The move to foreign ownership (well, 49%) plus a new CEO that comes with a mainline carrier’s mafia mindset of shaking down his customers for cash has degraded Harbour Air’S once stellar service. The front line staff (though lovely as always) have little autonomy now. Layer on higher fares, more restrictions, up to $5/lb for extra luggage… the list of awful changes goes on. I, with others, travel for business and financially supported the airline during the pandemic, only to see the value of Quick Tickets go steadily down the drain. Examples: $300-ish one-way ticket is now non-refundable, mega restrictions on changes, and lowered baggage weight. Really? I could fly Vancouver-LA for about the same price and Air Canada would have fewer ticket restrictions. It’s a shame.
Great ride. Much easier than the Ferry. Loved the view.

7 hour layover was a drag. Free internet on the long leg was great.

Asked to cancel flight 6 days in advance of flight back to St. Louis, MO. Would not allow. No credit either.
Crew was nice especially by North American standards. Bad good. No entertainment screens. Terrible WiFi
This flight was better than the first. Two of the flight attendants were wonderful at supporting m through nausea and vomiting through the flight. No tv, no food, very interesting. I’ve never paid for wifi (just the $3 chatting) until these 2 flights. This experience has changed my opinion on layovers. Idk if I’ll ever do one again
Flights were cancelled setting me in panic mode since my much needed weekend escape with friends was only a short one. No apologies given at the airport nor on the plane. Flight was rescheduled
Not the greatest experience everything was pretty mediocre. My seat was by the washroom in the aisle and was not located well as everyone past each other people were right in my seat and space.
Lots of overhead storage, good crew, good service, smooth landing.
My husband required a wheelchair to get to the airplane and the service he received was exemplary. Thank you.
Due to the strike by AC flight attendants, my flight was cancelled. Very disappointing! A refund is being processed. This was not a Kayak issue. I will be sure to come back to Kayak in the future.
Terrible, it’s a mess with the strike. Couldn’t do the Smithers flight because my flight to Vanvouver was cancelled and there is no customer service help to get refund or help
They canceled my flight, I had to rent a car, drive 14 hours. They tell to go on line for a refund, but only offer $24 for a $210 flight and you can’t get hold of anybody by phone and no help from staff at the airport.
Seats horribly uncomfortable. Air nozzles didn't work so very overheated.
Everything could have been better from the planes not being delayed to the rudeness of staff to it was just horrible will not use kayak again or Air Canada I can't see what would ever change my mind now
Aircanada was not great. Didn't get anything to eat. No snacks. No entertainment. Horrible checking in.
luggage and cary on were extra, as well as seat selection. $240.00 was added to the final price tag.
The checking of my carry-on was not the greatest idea. It was selected for a security check in Toronto and didn't make it to my connecting flight. Fortunately Air Canada delivers late luggage to Whistler so I got it at 2 A M.
