My trip was two parts flying from Canada to ATL then to PNS I had confirmed seats with tickets at boarding in Canada and bags tagged for said flight. Got to ATL got help to plane before boarding ended and was told at the gate that I had no seats on this flight even though I had tickets that said so I was told by a supervisor with Delta that I was booked on flight 5 hours later not the one on my ticket had to sit in ATL not knowing if my bags were on flight I was booked on or the one I was told at the gate for 5 hours later or even if I would have seat on that flight as seats were to be assigned at gate. Will never recommend West Jet product and am not sure about Delta any longer and had never booked thru Kayak for flight before and will probably never again and will be sharing my experience with who ever will listen to me about it to warn them to avoid the problems I went thru.

Terrible experience at the gate. Charged for carry on luggage despite them meeting the requirements for sizing.
It was not clear that a shopping bag with gifts would need to be checked. Lucky that my friend checked her carry on so that she could take mine on. It contained fragile items ( and expensive). Plus they charged me $100 for that last minute change.
Never been on a long haul flight that didn't have on flight entertainment. I hope the way back is better !
It was fine for a low cost trip. No entertainment and poor food offer. The sits were ok. It was on time.
Seat barely reclined. Boarding took forever. Flight attendants were not very friendly
Premium class - the food could have been much better such as a veggie tray or fruit tray or cheese & crackers.
Worst airlines. I will never fly this again. Please warn customers. They cancelled our first flight and then gave us flight vouchers that were declined.
Needs to be clearer about baggage allowances upon purchasing tickets

Never made this leg of the flight since we rebooked through United instead. Did not make it to immigration/US custom due to the delay. Had to spend the night on our own dime in Toronto
Booked flight was cancelled. Was rebooked but sat in airport for several hours for new departure.
Staff were amazing but there check in machines need a major update! Absolutely horrible machines the staff were so sweet and helped but everyone. Was in need of help. They need to update it
Seat change. New seat 5 rows back from our group. Flight ok but we had to wait for half an hour after we landed for the gate.
YYZ air Canada security messed up which led to my kids missing their flight and having to go on a separate flight later in the day without the rest of the family. Customer service was horrible and have no sense of urgency or compassion for their customers. They refuse to compensate for their errors and making my kids wait hours in the airport. This isn’t the first time we have had issues with this airline and I won’t be flying with them again.
United did not permit online check-in from home as document scans were not getting uploaded. This should be fixed their app
Cancelled flight had to fight for a hotel voucher and lost my upgrade. Not great business.
dont advertise liquor drinks you don't have. begin flight on time. instead of an hour LATE. OVERHEAD BINS ARE TOO SMALL TO FIT STANDARD CARRY ONS
Flying Air Canada was pleasant and enjoyable. The United portion was lacking.
