Cons: "We arrived at the airport to find that they had overbooked the plane and our family's 4 seats were in jeopardy. We had to wait until they had processed everyone else in line, even though we had gotten there first, because either they were in the "sky priority" line or because maybe they had pre-bought their seat assignments. After a tense 20 minutes of waiting, they closed the flight and let us have our seats. Then, at the gate, they confiscated two of our most important carry on bags and checked them because they said that children are not allowed a carry on item -- despite paying full freight for their seats! It was very nerve-wracking at our arrival destinations as these two items were not padlocked and were the very last to come on the conveyor belt."

She said that I could try take my suitcase under my own responsibility because she thought security would send me back. I was very surprised to hear this because it is a computer case. I did not have any problems and was able to embark. The plane had not bern clean. The pocket underneath my table had a used kleenex and the table of the person seated next to my had coffee spilled. During the 5:50 hrs only once were we offer a drink. Really bad service for an international flight."

Cons: "The flight was delayed almost 2 hours from the Medellin airport because of "weather conditions", however in that time I saw two other flights from two different airlines take off on time without a delay. Needless to say this was frustrating. Once aboard the flight, the crew waited until we were landing to hand out the proper migratory and customs forms.That caused a lot of anxiety among travelers who weren't familiar with the forms, causing further delays when we had to stand in line for customs and immigration in Mexico City. Many people lost connections and it was not clear by Aeromexico crew where they needed to go to get their new tickets."

BJX airport was easy to get off, get my bags, and get out of the airport quickly. Seats were comfy and as a nighttime flight, I was able to sleep easily from takeoff to landing."

Then, after he finally arrived with a tray full of coffees, there was an issue with the jet's computer and had to reset it and we had to wait even more. When we finally arrived, our Gate was taken by other plane already and we had to wait (more) for the first one to be available for us. Then, when we finally got our Gate, there was another issue, now with the "finger". They weren't able to move it and connect it to the plane to get off of it. So we had to wait AGAIN. And finally as soon as we got off the plane, they were supposed to give us our carry ons on the aisle (Because it was a small plane CR700) , but again, we had to wait almost 10 minutes so that they could send the luggage... To make things worse, I had a first class ticket and I couldn't get the perks of it at the airport. Because they said I wasn't flying in an international flight. Come on?! Canada->USA->Mexico is not International??? You lost me AA."

This was after I had already done an online check-in for the appropriate seat. Then I was told by the AA agent at the desk that my upgrade was in the system but that it was “fake”. Apparently the money I paid two months before was no good on this flight. I was traveling with my boyfriend and they would not allow us at the same counter because we were not married. After much haggling we were finally able to rectify the situation. Horrible start. Then, once on the plane, the in- flight entertainment system as well as the lights broke right before take off so there was nothing to watch or see for an almost 8 hour flight."

The flight attendant was horrid. I know it is a team and it is only one of them but it was the one that yelled at a passenger that had fallen and could not get up. She also was rude to me while I was getting settled and my personal item was a tiny bit in the aisle. If this what you desire to reflect your customer service you missed it

United crew politely asked if the gentlemen was willing to move to 6B, which his original seating in the system but he refused to do so. We' also personally explained to him that if he can yield the seat so that our family could sit together due to my wife's medical condition but he would not cooperate. I noted Those gentlemen on 1D and 1C are either buddies or coworkers. The crews were looking at each other without offering a solution. I ended up telling the crew that I could sit on 6B so that the plane can leave. The departure time was 20 min late u related my seating issue and de-icing took another 40 min. I am a Global Service member and I am very unhappy about the way the whole situation was created and handled by United."
