Cons: The landing was very rough from Nashville to Dallas
Pros: Excellent crew.
Cons: Seat 2L rocks back and forth every time person in seat 1L moves. This was a day flight ORD-LHR so I wasn’t sleeping but I could see how that would be annoying if I were.
Cons: AA provided me NO assistance when my flight was cancelled and I had to make arrangements on my own, which caused me to incur in extra expending.
Pros: I got to converse with the pilots before getting on board, and they were super awesome guys. Flight attendants were attentive and checked in frequently enough.
Cons: Due to missed connection, computer booked me on later flight, but in the wrong class (i.e., not first class as ticketed). Very helpful agent at O'Hare was able to remedy this though (didn't get her name. 6/25/19 at help desk near O'Hare gate L4, 7PM)
Pros: leg room!
Cons: no electrical outlets at the seats. What's up with that? How OLD is that plane? yikes!
Pros: The boarding process was good. Other airlines should adopt the 'boarding from the back of the plane to the front' process.
Cons: But everything else about the flight was not great. The crew was slow (though they were polite and friendly). Movie and TV show selections were not bad, but the sound quality was so terrible that it was impossible to hear the movie.
Cons: they say they're partners with TAP until something goes awry. Seattle flight delayed causnig me to miss flight to Lisbon then Rome. wouldn't rebook on another airline to get me there on time. didn't troubleshoot until too late. wouldn't offer finanacial compensation. didn't go the extra mile to make it right. wouldn't recommend
Pros: Crew members were nice and professional.
Pros: Jet Blue just seems to go the extra mile. Everything seems just a click nicer than American and United.
Cons: Nothing in particular. The crew made it as pleasant an experience as possible.
Pros: Not much to like, the actual flight itself was ok.
Cons: The flight was delayed over 6 hours before scheduled departure which changed 2 more times before boarding. The worst part was when we landed in Denver there were supposedly no gates available (although you could visibly see dozens of empty gates through the windows) and we sat on the plane 2 hours!
Pros: I am never flying Spirit airlines again.

Pros: Crew moved me because I have a service animal. Then offered the guy they moved compensation for moving him. But not me. Huh.

Cons: Fly lost, since first fly was delayed 2:36 min.
Pros: I didn't like anything about this flight except the gate agent was trying to be friendly. Everything else was horrible. We were 7 hors late leaving, and I wasn't given enough of a food voucher to even buy a salad at a fast food restaurant.
Cons: A few more dollars for a meal voucher since we were 7 hours delayed.
Pros: Women at this counter in CHARLOTTE was awesome
Pros: The young man who finally boarded passengers after multiple delays stayed very calm and profession and communicated clearly to expedite our boarding process.
Cons: Everything. We had three gate changes and an hour delay. Frontier communicated these changes terribly. The seats were painfully uncomfortable. No beverages available on the flight unless you paid. The entire A concourse of DIA seemed full of angry Frontier passengers. The customer service was packed
Cons: The chairs on the flight could definitely used more cushion, also some kind of inflight movie would have been nice.
Pros: The leg room. Crew was nice
Cons: Paid an extra $200 to sit in the front only to have the back be let out first. Charge for entertainment and no WiFi until the last 20 min of the flight. False advertising.

Cons: The entertainment system at my wife's seat was broken - very disappointing.
Cons: This was a terrible flight. Had a connection that was delayed several times and eventually cancelled without explanation. I was traveling for my best friend's wedding and they did not work with me to try to get me on the next flight. I had to book another flight from another airline.
Pros: Ne’er front of plane for easy on/off. Payed extra for extra leg room.

Cons: Leaving on time! We were more than 2.5 hours delayed, and many of us were on the same connecting flight. We landed 5 minutes before our scheduled departure, so we all missed it. You’d think they would see that 20ish people were all coming to that flight and hold the doors for us...
