Actually as my experience with air Canada from Canada to Newark it was crazy for me because it was a lot of delays which for me it shouldn’t be like that, but I was able to coup with it so that was my experience I hope next time they will do good on that thanks.

flight was delayed, there was open communication about the delay the delay pushed way past the posted delay time and

AC needs to update their fleet. Too many mechanical issues, dated planes and too many delays

I book my air canada flight and i am an aeroplan card holder however I was required to pay for my first check-in bag. Terrible experience

Announcement of flight cancellation when we were at the gate for boarding. Yelling that the only thing they would do is hand out taxi or hotel voucher. Group of us were travelling to the same location and we were not accommodated to travel together. I was sent to Montreal with barely enough time to make connecting flight and when I got to La Guardia my luggage was sent to Newark. I got a damaged suitcase next night (after 11 pm).

Leg room limited compared with previous flight from Hong Kong. Other than that. Still good value.
