Our first flight from LAX to Winnipeg was changed but you never informed us at all. It went from a nonstop flight to a stay at Calgary. This impacted our trip negatively as we arrived much later than we planned to. Our returning flight was horrible. The flight was delayed 6 hours!! And we were NOT going to wait that long. The only way we got on our original flight was running there. However all of our suitcases were now coming on the delayed flight. It was the worst experience we ever had flying. I want my money back.

Please make more option. And be more precise on the type of food you giving. Diner and breakfast can be different

It was generally pretty good, but the check-in and boarding process were a little difficult. Check in was in terminal 2F, but there was a shuttle required to get to the gate, which added significant time. The gate was changed 30 minutes before boarding, which took us by surprise - we did not get the notice until boarding had started. The check in line moved very slowly - the agent was friendly, but did not seem very efficient/urgent given the growing line.

Delays and missed connections were very hard the crew were wonderful but 1 1/2 hours late from Abbotsford to a 4 hour wait in Calgary was too much. I am 79 years old and I didn’t get to my destination until after 1 in the morning. They could have offered a seat in the lounge or a meal. I was very disappointed in the treatment

No dogs! Can we have no dogs in the cabin? Why was there a yappy little dog behind me? Lucky I had ear plugs. Sorry for others without

Our flight was delayed almost 3.5 hours (some of the issue seemed to be weather-related, yes) but NOTHING was offered as an conciliatory gesture for this delay. No food offering or any additional drink offering. There is no entertainment is available on any screen behind the seats. The airlines are so quick to penalize customers for slightest requests for comfort- seat changes, complicated baggage allowances, seating zones which are utterly dehumanizing (ZONE 9? after Zone 4- why? This is so clearly meant to be a message to those that do not have 'loyalty' to this airline to make a distinguishing line in the sand. There is such a lack of humanity in the way people are corralled in and spoken to. So, I don't think airlines should be all that surprised when those some dehumanizing corporate treatment is returned to them when asked. The flight on the way into Calgary was scheduled to arrived at 9:25 and we arrived at 12:45 AM. It is not okay. I would think TWICE and possibly once more before booking with them again. Their overhead bins are small and limited so they bully you into either paying for a $90 checked bag or gate check a lot of people's bags. Often on their website there is no carry-on bag allowance. Beware!

Nice to have free food and reasonable beverages. My seat screen was out. Crew tried to reset it but no good. Would fly WestJet again

Good value, minor delay due to waiting for inbound plane but they gave accurate information about wait time. Able to switch to a seat by my husband thanks to a kind flight attendant

They cancelled and moved my flight with no email or text or any other notice. I discovered this only when I attempted to check in for my flight. Actual flying experience was above average.

Delayed boarding. Delayed taking off. Delayed landing. Missed our connecting flight. Our seats on this plane were not assigned until last minute, splitting up our family with kids. I sat in the last row next to the bathroom with so many people rubbing up against me to get to the bathroom the entire flight.

The internet connection was perfect, and the updated entertainment systems that allow me to connect my Bluetooth earbuds was excellent

It was good to receive a card for my birthday

It would have been better if it wasn’t cancelled

Flying in the Dreamliner is always comfortable. Though the food options for Air Canada aren't great.

No TV's. Seats are super uncomfortable. Crew was great!

Service Director cut all cabin lights and window screens defaulted to dark, but it was an afternoon flight going west. I spent hours trying to see what was reading as reading lights weren't working either. What the hell.

The food could have been better. The flight attendant was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever had.

The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.

I did not like ANYTHING about Discover....see my previous comments regarding our trip. I will do everything possible never to fly with Discover again!!!

My wife was in a wheelchair. Most accommodating and kind staff!
