Boarding pass counter did not open until 2 hrs before flight. We were there 3 hrs before as we like to be early ( eat, relax etc). Due to this the line up was large , thus never got through security till 15 min before boarding. Other than that, everything was great

We were very offended Reserva check in agent in Calgary. Erroneously profiled and reprimanded for using Reserve line . Hadn't even looked at tickets. We were in fact Reserve passengers

Our flight was cancelled at the last minute for maintenance reasons and we were rebooked on a late flight when we purposefully booked our flight to be home early due to work.

Staff were excellant. Only snacks served. Some turbulence so we were offered Free beer or wine.

The check-in staff, boarding staff, and flight crew were all very friendly. Really miss the Porter lounge in Ottawa.

Thanks for giving a beer to everyone in the seat infront of me and then telling me that I can’t have one because they are going to land. I guess I need to pay for a seat and then pick one in the very front of the plane

Flight Ottawa to Toronto canceled and no crew was available to direct me on what to do. I opened a file and I wait to be compensated.

I had checked in online the day before but was instructed to collect our boarding passes when we arrived. I am not completely comfortable using the automated Kiosks and always enjoy the nostalgia of speaking with someone when checking in for a flight. Upon doing so however, we were immediately asked,"did you check in online already?" To which I replied, "yes, but we were asked to retrieve our boarding passes upon arrival." She then said, "that's what those machines over there are for. We really encourage people to use those." That unfortunately sparked a series of shortness and overall poor behavior in my opinion from the woman who checked us in. I understand it was early in the morning but I am always excited to experience flying and that interaction has unfortunately left a bitter taste in my mouth to the point I will forever now hesitate to book with Porter again. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Cheers, JD

Porter, like most airlines, need to improve their baggage policies. In reality, there are no longer 'cheap flights' because passengers pay exorbitant baggage fees.

Porter is the airline that does care. All trips with Porter have been smooth and relaxing. The extras are the customer appreciation. The others just don’t do that.

Flight delay due to staff shortage. No snack or drinks served. Toilets had water collecting on the floor.

Flight was delayed due to crew/co-pilot change over delay and Pearson scheduling issue. Flight didn't leave until 20:05 which was 15 minutes before it was supposed to land in YYZ.

Not great. Missed my connection flight, due to AC issue. We were sitting on the tarmac for 90 mins before taking off.

Air Canada was fine but air Canada rouge and air Canada express was terrible with luggage delays. First flight was cancelled so my luggage did not make it to my destination with me. The second flight returning not sure why but my luggage did not make it on my connecting flight. Overall terrible with handling luggage.

Comfortable seats with good leg room. But not screens on seat backs.

Air traffic delay meant boarding started, then plane was evacuated and passengers sent back to the terminal for 1 hour. Very little information shared.

The crew was amazing! I was a bit surprised and disappointed that there was not wifi available for personal use. The only thing I would change would be the seat cushions. They are not comfortable at all for long flights.

Delayed by 5+ hours and they give a voucher for only $20 CAD which isn’t even redeemable at any place with edible food. Then took almost an hour to clean craft after it landed. And nonsensical boarding delayed even further. We didn’t leave until 1:30am….

At 6'2" the seat space was very cramped for economy. Otherwise good.

Not being allowed to use anything other than visa to buy food is embarrassing and upsetting. I have a debit card which has actual money on it to be used immediately but they only accept Visa which has theoretical money. I was hungry and they had food and I had to go without while Everyone Else Around Me Ate. It was horrible and unfair.
