Cons: This was a red-eye from Costa Rica to Chicago. I sat in the very back row, so I really felt the turbulence back there. But I had no chance of sleeping through it because my seat would not lean back; in fact it was so far upright that I was almost leaning forward. I can normally sleep on any flight but this was like sitting in a tiny cage designed to prevent me from finding any remotely comfortable position or getting any rest at all. They should not be allowed to sell a seat like this.

Cons: Had handicap access seats & the gate reassigned us to bad seats & apart

Cons: Airplane tire had to be replaced. Even though this was done fast, the flight was quite delayed.

Pros: Crew was excellent seat was as usual

Cons: Safety briefing not accessible for people behind approx. row 15 as the attendants were standing among the first rows.

Cons: Every time I fly from Brazil to USA and back I always can carry to luggage of 23kg in American Airlines but this company only allows 1 luggage and they charge me 90 dollars for the second one that’s bad

Pros: Crew and entertainment options were great. Aircraft was new. Boarding was smooth. On time even though we left 30 min late.

Cons: The internet was hard to connect to and the gogo options aren’t totally clear.

Cons: The earphone jack Was not working properly have to hold the earphone plug to the earphone jack the whole flight to watch movie

Cons: There was supposed to be wheelchair assistance at Richmond upon our arrival. Waited as long as I could. When no one came with a chair or any assistance, I had to walk ! struggling! so as not to fall to the baggage claim area, claim my luggage without any help, and then to my get myself and my luggage outside to meet ground transportation.

Cons: On our way to Japan, the flight didn't wait for us though we were on the ground. We had 4 h lay over and missed it by 20 min which was by their system confusion. We missed our christmas plan and business prep time in Japan. Then on our way back, the plane turned around to the gate to pick up customers causing 40min delay. Made us furious. They gave us $200 credit each for our missing flight but we think we deserve more.

Pros: The crew went the extra mile to accomodate my bag due to not having a seat in front of me to stow it. Also, Delta Comfort was exceptional!

Cons: Something to work on is organizing the flights in order when you are checking in. I arrived and it was a mess, we didn't know where to go and which line to take. Please make sure you put signs so we can follow and be more organized.
