Everyone was extremely friendly and nice, from the front desk to the cabin crew!
The crew was excellent. The turbulence was very bad and they were unable to serve our dinner. The captain informed the passengers that we were going to get water and snack instead. They provided us ample snacks instead. Otherwise the trip was good.
I loved the fact it was on time and it was a smooth flight to my destination.
The pricing was split into an ultra basic fare with a comfort seat upgrade. This is misleading. Never were we shown an ultra basic fare. What this did because the fare category was ultra basic we could not bid on an upgrade first class seat. All e mails from WestJet were for ultra basic category with my wife and I upset as we could not confirm this with anyone from your firm.The check in counter were not going to allow our carry on but after some checking saw we had ultra basic and a comfort seat upgrade. They could not figure out how this was done. Now we have to go through this again at the gate in Mexico. Unless I missed it - please let customers know the billing in future. Respectfully. Delayed 8 hours, This is the 2nd time in a month that my flight was not on time.
Require more comfortable seats. More frequent water/beverage service. I would like better food choices. Overall, very mediocre. I now only fly WestJet when there are no other schedule options - no longer my first choice.
Three hours on the tarmac before a four hour flight. I was hungry given the long wait, yet still had to pay for food service
Flight was delayed, but was good once on our way. Voucher helped - bought a meal. Great landing
A fat person could not use the table tray in economy - very tight spacing.
A lot of people needing bathroom before arrival some didn’t get to use; plane a little small felt cramped but worked still a bigger plane would be nice. Crew was friendly and flight was on time and smooth. No food for vegans 🤔
O’Hare is a joke of a decrepit old airport. The amount of times I’ve circled that stupid place in an airplane is ridiculous. Wait in the air for a runway, wait on the tarmac for a gate…give up on O’Hare as a hub already. It can’t handle air traffic on a warm, clear, June day
I explained this tragedy already with Jazz It was terrible starting with Jazz delayed 3 times so that I missed my direct flight to Mexico City and the only option was a 19 hour trip to Toronto and then down to Mexico City I was delayed by a day I had to sleep in tbe Airport on a hard bench I was given vouchers which were not honored I had no place to eat until 0545 and then catch my flight which was boarding I went to the AC counter to c/o and that was to no avail I then had the experience of my suitcase being lost and no clothes gor 2 days
Flight delayed by 90 min making for a 2 am check in at destination hotel.
Good except for the kid kicking the back of my seat and then plyin a game on the touch screen

Glad that the plane was not full so my 6' 2" husband didn't have anyone in front of him. We were able to sit in a row with a space between us so he could stretch his legs.
Glasses of water very small, no any snack and at the second time that the air attendant serve water or juice, she ignored us, only some passengers had something to drink.😕

After two unsuccessful landing attempts, was diverted to Guadalajara for over 6 hours with very little communication/explanation from the crew. Also not allowed to deplane. Awful way to begin a vacation.
Beverages were offered once from Vancouver to Toronto. I forgot to fill my water bottle so was quite thirsty.
