Pros: The Airbus was so futuristic. If you can make it more futuristic, even better.

Cons: I didn't like that I had to put my bag under when there was plenty of room overhead.

Cons: When we booked this trip via Kayak, we thought that we were booking on Westjet. Westjet knew nothing about the flight when we tried to check in.

Pros: Direct flight to JFK using Delta. Was not aware that I was NOT flying on West Jet therefore encountered problems searching for a way to check in online. Ground crew airport check in at the Delta counter and at the Boarding gate was helpful and efficient. However request for Special Assistance in Toronto was poorly handled. We did not accept the conditions offered to us as one wheel chair operator had to push 3 passengers and I had to wait for him to return to me after two people were brought to their gates. My Husband had to wheel me in to my gate.

Cons: More leg room.

Cons: Waiting at Toronto airport from 8 oclock to 11 oclock pm

Cons: 1 hour 35min delay for a 1 hour 40 minute flight!!

Cons: No TV service on an 11 hour flight. Really? It's 2016 can we get Air Canada into this decade please.

Cons: Time is money. Instead of telling customers to arrive 3 hours before departure and it is their problems if they can make it, a better way to be helpful is to have representatives ready to spend 3 minutes to look at customers' status, offer feasible options and point people to the right directions right away. Be a part of the solution! Don't be such a pain when you can offer a helping hand.

Pros: they gave me the special food

Cons: Heads up to US citizens coming in from Canada: customs took 45 minutes, on a week day morning when there were very few of us.

Cons: Perfect for what I needed.

Cons: The flight kept getting delayed, and the airline kept having different reasons, do we did not take the flight. It was delayed so long we would have missed our connection in dulles.

Pros: The level of service and appearance of employees. The entire staff was very attentive and offered assistance multiple times. The airplane was clean and kept at good temperature which is a plus because other airlines don’t put focus on this.

Cons: Our seating could have been placed in a better range. We had a party of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) our seating was split sporadically, the 2 adults were split and placed in two different rows next to 2 other single individuals. The 2 children were placed in the back rows. Same rows next time!!!

Pros: 787 is a nice plane. I also like getting miles since I accumulate most miles with United. Not much else to boast about.

Cons: The outbound plane from Newark to Frankfurt was late by 1.5 hr because United could not figure out how to bring the plane (that was sitting in the middle of the airfield to the gate and then they realized that they need get catering supplies to feed the passengers and we were waiting for that too. The inbound flight from Frankfurt to Newark was late by 1.45 hours since they were fixing a computer problem on board. The flight was totally over air-conditioned and when I asked to bring an extra blanket for me the flight attendant started lecturing me that I was wearing shorts and a polo shirt (in the 86F heat at FRA and EWR it was ok!) and that she had no blankets. The second flight attendant who for some reason came 2 miins after the first one apologized for the attitude of his female colleague and immediately brought me an extra blanket.

Pros: Flight left on departure and on board air cooling system was much welcome. Cabin crew were polite.

Cons: Cabin was untidy, goodness knows what was stowed away at the back of seats towards the rear of the cabin, so rear of cabin was unwelcoming. Cabin crew should keep some overhead lockers for their own use. Poor sound quality on Inflight entertainment, either that or Headphones were poor. Food portions were painfully small (lunch of chicken risotto) AND I found pretzel flavoured breakfast bap unpopular.

Cons: Seats are extremely limited in space. I know it’s not only United but I’m an average sized guy and a 4 hour flight is a challenge.

Cons: The flight was full and my carry-on had to be checked due to other passengers bringing oversized carry-on. The beverage service did not occur until 10 minutes before landing. Options were limited to water only. The flight was extremely rough and the pilot slammed the plane on landing.

Cons: I was traveling with a piece of artwork and had to check it in oversized luggage, but as I was going through customs, I wasn't allowed in, because the Westjet team couldn't find it. I was escorted to their waiting zone, where I spent 1.5 hours waiting in limbo trying to figure out what I could do. Thank goodness the flight was delayed 80 minutes, because I was finally able to make the flight with 2 minutes to spare after running to the gates. The flight time, 65 minutes. I find it hard to believe the flight got delayed an entire flight. To couple that, when the plane landed in LGA (where I am as I write this), we're stranded on the runway because we don't have clearance to pull into our taxi area.

Pros: I was put on hold for a flight that went 2 hours earlier. Almost no waiting at all and staff was very helpful! This only works if you just have carry-on baggage. Everyone was concerned to get me to the flight on time from Checking-in to boarding! Also they were taking care of my backpack that didn't fit in the storage because it was full already. Thank you! I will definetly choose AirCanada again in the future!

Cons: I was disappointed that for the first time since I have been flying, they did not allow my carry-on with me. It was not that bad though because by the time I got through customs and made it to the baggage carousel the bag was waiting for me.

Pros: The plane was nice and the entertainment on the flight was great! Flight crew very friendly.

Cons: Our plane was delayed multiple times and we were not provided an explanation as to why. For as expensive as this fare was the fact that Delta was at fault for the delay and did not offer any compensation for that delay is frustrating. A few extra free snacks doesn’t cut it.

Pros: The service both on board and in the airport was wonderful. This helped make my trip that much more enjoyable, and can't imagine picking another airline to Canada - I will always pick Porter Airlines!

Cons: They didn’t tell me I had to pay 110$ to bring on carry on luggage! Unacceptable. I will never fly porter again.

Cons: The flights were cancelled after everyone was already waiting for a long time for their delayed flights. Then the rebooking process took way too long after the staff at the airport said it would take 20 minutes. The website is extremely confusing about which flight you are rebooked, confirmed or on standby. After waiting at the airport for five hours, I still ended up having to spend the night in Toronto. I flew back the next day after my flight was rebooked four times... I filed a claim for hotel reimbursement, but no responses after three days....

Cons: The departure was delayed by one hour. No explanation was given.

Pros: The flight was on time both boarding and landing. My checked baggage was there when we arrived at the baggage spot. This was the best part.

Pros: Made up time lost to bad weather. Several announcements from pilot-I always like that. Makes me feel more personally cared for. "My friend the pilot is taking me there". That might explain how it makes me feel. Wish they did it more. Don't usually complain but below you will see I did.

Cons: Your headrest are especially cheap, plastic like, with little padding. Being in back row(no recline) would have been manageable if I could have leaned head to side to rest on something that extended out. Left too much light on (all down center) for an overnight flight. Served heavy dinner at 2am. Woke everyone up. Later light breakfast would have been more appropriate. Bathrooms reeked and waste bin overflow. Stewardess in back chatting. Don't they ever check?. They didn't seem to want to there.

Cons: The overhead bin space of this airplane was too small. My suitcase, which fits on every other type of plane, could not fit on this one. I had to check it and then go grab it at baggage claim, therefore having to go through security again. This was not the most convient for a tight connection.

Cons: Flight cancelled without ever receiving any notice -- I found out when I was in the security line. Waited 1.5 hours to talk to an agent. On standby for 7 hours. No food vouchers. Air Canada agents gave very little information, didn't care at all that they had cancelled dozens of flights.

Cons: Delayed boarding, no room in overhead bins even after being charged extra for carryon and had to stuff it at my feet, even at row 15, after being charged more for that too.

Cons: The flight was delayed so I missed my connection, spending 6 hours in the Houston airport

Cons: It would be great if airlines would identify where infants are sitting when it comes to upgrading seats. I spent $350 so my husband and I could be kicked and pushed non-stop by a screaming and crying infant. If we had known, we would’ve saved our money and just sat in economy.
