My flight was cancelled last minute and I had to pay $1600 for flights, when my original flights were $300. It was a terrible experience.
The flight was cancelled at the last minute. Will never fly Spirit again. Without a doubt the worst airline around.
My flight was delayed several times and eventually cancelled. Then the re-booked flight for 8pm was delayed multiple times over, and eventually it would have forced me to be at the airport for 9 hours. I accepted a rebook for the following day, fortunately I was able to stay with my friend again in New York, but if I didn’t have him as a resource it would have been much more upsetting.
Great experience for my first time on Spirit. Wey clean plane, great staff, very smooth. Gave food and entertainment “poor” simply because there was no option for NA….i did not get food nor did I order WiFi….so not a fair assessment but neither would giving top marks without experiencing. Overall, great experience.
Everything was fine. I'm average height and I pack light. I'm ready for my Spirit flight.
The seat belt was lengthy enough that I did not need an extender. Courteous and helpful flight attendants.

Flight was delayed a bit, but that was expected (and updated), so really not bad at all for the price. Could’ve used one less email asking me to upgrade my seat; otherwise no significant complaints
It’s what we expected from Spirit..reasonable cost, good for a 2-3 hour flight. Disappointed that we had a 2 hour delay in departure from DFW for a maintenance issue, but the pilot handled it well once we were outbound on a different Airbus.
