The flight didn’t happen because they apparently lost my check in and wouldn’t let me board.
No dogs! Can we have no dogs in the cabin? Why was there a yappy little dog behind me? Lucky I had ear plugs. Sorry for others without
Good value, minor delay due to waiting for inbound plane but they gave accurate information about wait time. Able to switch to a seat by my husband thanks to a kind flight attendant
Arrival at Comox from, London,ON 6 hours later... No bueano
Generally good. However. The flight left 30 mins behind schedule with no reason given.
Flight delayed, missed my pick-up had to Uber, plus missed dinner and medication, so sad!
Flight cancelled and Kayak switched our return flight to a red eye. Ridiculous.
Delays happen but communication and care were very low on what ended up being a long day.
They canceled the flight with no reason given they should not be in business
My connecting flight was switched without proper notice. Spent the night at the airport. Missed my hotel room and rental car due to this inconvenience. Trying to remain positive.
Bluetooth to use earphones with the onboard entertainment system failed. WiFi worked at least.
Staff were very friendly. Plane left on time and arrived on time.
We were happy with the service and cost of checking a bag
The internet connection was perfect, and the updated entertainment systems that allow me to connect my Bluetooth earbuds was excellent
It was good to receive a card for my birthday
Flying in the Dreamliner is always comfortable. Though the food options for Air Canada aren't great.
No TV's. Seats are super uncomfortable. Crew was great!
The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.
Had to buy headphones. Which is sad. I did not so I listened to podcasts and slept. Free beer is excellent a d those pretzels are great too. Overall I feel Air Canada slightly exceeds Westjet for overall experience. But still more can be done. Like allowing guests to view a movie for free.
Lots of selection for entertainment. Fight was comfortable. However. The flight was delayed multiple times. And the delay caused us to miss an important mwwting.
