a stay at Calgary. This impacted our trip negatively as we arrived much later than we planned to. Our returning flight was horrible. The flight was delayed 6 hours!! And we were NOT going to wait that long. The only way we got on our original flight was running there. However all of our suitcases were now coming on the delayed flight. It was the worst experience we ever had flying. I want my money back.
Lots of overhead storage and a good crew and service.

It was an awesome experience flying with Westjet. This was my first domestic flight experience in Canada.
The flight itself was fine, but two of the ladies at the gate were extremely rude to a few of us in line. Their customer service really needs some help. I’ve always had good experiences with WestJet until these two ladies. They had the worst attitudes and really left a bad taste in my mouth after a good trip
Smooth process, on time. Everything ran perfectly. It would be nice to have in flight entertainment and better food choices but these were short flights so not a big deal

Very tight leg room and not a fan of the new policy on no free carry on luggage. Besides that, it was fine.

Sat on the tarmac with no ventilation for almost an hour, without a single word from the crew. Appalling. When Air Canada goes bankrupt, again, almost everyone in Canada will be cheering.
If you have checked the status of my booking you would have seen that it was cancelled. And the travelers insurance we purchased only covered $100 per ticket. So my overall experience with kayak and air canada is poor
The plane for my second flight was reassigned. We had to wait for them to get a different plane out of the hangar and call in a crew
