This airline is never a disappointment. Always on time. Short haul from YLW to YYZ , best way to travel.
Boarding was fine, and flight was on time. During the flight however, you aren't even offered a drink of water. The carts never leave the galleys. All the attendants said the whole time is take your headphones off and buckle your seatbelt. For the price I wouldn't expect 5 star service, but maybe a drink would have been acceptable
Nothing needs to change as it is such a short flight.
The employees at the counter when we first arrived were very helpful and kind. The flight attendants were are very pleasant and helpful. I appreciated we departed on time.
Not having a screaming baby in my row the whole trip would have improved the experience.

No issues at all! Seats are small with very little leg room but it's what you expect from a low budget airline. I would definitely use them again.
Premium class - the food could have been much better such as a veggie tray or fruit tray or cheese & crackers.
Don't fly westjet if you help it. Incredibly bad system/app, does not work. I have to fight westjet now for money back on goods I didn't receive and hotels because of delays. Extremely stressful flying westjet. For the cost of the plane tickets I felt utterly robbed. I also feel bad for the under paid staff at the westjet help desk who have to deal with so many ripped off and angry customers. Companies should not be allowed to operate like this! I don't know how they get away with it?
The flight was on time - which is good. But pretty much every other aspect of the experience was bad. They charged 55$ for a carry on bag!
It was my first experience with westjet and it is really awesome to travel with westjet. I highly recommend to everyone.
Flight was old and the seats were not comfortable at all. They made me pay 55$ to take my carry-on bag onboard.
I liked absolutely NOTHING, Westjet is the worst airline in the world, they should be ashamed, they treated me like dirt, let's put it this way, I am truly pissed off. If anyone cares about my experience someone should call me so I can tell how bad my experience was, what a shame
Westjet is the worst airline in the world, they are absolutely terrible, there are to many things that happened that I can't explain in this message, I would like to talk to someone about my ordeal. I am partial handicapped and that I can only walk a short distance, I calculated how far I walked and it was more than a kilometer, the pain is so bad today I have to go to my docor, they told me there was nobody available to take me to my gate, this is just one instance. This is not finished yet, I need to contact westjet and let them know about my trip from hell
I was good overall. The boarding was on time and the crew members very accommodating. The pilots were very informative and experienced. The flight was excellent. One of the best take off and landed I ever had, it was very smooth and control.

My place was cancelled at the last minute throwing my traveling schedule off. I barely made it on the last ferry home.

Lines at gate boarding is messy. It spills into traffic which causes other travelers to snake around the boarding passengers. Need better traffic control.
Crew was rushed to get food out and left trash for a long time on our tables.
The flight was booked solid and there is no leg room for anyone over 6 feet tall, which is probably 25% of your customers. I have selected aisle seats and was given the middle twice. This is not something that can be changed, so I shouldnt bring it up, but that is my feedback.
Entertainment wasn’t working on the flight so no movies or wifi. I was at the lavatories and the crew were chatting at the back. I asked them for a glass of wine and they told me to go back to my seat and get my credit card and bring it back to them. I thought it would have been nicer for them to come to me but they didn’t want to get up from chatting with colleagues. Not great customer service.
