It was a good experience except that the flight has been rescheduled, bit disappointed but it happens.
Missed our flight with Cathay due to late Westjet plane and chaotic Toronto airport. Had to clear customs get bags and re check bags in an hour. Did not make it got lost not clear signage with bag drop off. West jet only allowed 1 checked bag for this international fluid. Cathay checked my second bag for free.
The only notable problem was bathroom facilities. Only one toilet for far too many people, and dirty nearly all the time. Both otherwise, Cathay Pacific is great. Wonderful staff everywhere.
The flight attendants were very helpful, efficient and courteous in helping everyone!
The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was great. Lots of movies to choose from as well as tv shows. Highly recommend.
Better. I took an aisle seat this time. Although the overheard compartment above the seat ahead of me kept opening up during flight.
Short staffs, I ask stewardess to bring me cognac twice during dinner but they didn't bring it!
I have a Peanut Allergy and the Steward staff were very accommodating in ensuring my safety as my allergy is life threatening. Very professional and so vested in their profession.
My seat was sold off to someone else. Had to wait 9 hours to catch the next filght. Definitely will never use Cathay Pacific again. Bad, very bad airline. will comment on google reviews too.
Terrible service. Staff kept our passports and were too slow to check us in, web check in was not working and as a result of slow as molasses service we missed our flight and had to be rebooked at 2 am, I was charged for an extra drink and told I’d be refunded. Never received the refund. Very uncomfortable seats, staff are rude and dismissive. Will not be flying with avianca again.
Our family of four were seated separated entirely from one another. We were hopeful to at least be paired up with our children in groups of two. Remember that no food is provided. You will get two beverages and a single Made Good granola bite size bar. Air Canada Bistro menu is available for purchase. Blankets, pillows, and headphones are also available for purchase.
Not great. Missed my connection flight, due to AC issue. We were sitting on the tarmac for 90 mins before taking off.

I did not like the fact that the first leg of our trip from Canada to Nassau was delayed by 3 hours so we missed our connection to London. But yet the follow day our flight never left Canada until about 1:10 the following morning. Only 2 of the 3 persons in my group was issued meal vouchers. We lost a day of sightseeing in London. On the Canada to Nassau London I requested a cup of water which the stewardess shrug me off and never brought it
Flight was good overall, Prem Eco was comfortable, food decent too. Staff was nice at boarding but then half way through flight like a light switch they turned miserable, almost bothered by asking for something. Have not experienced this with AC before. Like they were all angry, it was very weird and uncomfortable. The good news, we landed 15min early and it was pretty smooth.
We were seated in Business class. The seats must have been original to the A319 from 1995! The seat back had ZERO padding/cushion! It felt like I was leaning against a plywood wall (in reality, it was probably some composite material that was as hard as plywood. ) but very uncomfortable.
Air Canada was fine but air Canada rouge and air Canada express was terrible with luggage delays. First flight was cancelled so my luggage did not make it to my destination with me. The second flight returning not sure why but my luggage did not make it on my connecting flight. Overall terrible with handling luggage.
It would be nice to have access to the headphones since wifi wasn’t available. Passengers in front of me got them for free I was asked to pay for them. I heard stewardessa saying that headphones are complimentary since there is no wifi. When I requested headphones I had to pay. No room to sit. Bear given with the can but my drink was given in plastik cup. I will try not to fly with air Canada any more.
