Crew was good, helpful. Flight ran on time.would have liked to take airtransat home to MTL. But the price back from San Jose Costa Rica was MUCH more expensive than the flight from MTL to San Jose c.r.

The on-board crew were professional and friendly and made the trip feel like we were taken care of well. The gate for the flight departure changed three times...not great but not terrible. Considering it was the day of the New Jalisco Cartel mayhem, we can't really complain.

Onward flight was okay. return from Lisbon was poor as we missed our flight due to a long line at the passport control. Air Transat made no effort to accommodate us even though we were at the passport control 40 minutes prior to the departure.

Thank you for making my first experience very enjoyable. You made it all very pleasant

Great flight great seats will absolutely fly with you again

YUL AIRPORT is the worst. 1 Hr to Get out of the plane, 1 Hr To Cross the Border. 1Hr waiting to be pick up curbside. Trafic is ubeliveble.

Flying to a far away destination is a miracle in itself, so please take these with a grain of salt. The seats are a bit tired, and need a freshen up. The entertainment could be a bit newer, especially with all services available now. The food really is where we need help. But again, flying is a privilege, so all is good.

Seats were very tight especially for first leg of trip.

The flight and crew were good. Departure and arrival were timely. Check-in was professional and helpful in Malaga on return trip (same on outbound trip from Toronto). The ad before ach program was punishing - specifically for the internet/data service with the content creator that was showed twice in each ad pod. It was so annoying I made an effort to forget the name and would not use the service. Provide an opportunity to fast forward or skip the darn ads once they have been initially viewed.

Overall ok experience as couple feedback: for improvement: 1. The vegetarian food was less and ran out, so many of us didn’t get it. Not all the crew member were polite and could be more hospitable.

No onboard entertainment or food, but that was okay because it was a short flight. Pretty much everyone just slept on the plane. The plane was comfortable enough.

The flight was excellent because I chose to upgrade to Business Class. The only negative drawback was because I upgrade, it screwed their system up and they lost my luggage for 2 days, but it was then recovered.

Web site needs improvement Plane was clean and modern Lay Flat beds were hard and not to comfortable (business class )

Overall, everything was fine—the service, the food, and the entertainment—but the boarding process in Lisbon was a total mess. I’m not sure I’d fly with TAP again. It’s absurd to have to pay for good seats at the front of the plane only to board last; the overhead bins above your seat are likely already full thanks to passengers who boarded earlier—even though they might be seated at the back of the plane. I will think very carefully before flying with TAP Portugal again; it seems to me that they need to review their boarding process. I understand the logic of filling the plane from back to front, but the seats at the front are more expensive. Horacio Rodriguez

Boarding was delayed by one hour because cleaning and catering crews did not board the plane in time. Take off was delayed for another 40 minutes because of "rush hour scheduling". Vague descriptiion. My in-flight entertainment system was stuck initializing. The flight attendant indicated that they could not reset it without resetting everyone's system. Overall, a miserable experience.

The cabin crew was very courteous, professional, and courteous. Great service!

Better leg room than expected in economy. Nice crew. Adequate bathrooms. Seat cushions a little thin, but recline well and have adjustable headrests. Best value. Liked having nonstop from ORD to Lisbon.

The worst thing was baggage claim. In my return flight I was waiting 90 minutes for my baggage. and when I asked the airport they said it’s the airline. So frustrating after an 8-hour flight.

Spacious (space to extend your legs and not feel crammed) and good entertainment and decent food!

Bumpy flight (lots of turbulence) but the pilot did great in letting us know ahead of time and flying through it. There was no food/beverage or entertainment available.

The crew was friendly. But boarding was disorganized (passengers with kids or needing help were scanned first, but not given actual boarding access first). But the worst part was the plane’s air conditioning was either not working or set poorly. It was a stifling, hot flight. Extremely uncomfortable for everyone.

Everything was fine. No complaints. It would have been nice to get a drink w the flight. Also I would have liked notice that no meals were included beforehand.

In a 6 hr flight after paying over $700 dllrs of ticket and we still needed to pay for our own food and given ONLY a small glass of water!!! Will not be flying internationally anytime soon with them They are good for very short flights

No food was served on the flight. Boarding desk open two hours before departure. But they recommande to be there three hours before departure !! So we where a group waiting 1 hour in Line for nothing …

They charged us 100 Euro per bag on the return leg with no explanation.

The facilities at PDL are absolutely appalling during a 4.5-hour connection. Passengers from multiple flights were crammed into a small area with insufficient seating and only a snack bar. The only bathroom was unisex, with one stall for men and another for women side by side. This is for hundreds of passengers. The connecting aircraft from PDL to JFK was downgraded/switched out to an Economy Class-only configuration without explanation, even though the aircraft with Comfort Class we arrived from FNC on remained at the stand. Those who paid for Comfort Class could not enjoy the better seating or catering. Food and drink aboard was sub-par. I would qualify it as one of our worst travel experiences in years.

The crew was great. The only problem is that electrical outlets were not working in what seems to be a half of the rows on the plane. Considering that passengers are asked not to use power banks, this leaves us out in the blue without any entertainment option.

Flight on time. Staff pleasant and responsive. Food could be much better. Snack before landing was a few dry crackers and a drink. Nothing else. There was a very lumited selection of beverages available on a 7 hour flight. No soft drinks, even in the front cabin.

There is one flight a day and it was canceled with no explanation

A marvelous flight experience, from boarding to landing. The full length stretch out seating was excellent. The meals were some of the best in-flight meals I have ever experienced. The cabin attendants were thoughtful and kind. One of the best flights I have ever taken.

We are extremely impressed with all aspects of flying with Air Canada.

The air crew were nice and friendly and the flight itself was uneventful. ATC control delayed our departure for 90 minutes, It was chaos in Montreal for those making connections but the AC ground staff did a good job helping.

The food, information about luggage when they change your fly Still waiting for my luggage after 3 days The crew have no idea how to direct you with information

Boarding went relatively smoothly. Crew and flight attendants very personable and smiling (I like a happy crew). There were no issues from beginning to end.

Our flight was cancelled. We are still stuck in Canada. Rebooking is a nightmare.

We were loaded onto a bus from the gate, that remained stationary for at least 20 min. While the doors remained open, it was still warm and very close quarters! There was no announcement as to the cause of delay.

The crew was Very friendly and kind even when my 2 kids starts to cry because the long journey to Montréal

Flight was delayed for mechanic difficulties. Then flight was cancelled. Rerouted with Air France. No vouchers for food - 9 hour difference. No communication. Ticket was reserved, but not assigned. After going through the Air France line, redirected to another booth to get an actual ticket. 10 hour layover in Paris!!! Had to buy lunch, dinner, snacks, hotel overnight, Uber drivers and no word from Air Cañada… after 1.5 hours of waiting on the phone for “customer service” told to fill out a complaint on line. Will never book with Air Cañada. Also, the airport hub was the most overpriced, limited restaurants available. $15 for a glass of wine and the give you a $2 service charge!!!

The worst airline. They cancel their flights left and right, if they don't cancel them, they are delayed. They only offer you accommodations for a fraction of your stay, then you are on your own. Because of one cancelation my whole trip was a mess. I was stuck in Canada for 4 days, not able to get to the U.S. Once I thought I was going to be be able to get to my destination, their pilot was not able to land the plane because of the weather or find a nearby airport to land so what they did? Theu took us back to Toronto. I had no clean clothes left, I was desperate and stress out and I had to get any flight out of Canada in fear I was going to have to saty another 4 days in Canada. NEVER AGAIN. There are no other airlines in Canada which makes it almost impossible to get out of Canada unless you flight with them.
