Maintenance delay for 2 hours after Canceling my flight earlier in the week. So typical for this poorly run airline. Will make better choices for future flights.

Cons: "Wifi was not functional, making me unable to do work for the duration of the flight. Rude flight attend literally stormed off mid-conversation as I was asking for assistance with wifi. And this was in FIRST CLASS. Unbelievable. And Unacceptable."

Cons: "Flight attendants completely unresponsive when overhead space was filled by a lot of backpacks that supposed to go under seats. Also, kept selling alcohol to people who were clearly drunk and were obnoxious and loud the whole trip."
Pros: "On time boarding taking off and landing in Grand Rapids. Crew was very nice and let me keep my whole can of soda."
Cons: "But the second plane was worse.... no video screens of any kind, no charging of any kind, no headrests, chairs were stiff and uncomfortable. You can stream shows on their wifi (free) but only if you have a charged smartphone or tablet, otherwise you're SOL. 2 bathrooms for the main cabin on a 6 hour flight"

Cons: "Headline tells it all. First thing passenger did when he sat down was hand flight attendant a$5 bill, which she accepted she made sure he and the others in row one were served preboard refreshment. The rest of us not, as she was so engaged with the favored passenger. Not good!"

Cons: "Your airline charges a significant amount for what is to be an upgraded seating experience. What a huge disappointment. Same number of seats as basic economy, same seat size as basic economy, no separation of any sort for the rest of economy main cabin. Will never fly American international again."

Cons: "The Video on Demand service for movies, TV, and Music would skip every 10 to 20 seconds, jumping forward about 2 or 3 seconds at a time...making videos unwatchable. This was a problem for my seat, the two in front of me, and apparently many other seats on the flight."
Cons: "Flighr got delayed resting in connecting flight missing, AA didnt bother to comp the 6 hours of waiting by providing a hotel. Instead AA pretended to give a discount for a Hyatt which would end up costing 100 usd anyway, the same peice for hotels in that area anyone can fond on hotwire for 4+ hotels. Bad customer service, bad expectations management."

Cons: "The flight attendants were highly rude and i felt as if i was discriminated on. I was sitting in the back and the flight attendant who was suppose to assist us made us feel like i was a bother to her. First of all she just rudly dropped biscuits on my table didnt ask if i wanted and then I had to ask her for coffee, she didnt ask me if i wanted something to drink. Finally she brought my daughter and I some coffee. i ask for sugar and she said im very busy you have to wait....eventually she gave me one packet of sugar. I had to ask for another sugar for my daughter , so when i ask she gets upset and tells me i have to wait but there as a white who ask for assistance and she was very polite to her."

Cons: "I didn't like that American Airlines had not staffed our flight, so we waited for 4.5 hours for a flight attendant who would be able to complete the flight crew so we could leave. They kept delaying the flight, 5 minutes at a time, for 4.5 hours. It flew out of LGA, it was a 9pm flight. The airport food sources were closed, and AA kept us until 1am-- no food, no internet, and, because LGA has terrible cell reception, no phone service. Once we got on the plane, everyone was really hungry, and the plane had no snacks. No entertainment because the TV system was broken. It was just a miserable experience. I regret trying to save $20 by booking that flight. I have had nothing but terrile experiences on American Airlines-- NEVER AGAIN."
Cons: "After we got to the airport we found out our flight would be delayed three hours. Couldn't change us to an earlier flight. Changed gates four times but they did provide a sandwich and drink."

Cons: "We were forced to check in carry on luggage at the gate after group 1 boarded. Upon boarding, I noticed that the overhead bins were about 50% empty. On top of that, I had to wait over forty minutes for my luggage to arrive."
