Cons: "Air Canada changed our seating on day of travel. I had ordered tickets over a month in advance and scheduled seating for my wife and I on our 3 leg flight. Air Canada changed our seating on the 1st and 3rd leg and we were no longer sitting together."

Pros: "It was a small twin prop so there was only one cabin crew, but she was really pleasant."
Cons: "Instead of just staying on the plane we were required to deplane and take all of our luggage and haul it all through a long winding ramp and hallway into the airport. As soon as we got there, they said it was boarding immediately and we had to turn around and haul it all right back."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "2 hour delay because of rain west jet and porter were on time but air canada delayed My seat was apparently broken had a window seat with no one else in my row and then I was placed ina Center seat although other options were open The attendant comes on the air and says they need to manually start the engine one by one because the electric start to make it easy was not working All and all not a pleasant experience at all"

Pros: "Crew were very nice and the airplane was modern and well appointed"
Cons: "I seemed to be surrounded by fidgeting people."

Pros: "The crew were friendly."
Cons: "The crew did the best they could but the plane had two equipment malfunctions resulting in a 1.5 hr delay. After the first one resolved, we were inches away from takeoff when the captain came on to tell us something went wrong and we would need to be towed back to the terminal. After waiting for the ground crew to come rescue us, we started pushing backwards but then forwards again. Captain came on and said the problem was fixed. Once we landed at Toronto Pearson from Mexico City, there were no available gates. The movies see election available through streaming on Air Canada Rouge had fewer movies and shows than the tablet you could rent from the airline."

Pros: "Ease of flying right from and to home"

Pros: "Business class seat"
Cons: "Mpvie choices are terrible. They don’t know what “new releases” mean."

Pros: "The plane was unable to board on time ,the cabin was too cold. That was a hitch well managed but with a seat near the rear of the aircraft only food option was cup of soup rehydrated with hot water or snacks. May be better food provision could be implemented."

Cons: "It was terribly hot. The flight was late by 4 hours. Extremely poor service"

Pros: "The crew tried to be polite and understanding during the flight."
Cons: "The flight left an hour late with no explanation. Then when we arrived in Toronto we sat on the runway for another hour waiting to be able to disembark. At this point the crew became testy and offered no explanation while passengers were understandably aggravated."

Pros: "Great flight, on-time, comfortable for economy class, food was decent for airplane food, free wine"
Cons: "Staff was not friendly to some other passengers, they had to wait hours for coffee. Long layover"

Cons: "Air Canada Rouge is a nasty way to travel. In a standard seat, there is enough room for a very small adult/ child. If you are 6ft tall or more, you are going to be in trouble. If Air Canada gave an extra 3 inches of space for your knees between the seat in front of your own seat, everything else would be bearable. Corporate greed drives jamming in as many seats as humanly possible to ensure that you know how a sardine in a can feels. I am not sure why Air Canada feels justified in charging extra money for a bulkhead seat just so a customer can have a "normal" experience travelling. I would recommend every Air Canada exec goes for a ride on a Rouge Cattle Car to see how enjoyable it is."

Pros: "flight attendants were very nice"
Cons: "not even peanuts! seats seemed even more crammed together than usual"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "They had nothing together. My first flight was delayed so I got in late and my connecting flight was rescheduled for 5 hours later. Their "free meal voucher" for rescheduling amounts to one slice of pizza and no drink. The airport then lost my checked bag and kept me waiting in one room for 4 of those hours to where I was still rushing to catch my next flight. Air Canada then forgot to assign a plane to my new second flight so I waited another 2 hours to board. Once boarded, the airline made us wait another hour while they loaded bags, then unloaded some of the wrong bags thy put on. They then tacked 25 minutes in the wrong direction and we went all the way back. I have never seen so many people rushing the customer service desks because they missed their connecting flights, throughout the entire time I was stuck in Toronto. Additionally, their "in flight movie system" doesn't work unless you rent one of their iPads. It prompts you to download Java Flash player even if you already have it instead of asking to run it. Then once you allow it, you get a 1-2 second animation then the movie breaks. There are similar errors with their music and tv show features, I tried all of these in my laptop and phone."

