Better could be service of your checking staff on the gait N15 at Seattle Tacoma airport... Flight AS 378 , 08/02/2025. Time 9.45 AM. I was very disappointed of their job.

I was expecting better service from Alaska Airlines. I registered for assistance since I have a disability. The terminal in Seattle, WA was very unprofessional and at times rude. The BWI location was the exact opposite. I will NOT consider Alaska Airlines for future flights.

Flight was on time, inflight service was professional and attendants were so pleasant.

We almost missed our flight because the screen indicating our gate was incorrect. We kept checking it and it kept giving the same gate number but finally when no agents came, someone also waiting for the same flight, found an agent who then directed us to the correct gate which was at the N gate not at the C gate. We really had to rush to get there and they were already loading when we arrived.

Overall experience was good and would fly again with Alaska Airlines.

I do not feel the priority seating I paid for was was adequate for the cost. there was no difference from coach on any other airline, and it was very uncomfortable

Once I was in my seat, it wasn't as comfortable. It was very tight (width wise).

I couldn't believe how comfortable and spacious the seats are in coach! I am also so pleased that Alaska Airlines is plastic free for their in-flight beverage service.

The flight was oversold and it was a bit nervewracking wondering if I would get on the flight. I never know with these kinds of things. I upgraded to a premium seat which was great legroom and early on/offboarding but it was still shoulder-to-shoulder in the row. It was uncomfortable and took contorting though we were all civil about it. Overall, it was a comfortable flight - crew was outstanding/attentive from check-in to off-boarding. I didn't have the food, so rated it just "good".
