Jetblue needs to improve on Onboarding as it seems to always be behind on departing. It never leaves on time. I would recommend to have an earlier Onboarding in order to leave on time and respect your customers time as well.
I cannot say this enough, I NEVER BOARDED OR HAVE HAD ANY TRAVEL IN THE PAST YEAR. However your app says ive been traveling a lot lately. GET REAL HUMANS TO GIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

The plane smelled bad, the temperature in the plane was over 75 with times over 80. Jet blue tried to mask the smell of armpits married with butt. Overall mediocre. Crew was nice
almost 4 hour delay as they over booked and had to wait for 8-10 volunteers to agree to travel next day.
Normalize good food and crew with a better than mediocre attitude.
The crew was openly hostile and condescending to the customers. They spent the majority of that time in the rear talking and seemed really agitated when people asked questions. I heard five different people told that the information they requested was in the handout or safety brief.
First time flying with Frontier . From buying tickets ,getting boarding pass and boarding plane was super easy. Definitely would fly again with Frontier .
They lost my baggage on my connection flight, it’s been 24 hours since I put my claim in and still no update on my bags.
They didn’t bother to restock the plane before we left, so most items on the menu were not available.
Excellent crew. WE all know Frontier its a low cost airline but the travel time was about 30 minutes and the crew was phenomenal. I was with a group of 10 more and we are enjoy our flight. The only issue was in SJU waiting for the luggage.

Frontier is a mess. Kept changing flights and times on me. Ridiculous. Charged us twice for annual Discout Den membership.
Typical low fare flight. Very tight seating, no entertainment, no power outlets, no food. You (don’t) get what you (don’t) pay for. The flight boarded and arrived a few minutes early. Can’t complain.
Flight was canceled both ways cost me a lot of time and money. Company takes advantage of people to make money, can’t call there is no phone number and in order to chat with an agent you have to know the secret way to get to a person rather than a robot. Never deal with them again.