Cons: "Both my flights were cancelled and I had to fly out on a later flight . Thus greatly inconvenienced myself as both times it meant I did not reach my destination until the middle of the night. I hope I never have to use Air Canada again because I always have something negative happen when I fly with them!"

Pros: "Movies!"
Cons: "Food.."

Pros: "This time I got my choice of meal, at least."
Cons: "Rouge's entertainment system is spotty. It's via WiFi and you must have your own device. It didn't work for many on the flight including myself. Also, you need to pay for alcoholic beverages on Rouge's trans Atlantic flights."

Pros: "the pilot did a great job. the crew was nice."
Cons: "It was interesting to me that the plane used for a 4 hour flight (this one) was smaller than a plane used for a 1hr flight. I was uncomfortable the entire time. this was a redeye flight, departing at midnight. the cabin lights stayed on for the first hour making it impossible to dose off. we were given a 'snack' of a disgusting chicken wrap slathered in mayo. it was inedible. oh, and accompanied by a large kitkat bar. I mean. Who came up with this combo? there were no screens, no in flight entertainment unless you wanted to run down your phone battery or rent an ipad for $10. I was truly disappointed."

Pros: "Not a lot"
Cons: "Poor aircraft, uncomfortable seats, not recommended."

Pros: "We arrived safely."
Cons: "Most uncomfortable plane ride I've ever taken. No food offered at all - everything was by purchase only. No entertainment system at all. Had to stop halfway to refuel."

Cons: "One of the crew members seemed a bit out of sorts, didn't smile much and was curt with another passenger when she was asked to take his garbage."

Pros: "On time"
Cons: "No food or entertainmet."

Pros: "The cabin service was amazing, the staff was so prompt and courteous, I am a frequent flyer on Air Canada and I love flying Air Canada."

Cons: "Plane was too small with extra small overhead bin. We were asked to keep Cabin Luggage beneath our seats even though it fits the prescribe dimension. Return flight was first late then was told that the Restroom inside the plane is not working which is weird (atleast i never experienced this before)."

Pros: "The flight attendants are usually nice and very helpful when we're traveling with our baby."
Cons: "We take air Canada from NYC to Toronto a few times a year, and they often cancel flights when they're not full enough, which is annoying. Also the agents at the counter are not courteous."

Pros: "Thanks for keeping us posted on the updates"

Pros: "The flight was perfect. Stress free. I will definitely get it again."

Pros: "The crew was amazing."
Cons: "The flight was outrageously hot the entire time. There were no A/C vents above the seats, probably because the dated plane may have been built before temperature control. It was honestly almost unbearable."

Pros: "The one good thing about this flight was it wasn't fully booked, so I managed to get an entire row to myself, that and the food wasn't bad, and movie selection was alright."
Cons: "There were major delays taking off, and landing. I was supposed to have about a 3 hour layover in Toronto, due to multiple delays, flight plan changes, and mechanical failures I ended up getting booted from the 2nd leg of the flight, and having to spend an unanticipated night in Toronto. To begin, my 3pm flight from Seoul to Toronto was delayed to 6pm (the day before the flight was even scheduled, and for no apparent reason.) I wasn't even notified of this change, the only reason I found out was I tried checking in online the afternoon of the day before my flight (only because I remembered to do so myself, never received a check in reminder notice) and found out of the change. So my connecting flight had been bumped, and my ETA to my destination changed. This wasn't terrible, just an annoyance. Second, the flight was stuck at the departure gate for over an our. I'm not 100% sure why, however, after delay after delay, and then a flight plan change, we finally took off over an hour late, this too was was an annoyance, an nothing notable. It wasn't until we landed, where we were delayed on the tarmac for yet over another hour, due to mechanical issues that was the problem. We were stuck for about an hour (the pilot promising we'd be moving in "just 5 minutes", every 10-15 minutes) before the pilot decided to order buses to unload us, to then turn them away once they arrived so that way we could get towed to the gate. It then took an additional 40 minutes for the plane to get hitched, and towed to the gate. Once we arrived at the gate, I tried running through the airport to catch my connecting flight (which I had 10 minutes till boarding, and 40 minutes till departure) only to find out that I had been bumped from my connecting flight (despite having no checked baggage) and would have to stay the night in Toronto. Apparently this is not a rare occurrence for Air Canada to screw up flights. There were other people both on other original fights, as well as mine who were bumped from their connecting flights to various destinations, as well as having lost luggage. Again, individually these weren't exactly huge issues, collectively, they're the reason this has probably been my first and last time flying Air Canada."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Boarding was terrible. No leg room at all."

