Pros: "We left late and after a six and a half hour flight with a 5 hour layover we were not impressed. The plane was a Boeing 737-600 and the rows were close together. The first plane was a Boeing 37-800 with a lot more legroom. WestJet should take these things into consideration when scheduling their flights."

Cons: "After paying for an upgrade on seating, I found a dog as my neighbour. I am allergic to dogs but was told to sit down and when plane was full I may find another seat. I sat in my original seat in 14F for the trip so the $60.00 upgrade was wasted and told it is not refundable"

Cons: "avoid the westjet encore flights. planes are small and noisy. if you sit next to a window it’s impossible to comfortably put both feet on the ground. if you pay for plus seating on an encore flight you’re basically paying to get on and off first. there’s no extra room and would be more fairly priced at $10."

On this flight no one was jovial or smiling, the garbage sat on our trays for the majority of the flight. The attendants spoke to each other more than the passengers. Very disappointing!"

Seems alot of amenities cut back to save money"
