Overall great. For improvement: early online check-in with seat choice.
The food was really good and healthy. Hopefully, next time final confirmation before the flight is earlier with complete information such as the Seat and Terminal Numbers.
It was so disappointed trip by unexpected company's fault delay. It had taken 3 hours delay for mechanical maintenance plus another 3 hours for bad weather.
SEA HND sector internet only worked for the last 2.5hrs of flight….. never had this kind of incident with other airlines
12 of the 14 hours were in the dark, all during daylight. Didn’t use my light because it disturbed other people it was illuminating. 14 hours sitting upright in a cramped space was horrible.
I’ve always had pleasant experiences with ANA and that has made me a loyal customer.
UA discouraged people to choose seat on economy class by charging about three times of another airlines. For example, ANA will charge USD60 to choose an aisle seat but UA is charging USD 219.

They lost my luggage on the inbound flight and then lost it again on this flight. I called online travel agent to change earlier flight to get a longer layover in Vancouver but ANA denied it

Waited at airport from 10 am till 4 pm and no flight due to fog. Ugh.
The only thing I can't give good or really good is the fact that we didn't have food ,just a packet of pretzels or cookies which is normal,and ofcourse there isn't any entertainment. I've always flowen WestJet ..I really like the airlines..this plane was smaller one ,pretty tight seating.
What do you expect from a Dash 8 plane? No seats really comfortable.
The snacks could have been better, and maybe some warm drinks instead of just water cause it was very very cold.

Your questions don’t quite make sense. There was no food service as far as I know. Short 2 hour flight. Nice crew. On time. Older plane that looks to be ready for a tuneup. Sagging, stretched pockets etc. No entertainment system, screens etc, which makes sense on a short flight. Seat etc at the low end of the comfort zone which I’m sure you already know. Totally okay for a short flight. Sure would not to take a longer flight in the plane though.

How long ,and having to fly west of Regina to Edmonton , then fly over Regina to Toronto 👎, then to puerto plata !! Same on way home, puerto plata to Toronto then fly over Regina to Calgary👎. Then back to Regina !

this flight was exceptional due to the plane itself being updated with longer seat belts so no need for the extender and access to a tv.

Crowded and tight fit on Rouge. Entertainment requires your own mobile device. Small bag of pretzels is only food for 3.5 hour flight.
Flight from saskatoon to toronto was by far the worst flight ive ever been on and roughest landing ever.
Lack of WC assistance when returning to Toronto and my 92 year old aunt needed. To walk a fair distance with great difficulty to get to the exit and taxis. We were left without assistance after departing from the airport wagon.
It was okay; however, for a long-haul flight, the economy seats were uncomfortable. The seat cushioning needs to be improved. The food served was below average. The staff was good and courteous. They were attentive and helped the passengers where possible.
Flight was ok but being left waiting for over 2 hrs at baggage claim at destination and there being no air Canada reps on hand was totally unacceptable especially after you charged $31.50 to check the bag !! This should be refunded .
Late getting off the plane. Took a very long time to get my luggage. Ended up missing my next flight, had to rebook and get a hotel room. Costed $800
