A few improvements: 1. No signages at the airport that the porter airline was a codeshare and i could check-in at American counter. 2. Crew at the gate said they couldn't change my reward to Alaska - despite that being done previously 3. Despite there being many open seats, i was assigned a seat at the very back near lavatory, last row. Fortunately, the pilot wanted more people moved up so the flight attendants moved me up. It seemed very odd to have been stuck in last row with very few people nearby..
The flight booking code given by Kayak was not the correct one used by the airline. I had to call to get the correct one. It was never sent to me. Totally unacceptable!

As a first time flyer with Porter I was happy with the service and comfort of the airline.
Other than wifi no on board entertainment. Will use them again, roomier seats than other airlines and snacks and beverages, better than average
I like it, but the food isn't good. They need to offer more simple things. This bowls that have so many things your don't know what your are eating. The milenials like it, no the rest. And last but not least, they allowed somebody have a huge dog, vey agressive and fidgety in the flight. That's horrible. No animals should be allowed inside the airplane, what about allergies, etc
The flight was half empty yet they charged me $50 for a basic carry on! I saw how passengers of different colors were treated differently.
There was a 5 hour delay. Missed connection and now an almost 21 hour lay over!
Three hours on the tarmac with almost zero communication from the cockpit. Not when offered a water in the interim. In my 67 years of flying all over the world the worst experience ever. The plane was half empty, however had to pay for seats to sit next to my girlfriend. Extra to take a carry on. I would never fly Porter again even for free.
Flight was delayed over 2 hours, then landed at a different airport!
The flight was full and good as could be expected. We arrived early which is always a good thing.
When flying premium on a two our flight a light lunch would have been nice considering the price you pay. A Kit Kat bar and bag of chips is rather cheap service.

We got delayed to the point of having a 20 hour layover. That is absurd. I couldn’t believe it. I’m furious.

The checked luggage still hasn't arrived yet. 42 h later. We saw it being unloaded in the stopover location. It was. 5 hour layover so it wasn't a rushed transfer. One positive aspect, it was close to being on time and the crew that came on the clean the plane was very efficient.
Plane should have entertainment, instead of people paying to use wifi

Hey it got me from A to B on time on a crazy day. No food is offered in board No entertainment options And worst of all, no communication regarding baggage claims in Atlanta!! Having precleared CBP in Canada and landing at a domestic gate I expected to pickup baggage at the domestic terminal. No indication in app of where to pick up bag. No text message from WestJet. So I went to domestic where my bag was NOT. Do you know what a pain it is to get from domestic terminal to international at ATL? 45 min ordeal. My bag was still on the carousel, along with many other WestJet bags from mine and other flights. I pity any arriving customer not familiar with ATL trying to find their bags in this circumstance. And then no way to catch Marta from international. This falls far below the standards expected of modern airlines.
Packed very carefully and did a 4 day trip with a 'personal item' only. Much less trouble than a carry on. Only 'entertainment' i need is the flight map. Did not work.

Delays. Poor support booking a hotel after a diverted flight.
Because of a change in aircraft, I was unable to experience the business class I paid for and was disappointed.
Very clean plane, staff were courteous, complimentary wifi and beverages are nice, and it was nice to have a whole row to myself! I do miss having seatback entertainment, though. And the prices are getting ridiculous, especially with the different teared tickets. But the flight overall was great.
Nuts would be better than pretzels as the non sweet snack
Kind and accommodating staff. Comfy seats. Plenty of leg and luggage room.
Flight was great, no plug in for charging and no inflight entertainment.
Seat cushion had lost much of its give and the entertainment monitors on the old A320 fleet are small.
