Flight delayed over an over all day until it cancelled at 1:30am. Would not repeatedly delay that late. Offer hotel rooms and rebook early. Very difficult for families with small children

Missed the flight because of them and up geting a rental car

Plane was good but was delayed. probably not AA fault but caused a 1 hour delay. Seating was cramped.

lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints

The WiFi and app don’t work as easily as other airlines

Their computers were down upon arrival to the airport. They were unable to figure out how to board us. We were delayed over an hour and a half.

There were 3-4 delays on this flight—we almost missed our connection.

Terrible Ticketing and Check in process. I learned that AA unilaterally cancelled my premium seating from PHL to CLT and from CLT to JAN. They did, however, refund my money, but my seating was subsequently severely downgraded. They didn’t have a seat for my unless I paid for it! Not cool! Consequently, Check-in took 45 min. AA is usually great, but this was my worst experience with AA ever. Appalling they they arbitrarily cancel my seats threatening loss of flight if I didn’t pay for a seat!!!! -John

only issue is i feel we pulled off from the gate ontime, we sat on the runway longer than i felt made sense.

The wifi didn’t work and there was limited food to buy

it was our first flight with Air Canada. The flight was very good. The arrived 10 minutes early. The crew was attentive and very professional. The seats were comfortable and the food was fine. There were a lot of movies and TV shows to choose from. The boading was OK, but it is more about the Montreal airport procedures, but not about Air Canada.

Crew was very respectful and ready to serve. Much better than before.

Flight was delayed, I had to put my luggage all the way in the back! They served only a beverage no snack on the way in Air Canada, definitely not a good first impression.

It was an enjoyable flight. I guess the airlines will never go back to catering, they save so much money.

Flight delayed. Thus connection to Paris missed. About 50 people were left alone in YUL for 22 hours. Extra fees involved. No back up from Air Canada. Then the next day issues with luggage (fee paid to Air Canada but flight transfered/ slided onto Air France) .

5 delays to departure. Finally left 2 hours after scheduled time. Further issues with “paperwork” when we were ready to push away from the gate. Air Canada has a real problem with flights between Montreal and Toronto over the last 24 months. Of my 12 flights, 8 have been delayed or cancelled. With no compensation. I now drive between Toronto and Montreal whenever I can. At least I know I will get there when I planned to.

When we got to the airport for our flight from Chicago to Montreal which was scheduled for 2.00 p.m. they had no record of it and booked us on a flight at 3.30 very disappointing . We also had to pay 50.00 each for a seat. All things considered ,I will never book thru Kayak again. Next time I will only book directly thru Air Canada no second party booking Sue

Air Canada are just not reliable …. Kept cancelling /delaying flights

Terrible crew. Mediocre food. Terrible headphones. No Bluetooth connection for entertainment. Crying babies. Horrible experience.
