The move to foreign ownership (well, 49%) plus a new CEO that comes with a mainline carrier’s mafia mindset of shaking down his customers for cash has degraded Harbour Air’S once stellar service. The front line staff (though lovely as always) have little autonomy now. Layer on higher fares, more restrictions, up to $5/lb for extra luggage… the list of awful changes goes on. I, with others, travel for business and financially supported the airline during the pandemic, only to see the value of Quick Tickets go steadily down the drain. Examples: $300-ish one-way ticket is now non-refundable, mega restrictions on changes, and lowered baggage weight. Really? I could fly Vancouver-LA for about the same price and Air Canada would have fewer ticket restrictions. It’s a shame.
Great ride. Much easier than the Ferry. Loved the view.

Seat back entertainment monitors would be nice. We did enjoy the In-Flight WiFi.
Our flight schedule was changed over six times, ultimately leaving us with a layover much shorter than we originally booked, which meant a panicked run through the airport. And the entertainment screen didn't function. As I've come to expect with Delta, a very mediocre and not customer-focused experience. This is on top of an outbound flight that was so delayed by mechanical issues, we had to spend the night at our layover city.
Staff were courteous and helpful. The only negative was the flight delays (which are usually unavoidable) and the high baggage price.
Could not fly out of Canada. Called airlines on Monday, July 14th. Tried to cancel the flight 7 days away, but they said I could not cancel and there would be no refund.

Our flight info was lost as the original booking was with westjet... almost missed our outbound flight trying to get it corrected. Inbound we had to reschedule completely as they didn't have our information and resold our seats ending up getting home much later than planned. The confirmation numbers we received from justfly for westjet didn't help anything with delta as they said we needed a delta confirmation which we never received. I talked with justfly and they said it's the airlines problem and with westjet and they said it is the 3rd party bookers issue.... so, not fun
They kept making changes to the itinerary. I actually wasn't able to go and i tried to get flight credit in exchange for the ticket, but the customer service chat was taking way too much time.
WestJet canceled my booking, replaced it with a booking that didn't work (departing from cruise ship), and didn't offer any flights that did work. Their only option was for me to cancel and go to another airline for more money. Which I did.
It would have been better if food is served on a 4 hours’ flight
The food on this 5 hour flight was a cookie or pretzels.

Not happy with Air Canada’s frequent flights cancellation and delays.
There was no food other than pretzels or a single cookie for a 4.5 hour flight. The in-flight entertainment system was not available on the back of the seat - instead I had to use my cell phone and the plane's wifi - which drained my battery even though my phone was plugged into the seat ahead of me and should have been charging - it did not. Very irritating.
This flight was canceled at the last moment and I was stranded in the Vancouver International. I spent the night there without compensation and the staff looked annoyed and wanted to get rid of the passengers without offering much help.
Very clean plane, staff were courteous, complimentary wifi and beverages are nice, and it was nice to have a whole row to myself! I do miss having seatback entertainment, though. And the prices are getting ridiculous, especially with the different teared tickets. But the flight overall was great.
The flight wose Daley 2hr I lost my connect flight i wose delay one day and I am not happy
Had the same two cabin attendants and Darren and Lea are exceptional
