Everything was excellent service was good.Only one problem my trip san francisco to tapie was good but the Taipe to HongKong we change gate 3times a lot of walking n everyone has to rush around from gate to gate.By the time to board our flight i felt soo sick from running from one gate to another.That was the only problem i face

Fast and efficient boarding. Flight was on time. Service was very good for our long flight. First time flying with this airline and I would highly recommend.

Eva air is a good airline. The seats on the way to Taipei could have certainly been more comfortable, but all in all it was a pretty good experience.

The flight went well. Everything good. Boarding. Meal service. Snack (crackers) & Drinks. (Could do with more selection like a sandwich). The seats did not have the annoying footrests (that dig into your shins when you stretch out your legs.). Entertainment was good as I watch 4 movies. Screens were bight (adjustable) but could do with privacy filters on them to prevent light from the passenger next to you shining in your face. They need to have milk for hot black tea though as coffee creamer just never makes tea taste nice.

Experience was good. Check-in at airport was slower than norm.

Everything was fantastic! It was a short flight but the crew really went above and beyond to make it a great flight. I felt cared for with EVA.

This was only a short flight, but it had a full hot in-flight meal service. I was very impressed by the skills of the flight attendants in getting the meals out and collecting the trays back without any problems, in double quick time. The meal I had was also very tasty.

Nice smooth flight with pleasant stewards. Slept most of the flight, they could have slowly turned on the lights to make it more pleasant. Otherwise a good trip.

Boarding, staff and flight great. A bit disappointed with no in flight online entertainment but I'll live. Landing was a bit of a jolt (more than usual) but hey everything else was smooth. LoL

1.5 hours late departing YVR for a 14-minute flight. Packed waiting area. Full plane. Families with tired, screaming kids. 40-minute wait for baggage at YYJ. For a Dash-8. Obviously there was some kind of breakdown but there was no communication from anyone. Most of this was not WestJet's fault but it was an unpleasant night overall. I fell asleep in a chair waiting for the luggage carousel to start.

Nothing to like about flying in the Dash 8s. With very small seats, little legroom, and a very noisy plane, nothing about such trips is enjoyable.

Difficult to say. Over crowded but that is the fault of the airplane not WestJet

For some reason there was a change in the cockpit which delayed us by an hour

flight changed by airline. then could not check imto mew flight because kiwi had messed up the reservation. still waiting to depart…

Good. Really crowded and busy. Going to Winnipeg plane was crowded and seats very narrow Now I remember why I dislike flying 😈

The crew was doing their best on an old plane needing updating. Chairs that creaked and wouldn’t stay in position. My tray table was unusable as was on-board entertainment due the audio needing usb earphones (that were not provided). Prior to boarding in Toronto and despite being scheduled for a wheelchair and assistance, we were dropped off by clubcar without a wheelchair which I found myself by a gate. Due to no boarding gate assigned at that time we waited and when it was, it subsequently was moved from 64 to 95. No help could be found so I pushed my husband’s chair to that furthest gate in the airport at the highest speed possible for a 73 year old. And by that I mean I ran. It was a very stressful experience.

Wifi wasn't working on one of the UA flights after boarding.

the plane was old. the wifi didn’t work. the entertainment was boring and dated. the charging ports were impossible to find. i was mostly ignored by flight attendants that had no problem speaking to the man beside me. i got two drinks the entire time i was on the plane.

Crew was not very helpful. They forgot to serve me coffee and had to wait for a long time.It looked as if they were not very happy with what they were doing.

The flight I was connecting with waited for me even though my 1st flight was late. I really appreciated that.

Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.

No snacks served! Seating in the kast row in uncomfortable.

The seat is too hard and my back and bottom are having servers pain

I think Air Canada is the only airline I've flown where they don't give you at least a free cookie.

It was a domestic flight so the food was not included. But we had not even a little snack and by the end of the flight they were coming around serving water.

My flight from Victoria was late taking off and then I was rebooked on a new flight from Vancouver to SFO without my knowledge the next day. I actually made it to the gate on time so I could have boarded my flight but Air Canada rebooked me instead. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant experience with no grace from the Air Canada staff. I will not fly Air Canada again

My wife and I especially liked the fact that the Toronto agent went beyond expectation to allow my wife and I to sit together. There was no option for us when we booked our seats. Very thankful!

I didn’t fly I had to cancel as I booked the flight incorrectly, as in reverse order. I hope I wasn’t charged as I cancelled immediately.

All but one of four were on time. One was delayed for an hour

Got the email to check in but when I tried to check in it said "cannot connect to server", so checked in at the desk.

For me was not enough water. + 200 ml would be perfect… Generally it was good.

Lovely staff for a short flight! Complimentary wine too made me happy.

Seating is comfortable, boarding is well organized. Toilets are very small. Even though I’m petite, still find no room to move around. Toilet paper holder hanging loosely, eventually they fell on the floor. The small sink is too shallow that causes water splashing on the floor. It doesn’t look pleasant. I didn’t purchase food or watch the entertainment, so no comments.
