The dinner was bland and boring, but the economy seats were surprisingly comfortable. The flight was very packed.
Arm rests are too small and too close. No screens, movie selection was very limited and poor. Food is pretty much overpriced cheap convenience store food.
I didn't have any problems during my flight. My main issue is with airlines in general, they keep offering less and less every year, AirTransat is no different.
Crew was good, helpful. Flight ran on time.would have liked to take airtransat home to MTL. But the price back from San Jose Costa Rica was MUCH more expensive than the flight from MTL to San Jose c.r.

We are a senior couple (70+) and chose emergency exit seats so we would have 2 seats together and neither of us had to sit in a middle seat. My husband is type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump and I monitor his blood sugar levels. I am 5'9" and 250 lbs and found the seats extremely uncomfortable. Toward the end of the flight I developed diarrhea which lasted a full 24 hours.
They never sent me a confirmation to say my flight time had changed so I cut my holiday short by 6 hours Had to pay over 50 American for my luggage to be checked on the way home and that’s more that it cost on the way there. Arbitrarily charging more for the same thing when the passenger has no options is shady The cabin was an icebox going there and back, if all the passengers have their gloves on and their hoods up that should be an obvious sign to turn up the heat
I was very nice to arrive earlier than scheduled. Very much appreciated. No issues with flight. All was good.
The on-board crew were professional and friendly and made the trip feel like we were taken care of well. The gate for the flight departure changed three times...not great but not terrible. Considering it was the day of the New Jalisco Cartel mayhem, we can't really complain.
The entertainment system was down; food by purchase only; several people did not receive their luggage. No one answers at the local office or online about the luggage.
The crew was friendly. But boarding was disorganized (passengers with kids or needing help were scanned first, but not given actual boarding access first). But the worst part was the plane’s air conditioning was either not working or set poorly. It was a stifling, hot flight. Extremely uncomfortable for everyone.
Everything was fine. No complaints. It would have been nice to get a drink w the flight. Also I would have liked notice that no meals were included beforehand.
In a 6 hr flight after paying over $700 dllrs of ticket and we still needed to pay for our own food and given ONLY a small glass of water!!! Will not be flying internationally anytime soon with them They are good for very short flights
No food was served on the flight. Boarding desk open two hours before departure. But they recommande to be there three hours before departure !! So we where a group waiting 1 hour in Line for nothing …
My flight from Toronto to PDL was one of the worst experiences of my travel history. I paid for an upgrade and did not receive it, and was also charged an exorbitant amount for a 25-inch bag, and when I tried to explain the situation, I was only told the flight was already over capacity. & I had to accept what I could get!, I am a frequent traveler and will not be flying your airline again!. The only thing positive in this entire trip wete the flight attendants, but other than that, everything else was very disappointing!
They charged us 100 Euro per bag on the return leg with no explanation.
Everything was perfect, clean and very nice staff. But the seat was uncomfortable compared to other companies and the food wasnt good

Boarding was delayed. Then when we queued, it took us to another long line to stand in. Flight had 0 entertainment. Not even a magazine. But they had a free meal and it was good!
You cannot add an additional luggage via the check in. It seems to be an issue with Azore Airline.
The crew was excellent. The food was not good. I have taken many international flights and the meal was not good by comparison.
On both flights, TAP Air Portugal messed up the seating choices that I paid for. They acknowledged that I had purchased seating, that they were errant in ensuring my choices, but told me nothing could be done about it. When I asked to be refunded, I was directed to "talk to someone from Air Portugal" Mon-Friday, and then I was dismissed. No help, no phone number provided to me. I was very annoyed both times and feel cheated.
The worst thing was baggage claim. In my return flight I was waiting 90 minutes for my baggage. and when I asked the airport they said it’s the airline. So frustrating after an 8-hour flight.
Business class seats aren't comfortable. Food was not good.
Didn't make announcements during boarding, flight attendant seemed annoyed when I asked for water. Too many hours between flights. Confusing check in at the Lisbon airport.
Chaotic boarding with no announcements. Carry on luggage needs to be checked. Bare minimum zero frill flights. Not a whole lot of anything positive to be said .
It poured rain, our luggage was sitting out in it uncovered on the transport cart while our plane was delayed! Nice business class plane for short flight to Lisbon, but more delay & rain in Lisbon, with terrible Business class seat with no entertainment & cold food on longer flight to London…ALL LUGGAGE AND CLOTHES INSIDE THEM WERE SOAKED THROUGH!!! Could only try with hair dryer to get some drying before quick turn round to train trip.

They left our luggage uncovered on tarmac in pouring rain during an hour delay of departure! At our final destination, we found ALL OF OUR CLOTHES/SHOES soaked all the way through!! Our 1st connection plane was a great business class accommodation but only 50 minutes long. Our 2nd connection from Lisbon (another delay with luggage uncovered on tarmac) had only the extra legroom and mediocre food in business class - no entertainment and no extra comfort seating. Will not use TAP Air Portugal again!
The flight wasn't full. I was able to sleep on an empty row of seats. It was great.
Didn’t make it on the flight. Delayed then had to be rebooked, which in turn had me waiting at the airport for another 8 hours before next flight
The pretzels were rather dry and dusty. I do appreciate having a choice between sweet and savory snack.
Paid seats changed yet again. Put in seats I would never choose. Paid seats that are changed should be refunded. AC constantly does this! .
The flight was comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, we did not know we were flying PAL until we arrived in Canada, so it was a bit disconcerting. In addition, which port we were leaving from was confusing.
Staff was friendly and helpful. People communicating to passengers should speak slower and pronounce better. I had paid extra for aisle seats, but when I received boarding cards in Lima at check-in, I noticed seats had inexplicably been changed and none was an aisle seat !! That is simply unacceptable. It could not be corrected in Lima reportedly, which is also unacceptable. Finally I had to make the request just before boarding the Air Canada flight in Bogota.
Everything worked well, food was excellent, landed 25 minutes ahead of schedule. However CDG waits were long and repetitive.
A marvelous flight experience, from boarding to landing. The full length stretch out seating was excellent. The meals were some of the best in-flight meals I have ever experienced. The cabin attendants were thoughtful and kind. One of the best flights I have ever taken.
After my flight was cancelled the day before we got on board and could not even get a cup Of tea with milk as there was no milk. The oatmeal bar they are now serving was terrible. It was interesting that we could not get anything to eat as SXM doesn’t provide food but the people in Business class had food. I was very hungry as I never ate at the airport after being picked up by the bus from the hotel. There was one worker in the cafe to serve us all and I had a problem with my knee so couldn’t walk as quickly so ended up not getting food. Not your problem but still I was very hungry. An attendant finally gave me some hot water which I requested. It’s the first time I’ve ever felt the class distinction while travelling.
Boarding procedures were a gong show. Everyone was confused and AC staff were very rude and impatient when people were confused about boarding zones
