The airplane has been replaced and late night layover have been extended from 3 to 7 and the only compensation was a $15 food voucher after most restaurants have been closed, not helping with children after a 18+ hour international flight

My seat was not comfortable. Flight was smooth. Regretfully we had two delays before takeoff

They are very proactive and made our boarding easy and always notified us about any changes well in advance.

This flight with a lot empty place , and I have more room, feeling comfortable.

Flight was good, breakfast could be much better. We had come from a domestic flight on the same aircraft and the domestic flight was much better regarding service compared to this international flight.

I accidentally touched a cabin steward as she passed by and she reacted harshly yelling in a loud voice “don’t touch me”. It was embarrassing and uncalled for. I would characterize a few of the cabin crew as pretentious and aloof. Not at all what is expected. That was the first leg of our trip from Montreal to Munich. The second leg from Munich to Nice was more in keeping with the service I expected.

The staff could not have been any friendlier. Lots of usb ports on our aircraft.

It was crazy, boarded over a hour late from scheduled departure. Then when arrived in BNA issued with getting off the plane…over 1/2 hour. Not looking forward to flying Air Canada, ever again.

Great flight. Only complaint is it took over an hour for my luggage to get to the carousel on the return to LAX That was irritating

The service to/from the airport/plane (wheelchair assistance for my mother in law) was exceptional. The staff was super friendly and courteous. The staff on the plane was also very nice. The food quality could have been better (mashed chicken sandwich).
