It seems that there is no control over the placement of carry on luggage in relation to seat selection. many people entering the aircraft drop of luggage in the bins close to the front of the cabin even when they are sitting at the rear... Simple solution would be to assign luggage based on zone. Zone A to Be Window seat. Zone B to be a centre seat and Zone C to be Aisle seat. Designate a portion of the overhead bin to be A, B and C like the seats. Ensure that baggage is transported to the seat designated."

In Toronto the WestJet agent directed us back to the Departure counter which required us to go back through security. There was three gate changes and the flight to Vancouver was late. Our transit to the hotel was closed resulting in an extra expense with taxi fares. Not a good experience overall."

I had to buy a one way expensive tickets because my connection was loss due to the issues with the FL rigth from Charlotte"

This was an Embraer 175 jet...will never fly on one of these again. Had a hard landing in excellent weather. Flew the same route back to Charlotte on an American Airlines A320...these seats were comfortable and the landing was smooth even with a 20mph crosswind."

I could see the gate from the security line and the security line was EMPTY. There was no reason for them not to let me get on the plane, but they ended up scheduling me for a flight to Denver with the connecting flight in the morning- delaying my trip 24 hrs and charging me an extra 125$!!! I ended up paying an extra 85$ to American and was able to get to PHX that afternoon! The ladies at United were straight up RUDE too. When I told the lady at the counter my name she rolled her eyes."

Cons: "I flew to Charlotte, NC last week from Houston with my husband for a funeral. The flight there went smoothly and we used the United app to check in and get our boarding passes. When it came time to check in for our flight home my husband was able to get his boarding pass, but they said mine was unavailable. Obviously concerned I called United. After being on hold for over an hour I was able to speak to a representative. I was told that I hadn't show up for my flight to Charlotte... so they had canceled the returning flight. Not only was I on that flight my boarding pass was scanned twice (one at security and once during boarding). The representative then told me to go to the airport the next day and "try" to explain what happened. I don't know if this was some sort of glitch in the system, but I was very concerned and upset that someone could be on a flight with no record of them being on the plane... and that I was having to spend 2 hours trying to figure out if I could go home after a very stressful day... during a time when I should have been with my family. The next day I had to show up the the airport extra early while the representative there tried to figure out how to reactivate my ticket. Overall, an awful experience... I don't think I will be flying with United again anytime soon."

I slept in the parking lot due to the fact the locksmith could only open the doors and could not cut new electronic keys until morning. I am extremely enraged over this incident. I know the keys were contained in this article due to the fact that the Keychain was left on top, without keys. I could not imagine why someone would remove these keys from my Keychain that holds only those keys. I would like to hear your openion on the matter. Thanks, Alexander Kruse"
