Pros: Nothing. Cabin crew were good looking. The captain actually spoke English!

Cons: Cabin crew were very rude and stuck up. Food tasted very average considering it's non paid for. You have to pay for any bag that's bigger than a Laptop case. Layout of the aircraft makes you want to crawl out of your skin. Even water isn't included in your flight ticket! Airport.. Wow. Horrible

YYZ

Mediocre 3.6

Pros: You get what you pay for... still the cheapest way to travel to Europe

Cons: Crew is very unwelcoming and cold. Won't even serve you a glass of water without making you pay. Aircraft is extremely cheap (had a broken back rest and crew didn't do anything) and very short leg space. Will try to make you pay for personal items even if barely off size (e.g. backpack with rigid frame). No entertainment and food is very limited and crazy expensive.

Good 6.5

Pros: Staff were very nice on the flight. Price of ticket was great if you're able to travel light & bring a small personal item only (otherwise you are charged for baggage).

Cons: Your flight is only economical if you don't need to bring a carry-on or check a bag. Also if you bring your own snacks/light meal as everything else is an added cost. Water isn't even provided. Seats are ok, could be a bit more comfortable.

YYZ

Okay 4.3

Pros: The cabin crew, their uniforms, the pink lights, the menu for souvenirs.

Cons: Lack of communication, fees are very expensive for luggage. I flew Toronto to Iceland and Iceland to London. In Toronto the crew arrived late and had people who checked in online come and show their iD documents. People were confused and lining up for regular boarding so half way through they just started boarding. It was ridiculous.

Cons: When I booked this flight last March the booking info said 1 free bag. When we got to the airport we were told that we had to pay $94 Can per bag because we had Economy Light class. We had the same issue returning but the cost was $55 US. On top of that Iceland Air changed planes and bumped us from row 10 to 41 - the last row. Bizarrely there is no customer service desk at the Reykjavik Airport - they just give you a little card with the website for customer service. I don't understand how any airline does this! BTW, they blame the third party for the issues! That is you!!!

YYZ
KEF
Mediocre 2.0

Cons: The bag check in process was unorganized. The bag belt was not working and out bags were left outside of the counter. They were not scanned in and did not make the flight even though we arrived at the airport 3 hours before boarding. It is very disappointing to get to Iceland and not have clothing to go explore. We are hopeful the bags will arrive before we leave.

Pros: I really enjoyed flying with Iceland Air. One bag included for check in with ticket - which can be hard to come by these days. As well, the plane was brand new, leather seats and entertainment system. There was water and a blanket waiting for you at your seat once you boarded. They were very efficient and the crew made the trip a pleasant journey. Would highly recommend!

Pros: The plane was clean and the crew was flashy looking. i understand better the services not offered on a discount airline now having flown with one. The departure was reasonably close to schedule.

Cons: The cabin crew was austere. WOW Air has taken advantage of the term discount. Typical services are still on offer but for a cost, for example: reserving seats and for the location of the seat, for any luggage, for rental of tablets in place of screens, for water or snack. No Wifi. The cost of the flight did not reflect these add-on services. It didn’t feel like a discount flight.

Cons: I was flying from Amsterdam with a connecting flight in Iceland To my final destination Toronto, The morning of the flight I received a text message from WOW air as well as an email informing me that the flight has been delayed by an hoir, When I got to the Iceland to catch my next flight, the gate was closed, I called them a few times waiting on the line for 30 minites each time for their assistance, finally when they pocked up the phone they said they were mot responsible !!! Garbage company, stay away from these scammers

Pros: We didn't crash so that's a bonus.

Cons: Well first off it was a connector flight from Toronto to Reykjavik to Oslo to Tromso, Norway. The first leg was delayed and then they lost my baggage, which happens, I get it. But then due to the delayed flight and lost baggage I missed my connection to Tromso. Then apparently neither airline can do anything to help me so I lose my entire flight cost because I booked through a third party. So I had to rebook a new flight at a premium cost just to get where I needed to go or risk losing my whole vacation. On top of that the baggage they lost is my backpack...hard to go backpacking across Norway with no backpack. Then they ship the backpack to the wrong airport, incorrectly wrote down my wrong cell number so they couldn't even call me...one cluster f*ck after another.

Okay 5.3

Cons: My boarding pass had me in row 9, at boarding they pushed me back to row 34, the last row on the plane. And the flight attendant was a little heavy, couldn't walk passed without bumping me. So much for sleeping.

Airport.. Wow. Horrible

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in CAD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
