Smooth ride but I wish they have better food selections.

Aircraft is designed with all 3 washrooms at the back of the plane, meaning that when there is service underway, there are no washrooms available and it gets very crowded at the back of the plane.

gave me complimentary food as the flight was not full and was attentive to my needs

Delay, after delay, after delay. It was hard as an adult travelling alone. I felt bad for the families with young children to entertain for several hours. Agents and crew performed to their usual good standard. Air Canada, never again.

Lovely flight.....only cold drinks and no more complimentary cookies!

It was good. Short flight and the crew were well organized. I find the seats a little close together. I am tall so more leg room would always be welcome.

Had to wait to clean snow at end of ramp.

I needed special assistance and all staff members, from check in to boarding and also disembarking were extremely helpful. The seats were reasonably comfortable.

Air Canada service was very poor. Delays, cancelations, ground agents overwhelmed and uninformed.. very mismanaged when having challenges
