Crew was good, helpful. Flight ran on time.would have liked to take airtransat home to MTL. But the price back from San Jose Costa Rica was MUCH more expensive than the flight from MTL to San Jose c.r.

i was not able to take my flight because the information i needed to book my dog correctly was not provided

We are a senior couple (70+) and chose emergency exit seats so we would have 2 seats together and neither of us had to sit in a middle seat. My husband is type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump and I monitor his blood sugar levels. I am 5'9" and 250 lbs and found the seats extremely uncomfortable. Toward the end of the flight I developed diarrhea which lasted a full 24 hours.

They never sent me a confirmation to say my flight time had changed so I cut my holiday short by 6 hours Had to pay over 50 American for my luggage to be checked on the way home and that’s more that it cost on the way there. Arbitrarily charging more for the same thing when the passenger has no options is shady The cabin was an icebox going there and back, if all the passengers have their gloves on and their hoods up that should be an obvious sign to turn up the heat

I was very nice to arrive earlier than scheduled. Very much appreciated. No issues with flight. All was good.

The on-board crew were professional and friendly and made the trip feel like we were taken care of well. The gate for the flight departure changed three times...not great but not terrible. Considering it was the day of the New Jalisco Cartel mayhem, we can't really complain.

We were treated well by the staff at the airport and on board aircraft. Delay was uncontrollable due to the weather. Had to wait for another gate as we were late landing in Fort Lauderdale.

I was supose to have a carrey on incluided for each passenger and they made me paid 75$ each at the gate.

Great crew and entertaining Captain. Seats were not what we had expected based on my booking but things worked out in the end. Of course, like all airlines these days not enough leg or elbow room.

Middle seats SUCK!!!! I paid more money than I should have because of your terrible site Kayak.com. I'll try to use your competitors going forward. I am so disappointed you would play off business class.com as business class seats

The boarding was efficient. The entertainment system was a bit unstable but Air France has a good selection of movies.

They lost my bag and I still haven’t received it yet

They lost my bag and I still have not received it

Communication on the delay, rebooking and how to get a hotel was poor. Mails, airport check-in and transfer desk said different things.

Safe and stable made me sleepy and I slept and dreamt 😂😂😂😂

I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad.

Worst airlines either. First leg was delayed because of crew not available. My connection was missed so they booked me automatically the next day! But, impossible to get anyone on site, web site does not let me access my reservation anymore, confirmed by useless agents over the phone. My 2-leg trip with part in business class arriving at 4:10pm ends up in an awful 3-leg arriving at 9pm the next day with no way to even choose the seats and of course at the very end of the plane. I can understand problems arrive but the way Air France handle it is just unacceptable. You are on your own. Apparently getting you to your destination is the only thing they consider their duty. The customer experience and fatigue is none of their concern. And I have a status with them. I will reconsider my priorities when flying with Air France and encourage everyone to do the same.

Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.

3 hour delay but out of their control. App said I get vouchers but when I applied for them, they were nowhere to be found in my account

Boarding - 3 of 4 flights were delayed and the gate staff did an ok job of managing the lines for boarding. Lots of standing around in line - more than typical. Crew - accommodating. If you are looking for warmth, you will not experience it with AC. But I appreciate their hard work and relative efficiency on 8+ hour flights. Comfort - My first 2 flights were cancelled the morning I was due to depart. AC rescheduled me on 2 new flights that created only minimal disruption and change to my itinerary (a longer layover, several hours difference in arrival time) and provided a 15 dollar food voucher for the layover restaurant which was the equivalent of a measly sandwich. My seats were changed which is a huge issue for my physical size as I require additional legroom for medical reasons, and I was put in a very uncomfortable seat without the option for seat selection. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty and foul smelling to the point of being nauseating and I was next to it during my longest of 4 flights. Entertainment - I always travel with downloaded entertainment on my own devices and a power bank, and am glad I did! The entertainment was completely non functioning for my 8+ hour flight home. We were provided a 15% or 50 dollar voucher on a future flight by way of compensation. Food - always just poor to mid. I also travel with my own food when possible as in flight meals and snacks taste strongly of packaging. Overall, this was a poor to mid experience, and I am resigned to the fact that airlines are never going to improve.

