Though the flights to and from Tokyo were the longest (and some foods I found a little bit unappetising, but some I liked), and Osaka to Tokyo was very short (therefore no food or entertainment), I kinda enjoyed them and might use them again if I go to Japan again at some point in the future
Very nice staff and very good choices for food and drinks.
The flight took off at 10pm in Singapore (which is not an issue). However, the breakfast was served at 2:00am Singapore time to ETA of 5am SG time. Hence, it was difficult to get much of rest or sleep during the flight.
I was expecting to fly in a Japanese airline because that what I bought, very disappointed finding out the change of airline without any explanation.
The stewardesses were excellent! The food and service were great. I will definitely fly ANA in the future.
Excellent. There were setbacks, but it had nothing to do with the crew. Mostly, mechanical which delayed our flight.
Awful. They cancelled my flight from Osaka to Tokyo and did not communicate this with United so my flight was never rescheduled. I had to call United myself who, after being on hold with them for an entire hour, did not believe that my flight had been canceled because ANA never reported this. ANA themselves refused to rebook my flight. United then said they would only rebook my flight for $600. After three hours of calling I was able to rebook my flight. My total trip was delayed 7 hours.
Flights got canceled due to weather and rebooked; however, were rebooked for the latest times and I was unable to move anything up.
Overall great. For improvement: early online check-in with seat choice.
They lost my luggage on the inbound flight and then lost it again on this flight. I called online travel agent to change earlier flight to get a longer layover in Vancouver but ANA denied it
It would have been nice to know there was no on flight entertainment
Waited at airport from 10 am till 4 pm and no flight due to fog. Ugh.
The only thing I can't give good or really good is the fact that we didn't have food ,just a packet of pretzels or cookies which is normal,and ofcourse there isn't any entertainment. I've always flowen WestJet ..I really like the airlines..this plane was smaller one ,pretty tight seating.
What do you expect from a Dash 8 plane? No seats really comfortable.
The snacks could have been better, and maybe some warm drinks instead of just water cause it was very very cold.

Your questions don’t quite make sense. There was no food service as far as I know. Short 2 hour flight. Nice crew. On time. Older plane that looks to be ready for a tuneup. Sagging, stretched pockets etc. No entertainment system, screens etc, which makes sense on a short flight. Seat etc at the low end of the comfort zone which I’m sure you already know. Totally okay for a short flight. Sure would not to take a longer flight in the plane though.

How long ,and having to fly west of Regina to Edmonton , then fly over Regina to Toronto 👎, then to puerto plata !! Same on way home, puerto plata to Toronto then fly over Regina to Calgary👎. Then back to Regina !
Miss the tv at least showing the map as one travels.

this flight was exceptional due to the plane itself being updated with longer seat belts so no need for the extender and access to a tv.

Crowded and tight fit on Rouge. Entertainment requires your own mobile device. Small bag of pretzels is only food for 3.5 hour flight.
Flight from saskatoon to toronto was by far the worst flight ive ever been on and roughest landing ever.
Lack of WC assistance when returning to Toronto and my 92 year old aunt needed. To walk a fair distance with great difficulty to get to the exit and taxis. We were left without assistance after departing from the airport wagon.
It was okay; however, for a long-haul flight, the economy seats were uncomfortable. The seat cushioning needs to be improved. The food served was below average. The staff was good and courteous. They were attentive and helped the passengers where possible.
Flight was ok but being left waiting for over 2 hrs at baggage claim at destination and there being no air Canada reps on hand was totally unacceptable especially after you charged $31.50 to check the bag !! This should be refunded .
Late getting off the plane. Took a very long time to get my luggage. Ended up missing my next flight, had to rebook and get a hotel room. Costed $800
Paid for Air Canada but got Rouge - no entertainment no chargers
