This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. Basically, I lost my round-trip tickets because one of my last names was missing, and you didn’t allow me to correct it. I had to purchase a full ticket again. Once I get home, I will start legal proceedings against you.

The crew were polite and courteous. The Pilot did an excellent landing. It was very smooth and gentle. My only regret is that I was charged twice for my luggage . The attendant gave me no receipt . I didn't realize until I was about to board. How can this be resolved? Thank you.

Very smooth flights Toronto to Rome and return. Crews were great, food was fine but very narrow seats and limited leg room. Aisle seats on our return helped with a bit more space.

YUL AIRPORT is the worst. 1 Hr to Get out of the plane, 1 Hr To Cross the Border. 1Hr waiting to be pick up curbside. Trafic is ubeliveble.

It’s ok just the boarding point is far too far

Check in slow even though completed online check in, there was no bag drop available so had to query for 90mins as only 2 staff on desks.

Flying to a far away destination is a miracle in itself, so please take these with a grain of salt. The seats are a bit tired, and need a freshen up. The entertainment could be a bit newer, especially with all services available now. The food really is where we need help. But again, flying is a privilege, so all is good.

Not so much porter it's your site! Not good

They are a sister company with Air Transat and the two companies do not work well together. If you have any issues the two companies will blame each other and you will miss your flights. The help line does not help

Never book through a third party. Book through Air transats website. Terrible process to get help and many issues happen with them and sister companies because half the flights you book with them aren’t even through air transat.

The flight was good. It arrived at Heathrow on time but then there was no transport to take us to the terminal. We sat on the plane for an hour waiting for a bus. I will avoid Heathrow if possible in future. The crew were very apologetic.

Excellent service by the flight crew, and the food was relatively very good compared to other airlines.

I paid for full WIFI- it was terrible, kept being in and out could not listen to a podcast

Horrible experience. They broke the handle of my checked in suitcase and then refused pay for damages

The crew was friendly and helpful. The food was terrible.

Crew was excellent. And no surprise that the seats aren’t comfortable at all. But that is every airline.

British Airways Flight 525 from Florence to London on July 29th 2025 was the worse flight I have ever been on. The flight was excessively delayed with poor communication from airline as to the reason for delay. We were notified of need for an unscheduled stop in Pisa after boarding due to weather which was limiting ability to fuel up to the capacity needed for the flight to London. Though we understand and appreciate the safety concern, on quick web search we later learned this was a recurrent problem. We were subsequently kicked off our connecting flight out of London to Port land, Oregon (also on British Airways) though that flight was also delayed (we were told we would not be able to make it in time, but ironically the amount of time it took for them to rebook us would have been more than sufficient to make the connection). We then had to stay overnight in London at a very mediocre hotel, had to take a flight out on a different carrier which involved a stop at LAX (not a direct flight to our home city which we had paid extra for the convenience). Half of our bags did not arrive in LA and we had to transfer the bags ourselves from the international terminal to terminal 6, only to have most of this luggage that made it from London to LAX not arrive in Portland. They bags were eventually found but took over 60 hours for delivery. The entire trip home which was suppose to be 13 hours took over 40.

A great flight. The crew was excellent too. Of particular note of excellence was the gluten-free meal which was one of the best offerings I’ve ever had on a plane. Outstanding work, BA chefs.

Easy boarding, very friendly crew, short flight so no entertainment… needed cc for all food and drink purchases…. clean and on time … that is all that mattered… so overall very good.

Checking in process could use streamlining when it comes to all info required.not bad tho

It was extremely difficult to upgrade my partners flight over the Internet from economy to economy, plus. Then it said clearly the checked luggage can be 32 kg. At the check-in counter in Hamburg, we had to pay 100 Euros ( $122.17) for the only 31kg peace checked luggage. We were told because the change was made less than 24 hours before the flight , the luggage weight would not be upgraded. Then they offered me that for €90 I can upgrade at the counter from economy to economy, plus so we can sit together on the flight from Frankfurt to San Francisco. I happily agreed and was charged. €99.($120.95), which I noticed too late. Especially about the Euro 100 up charge I feel upset and it’s a unfair way of doing business!

Take off was not good, too hot inside the plane and seats are beyond uncomfortable.

The company said that it was Condor's responsibility to issue my train ticket, and that I should contact them. But when I did, condor said I have to contact the train company and show them my booking number. I went to the station to board my train and they said where is my bar code ticket. It was a disaster and the people at the train station said how messed up this is and that condor is the worst for putting people through this. I boarded the train with NO ticket cause no one can issue me one even though I paid and it is in my booking confirmation.

Helpful crew in a comfortable and well designed aircraft. My kids also loved the striped design of the airplane.

The return flight, the food was better. Didn't like that even at checkin we still had to pay when only 5 seats were available. Had to pay or would be stuck in the very middle between two others. I had to pay for an aisle and a middle seat. Both were considered prime seats but the two other middle ones were not.

There was one flight attendant who was exceptionally rude about the fact that they didn’t have any meatless options left when I told her I was a vegetarian. The boarding process was a bit disorganized and unclear but everything else was very good.

Seats are not comfortable. Some of the food was good and some not so good.

Really, nothing. I flew economy, and received a very good economy experience.

Flight attendants were polite but not attentive. They did not clean cabin throughout trip, and the airplane upon disembarking looked disastrous! Garbage everywhere ! The state of the cabin did NOT leave passenger with a ‘cared-for’ feeling. It looked a total mess. They also closed themselves off in the back of the plane and passengers felt like they needed to knock to get a glass of water. Very dissppointing.

Seats were not comfortable, and the problems started when we landed at Frankfurt airport. We waited more than 3 hours to collect our luggage, as a result we missed the connected train to Brussels. Our plans for the trip were ruined that day.
