The crew in business class was very good and attentive. The meal was very good; I enjoyed the wine served. The hot towel and the warm snack provided was a nice touch. The seat was comfortable.

The foot rest on the seat was pretty poor.

In-flight entertainment was good and headphones offered without being asked. Blankets were placed on seats for those who wanted one.

TSA agents at Panama Airport are the rudest people I've ever met. Ruder than TSA Agents is USA if you can believe that! I've flown out of Panama several times and they are rude every single time. Seats on plane are very uncomfortable.

Being stuck in an hotel inside the airport for 15hrs. Loosing a day of work plus a car rental plus a hotel night at destination with no excuse or compensation of any kind!

Flight attendant was very nice and the food and wine were really good. The boarding was also very smooth and organized.

There were 3 bathrooms out of order, due to clogged sink.

Food, comfort, entertainment and treatment by the crew on this flight was spectacular. There was a lot of food, good entertainment and importantly, the seats were wide and comfortable.

Very old plane, 767-300. The bathrooms needed a better and more thorough renovation.

There was a bit of a mixup in boarding the plane but otherwise the flight was good. There was no entertainment system on this short flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant & efficient. They only served snacks on this short flight but were very good at ensuring everyone had at least one or more beverages. The premium seats were very comfortable .

Crew was fine

I quit flying United years ago because of their poor management including delays and poor custimer service. I was stuck with United for these flights as my options were limited. Flight delayed, no surprise I guess. And now waiting for flight home that is delayed so I will miss my connecting flight.

Everything went smoothly, AND the flight was pretty empty so I got to spread out over 3 seats to sleep. A treat!

Check in at SFO was helpful.

Website not usable, perhaps because flight was booked on Lufthansa. Requirement to scan passport rather than enter passport number prevents being able to complete process. United wouldn't let me get a seat assignment til I was at the airport the day of the flight, inspite of my going to the airport the day before. United wanted me to upgrade and pay them more to get a better seat assignment.

The flight crew was attentive, and the "at your fingertip" entertainment options helped distract me from the restlessness I got on my 8 hour flight from London.

Paid for gogoinflight, then is had a big error red screen, that said keep trying back in a few minutes. Never worked. Was not happy. Long flight.

Flight attendants completely unresponsive when overhead space was filled by a lot of backpacks that supposed to go under seats. Also, kept selling alcohol to people who were clearly drunk and were obnoxious and loud the whole trip.

Movie app required, but not compatible with laptop. Seats were worn. Could not complete work tasks as no internet available.

Three hour delay, endless gate changes and basically no information shared as to what was causing all the problems. Don't think I'll use Air Canada again if they can be avoided.

Smooth flight, mostly friendly staff, good food

We paid extra for seats with additional leg room and knowing the first row of these is at a wall with no room for feet with legs extended, we requested a different row. We did not get this though we were told we did AND paid for it.

Seats are always a pain in the butt Wifi has never worked for me -slow and keeps dropping

I was very impressed with the flight attendants. They were very pleasant & very attentive to the guests. The premium seats were very comfortable. The only disappointment was the chicken dinner but the ice cream dessert & refreshments were wonderful.

The service on our flight was absolutely amazing, the food was surprisingly great, and the long ride was as comfortable as it could have been in an economy booking.

My entertainment pad malfunctioned the whole time, even after it was reset. Thankfully I had enough things to keep me busy on my own, but it still would have been nice to have.

Flight Attendant Precious was just as her name precious and was very impactful in my amazing journey experience.

The airplane was pretty clean, the seats are pretty comfortable and the leg room is really good, I was surprised! The food was the best airplane food we had so far, hey had 3 different option (pasta, ribs or salad). The crew was pretty friendly and they would always check on you and if you needed something. Entertainment, they have a good selection of movies and shows, a lot of new releases. And most important they were on time!

On time departure and early arrival. Smiling and friendly crew. Excellent airline.

Waited 30 minutes onboard at the gate before departure in a VERY hot plane. We were traveling with a 6 year old, and there were only 3 kids movie choices.

I had to call their reservation center three times in order to receive an electronic ticket. The last call at the checkin counter. I finally receive it 1 hr before ETD.

There is an insulation issue in the wall next to 35F...Wall was covered in ice cold condensation.

Easy boarding and crew kind of ok.

There is a toilet for the main cabin right behind row 5. The door was constantly banging due to a long flight from Orlando to SFO 5hrs 23 mins. Very old uncomfortable first class seats with very little reclining due to the toilet being so close. Not good!!! No real entertainment unless you brought it with you. If this is the standard of United first class now think I will give it a miss in the future.

temperature during flight. Freezing then hot, freezing then hot and never a comfortable temp. Food was terrible. Entrees were flavorless and smelled terrible. Time they served food made no sense at all either. Within the hour of getting on the plane, they served a meal which made no sense because most folks ate before getting on the plane. Stewardesses were not friendly (only 1 made me feel valued and welcomed)

Delta delayed us SEVEN times and I type this as we are rounding our 30th minute waiting to get off the plane at Logan.
