Pros: "Friendly crew wick deplaning"
Cons: "$35 for a carryon is ridiculous. Do you really want your peer airline to be Spirit? Quote your all in price for fares."

Pros: "Friendly crew wick deplaning"
Cons: "$35 for a carryon is ridiculous. Do you really want your peer airline to be Spirit? Quote your all in price for fares."
Cons: "Horrible customer service. One plane was not fit to fly so delayed 30 minutes to get another ready, then after flying 30 minutes, had to return to airport because the plane had mechanical issues. Then after an hour being held without bathrooms at gate outside lounge, we flew and landed 4 hours late."
Cons: "Nothing really. Maybe new planes ?"
Cons: "I was required to pay for my carryon, which I was never informed during my booking."
Cons: "The security gate was very long and slow"
Cons: "I paid almost half as much as I paid for the flight to have a carry on bag. I was not informed about this fer when I was buying the ticket. $48 is an outrageous fee for a carry on bag, I would never have bought this ticket had I known."
Pros: "The efficiency of flying."
Cons: "This is the second time I’m paying for luggage, I once again surprised when I checked in & wasn’t allowed to have my carryon. Disappointing."
Pros: "Good airline for going. Out of the country and direct flight from Boston"
Cons: "Inflight entertainment"
Cons: "Plane had to return due to bad weather at destination. 90 minute delay."
Pros: "n/A"
Cons: "Was not offered a flight back to Ottawa, had to find a ride from Toronto to Ottawa once we landed .6 hours driving. See above."
Cons: "Flight delayed"
Pros: "The seats were comfortable and even roomy, compared to many other airlines."
Cons: "Two minor drawbacks: (1) In the Porter lounge, where I was stuck between connecting flights, the cost of food was too high. (2) The weather buffets these small planes more than would be the case with jetliners."
Pros: "No issues. Everything took place on time. The staff were very accommodating and patient with the infants on board"
Cons: "Delays! Delays!"
Cons: "Flight took off 30 min late"
Pros: "Bishop airport in Toronto is great. Comfy, small, and super close to downtown - I walked to the airport!"
Pros: "Simple, easy, fast."
Cons: "Small waiting area."
Pros: "Entertainment is realism N/A. Overall good value. Too bad about Newark and not NY"
Cons: "3 houra delays and no storm!"
Pros: "Fast check in and customs lines in both airports"
Cons: "The chips are pretty bland. I appreciate the free refreshments, but would like a bit of choice"
Pros: "I have flown on Porter numerous time but this was the first for my family. They enjoyed the Porter lounge and convenience of flying from the Toronto island right into EWR. We were able to take the NJ Train right to Penn Station (NYC) faster than any taxi."
Pros: "it was such a smooth flight"
Cons: "all good"
Pros: "Free drinks and snacks. Staff were friendly."
Cons: "Very small overhead compartment. Boarding procedure was chaotic."
Pros: "Unable to fly to Toronto. For anyone that does not have a Canadian passport, an electronic Travel Authorization needs to be completed when flying to Canada. As I was not aware of this form that needed to be completed prior to my travel I was not able to take the plane."
Cons: "I wished I had that information ahead."
Cons: "Massive delays!!"
Pros: "It was my first time flying and the staff was so accommodating and helpful!"
Pros: "The complimentary self-serve drinks in the boarding area which included sodas, water, espresso, coffee and many other coffee products."
Cons: "Absolutely nothing, great price and service!"
Pros: "Everything else... the whole Porter Experience brought me back to what air travel used to be like... I will fly Porter again. Even a long weather delay was more tolerable because the waiting area was more like a Flight Club experience."
Cons: "Baggage rules seemed to be enforced arbitrarily... gate Checking was routine... but I was forced to pay to check a bag."
Pros: "-quick connection and lounge -having real glass to drink out of on the flight is a real treat"
Pros: "- Staff/crew are exceedingly pleasant, although not necessarily 100% helpful - Free beer and great snack options onboard are a nice departure (see what I did there??) from the usual in-flight experience. - When they significantly messed up my entire first day of travel, without complaint they sent me a voucher for future travel."