Cons: "Flight was late. The status screens in the Toronto airport depicted incorrect information."

Pros: "I really like how friendly the flight staff was. The women and men were always smiling and courteous! They loaded the plane quickly and easily all while being helpful and smiling. On my flight from Moncton to Montreal I needed several vomit bags just in case some of my cousins wedding drinks wanted to come up. The stewardess quickly grabbed several for me and was very kind. Luckily nothing came up and I felt great at the end of the flight!"
Cons: "I don't fly as often as used to, but I've noticed that flight services have definitely gone down hill. Flying Air Canada was refreshing, so I don't have anything negative to say except I really wish I'd won tickets for my family and I back to Canada on Air Canada, hahaha!"

Pros: "The crew was nice and understanding"
Cons: "I was stuck up against the back galley with no armrest on the aisle but that was only the beginning when the guy in front reclined his seat the seat back it was dangerously close to my head. In the event of turbulence it would have been easy to sustain a massive blow to the head from the seat in front of me during a whiplash type motion. The person that approved this seating arrangement should be terminated."

Cons: "Delayed over an hour, making it almost impossible to catch our connecting flight in Montreal. Thankfully, the flight out of Montreal was delayed and we were able to make the flight by the very last minute."

Pros: "Crew was very nice"
Cons: "n/a"

Cons: "We left late in a plane with little air, got to Nashville and had to sit for an hour on the runway in a hot plane due to hate not ready. Clearly not staffed properly as there were multiple open gates in plain sight."

Cons: "Seats are small and these are the regular seats"

Pros: "Airbus 380"

Cons: "There was no complimentary checked luggage. Not impressed because usually this is only done by the cheap budget airlines not a national airline."

Cons: "Flight was delayed making me miss my connection. Poor customer service at the airport plus the fact that my baggage got lost however, it was delivered after 24 hours."

Cons: "Delayed 2h"

Cons: "When boarding the plane, they called the zones too quickly. Then there was an Air Canada representative giving bad directions to the passengers as to where to get in line. Then she got annoyed and was disrespectful to the passengers as they were trying to get in line. She needed to give better directions or change the way they called the zones. Air Canada knew the flight to Montreal was delayed when we left London. They changed our reservation to Toronto to a flight that we still couldn't connect with because of timing. It would have been easier if they were more realistic with the timing of the flight and booked us on a later flight to Toronto."

Pros: "I liked the service. I dont like flying much but the stewdardes made me feel comfortable so it was a good flight"

Pros: "Newer plane"
Cons: "Delayed for 4hrs and less than adequate meal voucher for $10 for dinner? Very disappointed and I'm a long time AC customer."

Cons: "The fact there was no entertainment system available for a 6hr international flight is a crime. Apparently there is some sort of app you need to download on a mobile device or computer BEFORE the flight, Would have made a huge difference knowing that."

Pros: "The cabin attendents were excellent. They were courteous, patient, friendly, helpful, professional. When we were waiting for take off for two hours, they did everything they could to make the situation less awful. I would travel Air Canada again just because of the cabin attendants."
Cons: "I can't say I enjoyed waiting on the tarmac for two hours because of what reportedly turns out to have been a data entry mistake, and I would have liked different movies in the onboard entertainment selection."

Pros: "first time aboard a Boeing Dreamliner. Plane was a nine series-fairly new and is no doubt the best plane Air Canada has since their L1011 (back in the 80's)"
Cons: "Charging for checked luggage and seat selection puts Air Canada in the same league as mass carriers such as United whose service and quality of flight experience is at the bottom of the scale of carriers."

Pros: "staff polite"
Cons: "Flight attendant speech over intercom unintelligible. She held the mic too close and spoke much too fast."

Pros: "NOTHING"
Cons: "EVERYTHING"
