Pros: "The seats are comfortable. I was fortunate to have a gap in the middle seat. On my flight there was a delay due to a person needing to disembark before the flight took off. The flight dealt with the person inconsiderately and explained to everyone the reason for the delay."

They tried to kick me off an overbooked flight even though I paid extra for a picked seat and booked months ago. Mediocre food. Tiny seats and I'm only 5'5". Will never fly again."

Cons: "I was shocked at the baggage charge upon checking in and was told I just purchased a seat from Virgin Australia but no baggage transport with the flight. When kayak directed me to VA, I made the purchase and certainly did not remember being offered a chance to purchase baggage fee as other airlines offer (e.g. BA). While I understand kayak refer users to search airlines baggage fees it need to make sure that airlines offer true and baggage fees at the time of purchase so the full cost of flight is clear at purchase time."

Pros: "The boarding process was efficient and the seat was comfortable enough for coach class across the Pacific. It was a definite bonus not having someone in the middle seat. The food was quite good, and I appreciated the ability to get snacks throughout the flight. The crew was efficient, the IFE is very good, and the entire experience was very positive. I will continue to fly ANZ internationally as often as I can."

Cons: "Our flight from Rarotonga was 2.5 hours late, causing us to leave Rarotonga at 2:40 AM ! The flight and crew were wonderful, but we were exhausted as sleep time was cut short because of the lateness of the flight."

My crew on the akl to iah leg. Brandon gave the initial intro and seemed to follow the original crews standards. Unfortunately, we had an older flight attendant who seemed less than thrilled to be with us this flight."

Cons: "Directing people from the terminal to the plane. Need a better strategy due to the fact that the steps are so steep, directing to the rear door instead of the front. When it comes to boarding time, we were all directing out but not indicating which door is closer to our seat. An agent needs to coach passengers outside or even when announcing boarding time -- indicate what seats should go towards the back versus the front door."

The booking of the flight via kayak and payment via vayama was a week long process that involved lots of calls to their customer service which couldn't help their poor website and in the process the flight price rose 3 times, so next time, I'll better book directly with Lufthansa and save some nightmares."

Cons: "The monitors in our seats didn't work so we couldn't watch anything the whole flight. The light in our seats didn't work so we weren't able to read either. One flight attendant just seemed annoyed when we told him we about the issue. Another one was helpful and gave us a torch so we could at least read. We were given Air NZ vouchers for $120 but we weren't able to buy anything from the store."
Cons: "Two delays after boarding extended the 13 hour flight to 14.5 hours. That is excruciating in a seat."
