My flying experience was not great. The temperature was ridiculously low. I had a sweater and a big jacket and even then. Since my ticket was an economy ticket, I suppose I didn’t deserve a blanket as they were only available for business. The result, o got a cold I have not been able to shake off in 6 days which has absolutely ruined my stay in Japan as I hasn’t had the chance to leave my hotel room. Everything else that was good, had overshadowed by this. BE A LITTLE MORE HUMAN

The food was not as good as Air New Zealand. The veg pasta was pass-able but the veg cibotta sandwich was dry, hard and not up to par. The coach staff were attentive and accommodating.

Air conditioning was turned to the wrong setting. Way too hot. The entertainment system kept resetting and didn’t work half the flight. Said something to the crew. They didn’t do anything to help. Plane had a mechanical problem that resulted in 2.5 hour delay. Boarded the plane, had to disembark and get back on.

Flight was delayed by 2 hours. Got lucky that i had a long connection, else would have certainly missed my connecting flight. Food is just okay, specially the breakfast is worse . Asked for water 30 mins before landing, the response is that we are landing so everything is packed . I guess traveling in economy that’s what we get. Probably business class passengers would get a different answer. Only good thing is that wifi service is available from auckland to lax for most part Next time will try united or American and then compare.

Good and appreciate the effort Air Zealand puts into using more environmentally friendly food containers and utensils. yay! One of the better airlines for this for sure. Still some bad stuff, but at least Air NZ is trying. :) Also really enjoyed the bluetooth option for personal headsets. :)

Do the bumpy weather the whole trip they were very few times when the seatbelt sign wasn't on

Like: Aircraft was better than others I've flown in. Crew was great, food was very good. Air New Zealand is now my favorite airline. On our long flight from AKL to YVR there was enough room for those of us in Economy to stretch a bit. My sister is disabled and they took very good care of her and me. Best entertainment offering of all the other airlines. Not so much; Flight from AKL to YRV was delayed BUT they recovered really well so no complaints here. Pretty petty point to complain about. Only negative I have. I will recommend to friends.

Great entertainment options on the screen. uSB A and C chargers. Free WiFi! Crew were excellent.

Check in crew member was very helpful, nice and excellent service👍

Overall the plane was good and the crew great. The big disappointment was the skycouch. Maybe it would be good if you were a parent with 2 small kids travelling but as a couple it's hopeless. It's impossible for 2 adults to lie down so one ends up sitting. We split our time with one lying and the other sitting. We both got more sleep sitting upright. We will never book one again and don't recommend it to anyone.

The Sears in the 800s are not too good perfect Airbus why cant the new 737 fix that

Quick and seamless boarding. No entertainment but fast Starlink wifi for this short trip and the staff was really friendly.

I dread trans-Pacific flights. They are very long. This was my first time on Universal, and it was my best crossing ever. The staff were professional, the hospitality was great, and the food was delicious. The entertainment system filled the long flight hours. I will seek out Universal flights from now onwards. 🙂

The food quality sucks. One must starve if they do not eat flesh Or wheat based products Some variety would be expected. The trivial amount of snacks and or food is inhumane

We Left Calgary 1/2 hour late and that made for a tight connection in Denver. After arriving everything was done to help us make our connection. That was a great effort. Thank You United

Efficient all round, very good crew. Short flight so the food, of course, was just snacks

Overall, it was good. I was seating next to a wonderful lady and did not notice how time flew. Thanks

My flight was delayed about 1 1/2 hours in Chicago, but other then that it was a good flight.

The experience was great, the crew was very polite and hospitable. I will definitely make if my go to airlines.

It was all good flight was on time, service was good I enjoyed a few movies and everything was smooth

Was notified on a timely manner of any changes, if any, of the flight schedules.

My seat was covered in vomit and I will be reaching out to Air Canada

We were happy with the service and cost of checking a bag

It's kindof ridiculous that your system is even asking me about this since my flight was canceled and I wasn't rescheduled.

3 hr delay at the gate while they were doing maintenance. Next time, do not board passengers while maintenance is being performed

Digital check in is very poor with air canada compaired to other airlines

Flight was delayed 3 times. My luggage was sent to Saskatoon instead of Casablanca - airline got it sorted out in two days. Received $45 in meal vouchers to use in the airport.

Seats were so small. I’m 6ft and a good 20% of me hung out into the aisle and the flight attendants come dashing with the cart. On multiple occasions they hit me before saying mind your elbows and knees. I’m like, yes, but where do i put them. There isn’t a space that exists that i can fold into. The carts are so close to the seats when they pass through that i regularly felt water dripping on me as they poured drinks. Overall 3/10 experience. Highly unlikely to recommend

Baggage delayed we had to catch our cruise without any clothes 😒

Air Canada Rouge is great. Toronto Airport is the usual nightmare