I did not like anything because the flight was cancelled yesterday and I did not get to arrive on time in Toronto as I was rebooked with another airline. This caused me to be really stressed out as I am an individual with back injury and to be forced to stay longer in an airport to accommodate a change of airline and the transfers associated with it Due to this I am probably not going to book through your website to eliminate this potentially chaos in the future

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle

Easy boarding, inflight refreshments came on time and comfortable seat

Flight attendants were ok. But it was a full flight.

It was good that our flight left early. It was a nice smooth flight and landing.

Complimentary food options could be better. There should be a little wait between people boarding with children under 6 and the rest of the boarding. There isn’t enough time to get yourself situated before take off.

I was tired enough to fall asleep soon after takeoff and slept until "we are starting our descent to Toronto" announcement. That's not bad at all.

Very tight seats - no legroom at all, very tight to the person in front of you. If you have basic fare, you are loading zone 6 regardless of where you are sitting in the plane - meaning even as a middle aisle person at the front of the plane, I had to get people to get up and let me in as they had boarded earlier. Having to pay for a carry on is criminal. I am a frequent flyer, and air Canada has now joined the list of other terrible North American Airlines.

The crew was amazing! I was a bit surprised and disappointed that there was not wifi available for personal use. The only thing I would change would be the seat cushions. They are not comfortable at all for long flights.

Friendly flight crew. Airplane (757) configured as a domestic flight (no lie-flat seats) & no advanced meal selection.

When you consider the price I ended up paying for everything. This was not a good deal! I had no idea that this airline had changed to a bargain basement no frills airline. So, it was disappointing to have to pay for every little thing. The only thing included was water and coffee. You have to pay for everything else! So I just felt nickel and dime.

The Icelandair crew was so kind!!! Thank you for making my first trip to Paris a great one!

The movie choices were poor. The worst problem is the treatment of passengers durinng pre-boarding. In one case the primes were checked in and sent down the boarding tunnek only to stand waiting there while the plane is cleaned. In the second case the bus was loaded, the doors closed and just stood there unmoving like sardeines in a tin for over TEN minutes. In both cases it was rough on us old guys who find standing for long periods trying.. In other words, Donnt just stack us up and forget us.

Screen didn't work, and neither did the button to tilt the seat even though the seat was comfortable

I’m considering never flying with Iceland Air again. The seats in economy are torture. Now you only get water, coffee and tea for free- really? No food, not a single peanut. The passport line was insane, everyone was worried about catching their connecting flight. This was the third time I’ve barely made my connection, had to run. It can’t be that my choice is to use the bathroom (during the 50 minutes between flights) or make my flight. SO stressful! Ugh.

Iceland Air severely damaged a checked bag. Additionally, the gate agent caused issues for many passengers who had standard-sized onboard bags that would have passed inspection by any other airline.

They wouldn’t check in my luggage even though I had one checked bag prepaid. So I took my bag to the gate and tried to check it in there and two employees scolded me for bringing a large bag to the gate. I told them I was trying to check it in and that it was prepaid, and they said they couldn’t guarantee that it would arrive at my destination but they finally let me drop it off when boarding the plane and pick it up right after exiting the plane. There was no food, and there was no entertainment.

Delays at check-in, seemed like they were short ground staff at the time and some passengers needed extra processing.

Problems checking in both on the laptop and on the app. No free seating available at check-in as advertised - must pay for EVERY seat between $23 and $75. No way to cancel seat choice. App menus and site menus are not responsive, and some items are impossible to find. Crew and mobile assistance are friendly and helpful.

The flight was delayed 7 hours and we were given 10 euros vouchers. This is ridiculous. The crew was not nice at all, they just did their job with serving food and drinks. Did not even apologize for the delay!!!!

Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.

Missed flight. Requested assistance for my father and he did not receive it in Paris.

Business Class was very comfortable and the food and service was top notch.

The crew was very nice. The equipment on the 747 felt old.

As expected. Would have appreciated a 3-day headsup reminder as a reassurance that all is well.

Poor food on flight between Toronto and Stockholm Airport Toronto too crowded

Business Class Configuration was excellent- private and comfortable. Crew and service were excellent. I really appreciate Air Canada cabin pressurization equal to an altitude of 8,000ft. Upon landing, I felt more alert and refreshed than typical for international flights

Hard to use tables and TV screens interfere with the enjoyment of flight experience. Other than that it was a smooth and comfortable ride and we were well taken care of.

You cancel my flight in the morming and I have only one hour for my transit for Cluj this is not too much