Cons: "- My first flight was delayed and I wasn't notified until an hour beforehand (even though the flight was delayed due to an incoming flight they knew well ahead of an hour beforehand would not be there). I could have arrived at the airport later and paid less for my parking. - I was told by a gate agent I would still make my very tight connection (spoiler alert - I did not), so I did not ask to be rebooked on a later connection immediately. - Once it became clear I would likely miss my connection due to being delayed after boarding, I asked again about it, this time of a flight attendant. I was told there were 23 daily flights a day to my connecting city (there are not) and it would be fine. We sat on the tarmac for 30 minutes after landing waiting for a gate and the last hope of making that connection was gone. - Upon arrival in Toronto it turns out my connecting flight was cancelled and everyone had to be rebooked. The very pleasant customer service rep told me not to worry! They automatically rebook everyone and I've been scheduled to leave 10 flights later - the following morning. At 12:45 p.m. their best solution was a flight at 8:30 the next morning (later canceled). When I calmly explained that was not ideal, I was immediately given the "last seat out today" on a 9:30 flight (later delayed then canceled). I'm not sure who they were saving that for, but it is unacceptable to rebook people for the next day when they have free seats. I was resigned to spending 9 hours in the terminal (literally just a room with a few snacks) because I was also on standby for every flight until then, and fortunately after checking in again 5 hours later, I was handed a ticket for the flight leaving in 15 minutes. If I had followed Porter's original plan, I have no idea when I would have made it, as I already mentioned both of those other flights were later canceled and I've already gone over how Porter rebooks passengers. - I found out after I spent $20 Canadian on a sandwich and chips via the Porter website that they are supposed to give meal vouchers in a significant delay, but I was not offered one. - On the way back, I saw myself being set up for the same rigmarole. My first flight was delayed more than a half hour, leaving me with a very tight connection. Thankfully, I arrived at the airport earlier and was able to catch an earlier flight because as it turns out, the connecting flight I would have missed due to the delay ended up being canceled. I can only imagine what the rebooking process would have been, so I am glad Porter is accommodating about switching flights. I imagine they do so to save them the rebooking later, but still, it is not something all airlines will do. - Both flights out to Montreal were incredibly hot. I tend to run cold and I was sweating. The flights home on a warmer day were fine, so I'm not sure what was going on there."

Pros: "Staff was friendly and helpful. Flight went very smoothly with no hassle. Have flown with many airlines and porter is definitely one of the best I've seen for a long time."
Pros: "No issues. Made it easy for me."
Cons: "Nothing. -all good"
Cons: "Security could be faster. Added second screener eventually but they cut I close"
Pros: "Didn't like it I don't"
Pros: "I love the Porter Lounge in Toronto and Newark."
Cons: "Flight delayed. Seems to happen often with Porter...for some reason."
Pros: "Being treated like a guest instead of cattle felt like the old days of flying. From the extra leg room to snack and complimentary wine and beer, it was such a refreshing change . Not to mention the staff of Porter Airlines, every person we spoke with was pleasant and extremely helpful. We will definitely fly Porter more often!!"
Cons: "Absolutely nothing to complain about."
Pros: "Friendly and efficient ! Great experience"
Cons: "The crew were mostly great except one female flight attendant who was unnecessarily rude on two occasions on the short flight."
Pros: "Not sure if this is Porter Airlines or the airport, but the lounge at Billy Bishop Airport is fantastic. Free water, coffee, and snacks - it is so home-y in there, which is amazing when you are away from home :)"
Cons: "N/A"
Pros: "I especially love the lounge in Toronto - comfortable seating (some with access to electrical outlets), a bank of Mac computers available for passengers to use, free coffee, cappuccino, espresso, cookies, soda, water, free Wi-Fi,..Flight was on time, crew was friendly."
Cons: "n/a"
Pros: "Amanda, flight attendant was 'top-flight'!"
Cons: "There wasn't anything to dislike."
Pros: "I enjoyed the hospitality experienced. It stood out to me and I fly 3x/ month. In addition, I liked the lounge area was comfortable."
Cons: "It was crowded in Lounge area, so it was difficult to hear updates on flights/ gates."
Pros: "Get service, great food and drinking"
Cons: "I was in seat 17D. Thankful thank it was a window but the floor under my right foot had a popup that I had lift my foot ontop of to sit with my legs spread a normal distance"
Cons: "Though they have a lounge it was not in good shape. Trash cans overflowing, seat cushions filthy. I appreciate that they provide food for economy passengers in the lounge but, if you provide good in plastic containers you need someone to empty the trash-at the least."
Pros: "Free wine and free drinks. Cheap price I guess. Bed connecting flight ruined it for me though."
Cons: "The flight to Toronto was grounded for 1 hour but the seats were comfortable so I didn't mind. However the connecting flight to Montreal was cancelled and I had to stay the night in Toronto. No refunds. No money for hotel. Only a new booking pass was issued for the morning."
Pros: "Very friendly in flight service Pilots made up time in flight Gate in Montreal was fairly close to curbside pick up"
Cons: "Pilots made up time in flight to catch up delayed departure. Great!! But, then had to wait on Tarmac for gate to be released by another aircraft."
Cons: "First checked bag too expensive at $37"
Pros: "Excellent service, speedy process, stress free, friendly atmosphere. Felt like I was in mad men :)"
