Excellent service in business class. Well worth the slightly higher fare as it includes lounge access, additional luggage weight and a full hot meal on board.

Thai Royal First is very good. Easy check in , Private room in the first class lounge and escort from ticketing to the plane. Once on board crew was very polite, food was outstanding, and the ride was smooth as silk. Restrooms were especially clean. Great Experience
Need to improve on punctuality. My flight was delayed by 1 hour.
Seats were uncomfortable and the vegetarian meal was awful. Some of the entertainment didn't work.

They used Thai Smile plane, which is a smaller model and used to service only domestic flights; hence, the plane is small and quite compact. No entertainment on the flight. While boarding was delayed, it was done in a quick manner.

The experience was very good. A little disappointed for the delays and the screen. The touch screen was annoying for being so irresponsive. Not a lot of good movie choices for me. The service is great. Food could have more choices though.
In economy, very cramped. Once the front seat was reclined it was almost impossible to get in and out of our seat. The personnel was excellent.

I have a Peanut Allergy and the Steward staff were very accommodating in ensuring my safety as my allergy is life threatening. Very professional and so vested in their profession.
My seat was sold off to someone else. Had to wait 9 hours to catch the next filght. Definitely will never use Cathay Pacific again. Bad, very bad airline. will comment on google reviews too.

Overall, excellent: check-in, boarding, service, and food. The Business Class seating is a little less private and spacious than the world's premier airlines, but still very good for a long haul flight.

Your staff was exceptional. Could teach the other airlines-rules on etiquette, and service. Excellent landings on flights, carried out by your pilots. Only complaint is long delay on return flight in Beijing, onto Vancouver.
Worst than I expected, crew was not attentive, meal was as disgusting , they didn’t even drink selections as they would to other passengers. I felt discriminated
Communication between the captain/crew and the passengers needs to be improved.

The flight is not bad, but the Business Lounge is not big enough for the quantity of people they accept and there is a limited options for food and beverages.

I didnt experience it but i saw them and heard that some are not good in customer service. They dont know how to talk with respect and in a nice way.with persons who needs it. Especially with seniors and people who does not know how to speak english that much.

Check-in was tedious. They could just have used the electronic boarding passes and counter checked the passengers’ names in their manifest. What’s the use of the early checkin if we still have to queue at the only 1 functioning checkin counter!
We did booked shorter layovers but flights changed and layovers are too long good thing Philippine Airlines give us a hotel in manila but here Vancouver to Calgary too long layovers and there is enough sets to wait closer to air canada and they will open 4am.we were here 1 am .our flights schedule for air canada 8:10am.we paid expensive flights but not happy of lay over Vancouver to Calgary.
Need to upgrade the lavatory it was very filthy and disgusting. Very poor hygiene.
Our flights were delayed multiple times and we had less than an hour connection time before our flight took off. Arrived late with only 25 minutes before next flight but no ground crew helped us to get to our next gate even though our flight crew assured us we would get some help. Transitioned to another flight in MNL terminal 1 but got stuck at security so then had to run to make connection. To top it off our luggage didnt make it either. Paid for biz class seats but did not receive biz class experience. The flight crew, food and entertainment were all excellent. We just wish we didnt feel so stressed about connection and not having luggage until the next day.
Flight was delayed due to crew/co-pilot change over delay and Pearson scheduling issue. Flight didn't leave until 20:05 which was 15 minutes before it was supposed to land in YYZ.
Because you didn't have the tarmac clear and then had to unboard a plane I missed my connecting flight to CLE. Cost me a day ... a 30 dollar hotel hamburger ... then the next day THAT flight was an hour late to arrive ...
First of all the flight departing from Deer Lake was delayed for 4 hours due to a problem with the plane. Secondly, I am 6ft 2 inches tall, which is not that tall nowadays, but I had no leg room despite having nothing under the seat in front of me. When the person in front of me reclined his seat just a little bit I could not lower my tray all of the way; it rested on my knee not in a horizontal position. Thirdly, I am tired of Air Canada not reinforcing carry on baggage sizes. On the outgoing flight from Toronto to Deer Lake we had trouble finding space in the overhead bins. Some people were putting luggage in them that were definitely larger than carry on size. Airlines should have all carry on luggage checked (using those gadgets designed for that) before one enters security perhaps at the baggage checking counters. Having it there won’t delay boarding and will put the onus on people to follow the luggage size limits.
The only problem that I have is if you have questions about your flight ✈️ there's no one to communicate with when you call 📱.
Contacting Canada air was a disaster. I will never fly Canada air again. If you called their 1-800 number, you were told that you might have to stay on the line for two hours. That is a disgrace. You should be able to speak to a human within the first 10-15 minutes. I went over to a cluster of phones and a lot of people were on hold with Canada air for 2-3 hours. This is why I will never fly Canada air again.
Landing in Toronto, special access in Toronto not well co-ordinated !!
As seems to happen every flight from Toronto to Ottawa we were delayed twice. We try to avoid Toronto when possible.. Denver to Toronto was fine.
Terrible service. Staff kept our passports and were too slow to check us in, web check in was not working and as a result of slow as molasses service we missed our flight and had to be rebooked at 2 am, I was charged for an extra drink and told I’d be refunded. Never received the refund. Very uncomfortable seats, staff are rude and dismissive. Will not be flying with avianca again.
Our family of four were seated separated entirely from one another. We were hopeful to at least be paired up with our children in groups of two. Remember that no food is provided. You will get two beverages and a single Made Good granola bite size bar. Air Canada Bistro menu is available for purchase. Blankets, pillows, and headphones are also available for purchase.
Not great. Missed my connection flight, due to AC issue. We were sitting on the tarmac for 90 mins before taking off.
