Cons: "NO WIFI. Flights are delayed often, what looked like a brand spanking new plane had the most uncomfortable seats ever, felt like sitting on wood in the exit row. You get what you pay for though."

Cons: "Staff are part time employees and do not arrive to check in counter until 1.5 hours before flight. When flying out of this airport you do not need to arrive 2 hours early."

Cons: "Allegiant has an obscure boarding policy that shuts down online and in-person check-in 45min before departure. We got to the Allegiant desk 35min before departure to get our boarding passes and no luggage to check, and were told we missed the flight because check-in wasn’t allowed anymore. That policy should be made very visible and clear to anyone buying tickets on Allegiance as no other airline does that to passengers. We lost 4 tickets and had to buy tickets for a flight the following day. Horrible experience!"

Pros: "The crew was friendly and smiled a lot. Non stop flight from easy and for me, convenient airports. I knew food cost extra so i brought my own."
Cons: "I knew my comfort would be cramped so that was expected. My only complaint was we couldn't understand the boarding instructions at the gate when they were calling zones. The microphone stunk! So because we couldn't understand,, people got in line who shouldn't have yet, and others didn't get in line that should have which seemed to really annoy some mouthy jerk in zone 5....who then had to turn around while boarding bc he forgot his phone, lol. Karma. So, that was my only entertainment and it was pretty great."

Cons: "Extra charge to make use of the overhead bins. This does not include extra work or cost for Allegiant. Lack of legroom; take out two rows of seating and make the current size of travellers comfortable."

Cons: "I purchased 2 bulk head seats for more leg room and because they changed the plane, my seats were no longer in the bulk head. We didn't have extra leg room and I would like a refund for the price I paid to upgrade my seats. It is impossible to get service on the phone, since even the customer service number the flight attentendant gave me, still put me on an unbearable hold time. Please refund my money for the seats that you did not provide me with."

Cons: "The seats on the Allegiant MD-80 don't recline AND the space between one row and the next is EXTREMELY tight. Much tighter than I have seen in an airline in a while."

Pros: "Smaller airports make travel easier, and more relaxed. No frills--to get even water on the flight you'll pay for a bottle. Personnel all tend to be friendly and helpful. With Allegiant I've learned to pack lightly and plan travel carefully. It's been worth it as I have been able to see friends and family more often. We even took an impromptu vacation this year when we found a great deal on airfare."

Cons: "Flip side of departing early is they closed boarding over 30 minutes before scheduled departure (nearly missed flight)."

Cons: "I checked into my flight with luggage to check in. The lady behind the counter said I could not check my luggage that the only way for it to get on the plane was to take it through the TSA checkpoint. They confiscated everything in my bag that was over 3oz which was quite a bit of stuff hence the reason why I was trying to check it in. I will not be flying Allegiant air again."

Cons: "Boarding process was completely chaotic; they had two lines, one for people with paper boarding passes and one for those with electronic passes, but they just let everyone line up all at once which was way too crazy. It needs to be better organized."

Cons: "We were delayed over 7 hours, with only a $50 dollar future airline credit and an $8 meal voucher. That's not nearly enough for that kind of headache. It was 2 am before we arrived at our hotel."
