Mutiple delays and changes of gate resulting in arrival 5 hours after intended.

The crew members were great. The flight was awesome. But I had trouble getting to any of the movies. I tried over and over. The free wifi though is a bonus which I appreciated. Re comfort I am not telling you anything you don’t know. There is nothing comfortable about air travel any longer. As someone with a back issue I am usually squirming about two hours into any flight. But safety matters most of all to me and I do feel safe with air Canada.

The take off was delayed as we were told that the baggages had to be rearranged to balance the weight. I only took a carry-on and a personal item, but the overhead bin was extremely small, even a normal size carryon can’t fit it, so they had to check it in for free. The seat was really tight and no entertainment at all.

It was fine. There were a couple of mechanical delays prior to takeoff but it was overall a quick and pleasant flight.

No possibility to get a refund or rebooking because of illness.

They booked me to travel to Quebec City from Montreal before going to Ottawa, for some reason, then the flight was late and I missed my connection, so I had to fly right back to Montreal to get a flight to Ottawa…..and my luggage was delayed by two days.

My flight cancelled 3 time and rebooked. It was unexpected for me. Otherwise everything is perfect.

The cabin was uncomfortably warm the entire flight. Being scolded as a group, that we the passengers are delaying boarding because of our luggage is ridiculous. Stop charging people to check their luggage and the problem goes away.
