No issues other than paying twice for my seat selection.

Everything was great, clean plane and washrooms. Flight was on time, excellent boarding process

The app was great, service was wonderful, everything was quick and easy

Great flights. 90 minute departure delay for maintenance issues, not a great start but, afer that very good. Didn't pay extra for seats and lucked into a window and an aisle seat. Price was excellent at the super low economy level.

No TV's. Seats are super uncomfortable. Crew was great!

Horrible. Multiple delays for every reason imaginable. Missed connection which led to missing work. How does a plane make a detour to refuel. Do the fueling then have to refuel a second time at the exact same spot? Mind blowing.

I had a great experience at YUL Air Canada. The service was top drawer as I needed help to board.

There was no food other than pretzels or a single cookie for a 4.5 hour flight. The in-flight entertainment system was not available on the back of the seat - instead I had to use my cell phone and the plane's wifi - which drained my battery even though my phone was plugged into the seat ahead of me and should have been charging - it did not. Very irritating.

This flight was canceled at the last moment and I was stranded in the Vancouver International. I spent the night there without compensation and the staff looked annoyed and wanted to get rid of the passengers without offering much help.
