It was very bad experience, this is was my first time experience and will be last one, all flights going and coming to USA, were late, one of my luggage didn’t arrive yet, the counter disk services were not helpful and …,, more other reasons

Excellent customer service for all crews at the boots and flying . Both crews in land and on board, were friendly and professional. I love the messengers revived in my phone guiding me before, during and after the flying. Congratulations, happy to fly again, with Air Canada.

I liked the apparent efficiency and organization of the boarding process and the in-flight service. The seats were extremely cramped. On a 10 hour flight, the closeness of the seats can become a bit unbearable. Otherwise, all was good. I was impressed with Air Canada. I'll be checking to see if they fly out of Saulte St. Marie.

Pros: "Really appreciated AC getting us on an earlier flight as our scheduled flight was delayed over 2 hours due to weather."
Pros: "I landed safely"
Cons: "The infotainment system didn’t work. Headphones connection is faulty. Everything else was ok."
Pros: "There was one crew member was passive aggresive and doing his best to annoy the whole trip, I had to get other crew involved, he was hitting on my friend as well....."
Cons: "This was a United flight sold as Air Canada to me and Lufthansa to my friend. This made check in twice as long since we went to the wrong counters. The quality was horrendous for an international flight and the entertainment system was broken. I paid atleast 50% more than I should have. Never fly UA"
Pros: "Boarding and experience at terminal was good and smooth for the poor weather outside"
Cons: "Plane cleaning and confort, old plane and somewhat mean crew director."
Cons: "Main meal was the worst I have had in over 10 years on a plane. I got the pasta. There were no vegetables or color other than yellow/orange in the dish. The side was a potato salad, which is also not very nutritious. Then you get a brownie and a roll. The breakfast/snack was also a pumpkin slice of bread. The overall food options were not very diverse in terms of the food groups. I thought plane food had improved in the last decade or so, but not on this flight."
Cons: "They wouldn’t wait 10 minutes for us to arrive on our incoming flight."
Pros: "Clean plane"
Cons: "No charging docks"
Cons: "My baggage did not make the flight. It took 3 days to return it to me"
Pros: "Had to cancel due to flooding at my house. Air Canada was super kind and offered me a credit. Thank you!"
Pros: "Food was decent."
Cons: "We paid extra for bulkhead seats at the front of economy. One of the stewards working in business class repeatedly came to get something out if the compartment over my head. The noise woke me up over and over. I finally asked him what he was getting and he told me it was his lunch! Irritating."
Pros: "Crew we're very accommodating and friendly."
Cons: "Seats extremely narrow and back support non-existent."
Pros: "Actually, everything was perfect."
Cons: "I don't have any complaints at all. Except a ticket agent who tried 2 give me hard time, fortunately I handled the issue. After all, everything was well done."
Cons: "The flight was delayed twice causing us to miss our connecting flight to Copenhagen. Air Canada then put us on a flight to London and then connecting to Copenhagen we arrived at 4 PM instead of 10AM ."
Cons: "No movies to watch, they told us to download their app and we would be able to watch movies. Tried to download the app on my phone without success, then tired to download the app on my laptop, again no luck. The staff had no clue how to help me, really old plane."
Pros: "Food OK."
Cons: "Gift bags do not include neck support"
Pros: "I flew through Vancouver from Boston on my way to Brisbane, Australia and back. I was nervous at first because of the 2 hour connection windows. This might be a testament to Vancouver Airport more than Air Canada. The entertainment was ok. It had a decent variety to select from but i only ended up watch a few things and entertaining myself or sleeping. I paid to sit in an exit aisle as I only had middle seats to select from. It was worth paying for the freedom to stretch your legs and get up anytime without disrupting your row."
Cons: "The food was ok, I personally wish the drink cart came by more often so I didn't feel rude asking the air hostess each time. They were always very accommodating though."
Pros: "Chris from AirCanada customer service is a true hero to the industry and I'm sure he deserves much more recognition than he gets. Thanks Chris for helping save our travels!!!"
Cons: "When checking in for our flight, AirCanada prompted me to select which passengers' email addresses should be used to send updates in case of changes, delays, or cancelations. I selected the both of us to receive the updates. However, we never got any notice that our flight was CANCELLED. They cancelled it well in advance that had we known, we wouldn't have gone to the airport but NO - we already arrived and passed through security only to arrive out by the gates and see on the board it was cancelled. Even while passing through customs, the officer said he didn't see it on the flight schedule and then said, "oh it's just listed at a different gate." The way in which AirCanada handled the incident was completely unprofessional and just plain stupid. I for sure will be giving my business to Amtrak or Greyhound the next time I need a trip from NYC to Montreal."
Cons: "One of the crew members seemed a bit out of sorts, didn't smile much and was curt with another passenger when she was asked to take his garbage."
Pros: "Flights were on time and very comfortable"
Pros: "Food"
Cons: "I had to leave"
Pros: "Direct to Toronto"
Cons: "Too many to list"
Cons: "Flight was about an hour late due to crew problems."
Cons: "Delayed for more than two hours on both the trips to and from Canada. This is a common thing with Air Canada i heard. Flights always get delayed."
Cons: "I reached delhi a day late and missed an important event. See ablove"
Pros: "We had requested special meals and they showed up fine on the reservation page o. AirCanad's web site. Then they changed the itinerary (again) with a minor improvement after we had upgraded to Business class. Somehow Air Canada deleted the special meals. Not just lost with the change but actively deleted according their rep. So no meals."
Pros: "Flight from STL to YYZ was unremarkable, which isn't a bad thing when it comes to air transportation. Bit of a delay leaving, waiting for de-icing trucks to show up and do their work, but I'm not sure that's Air Canada's fault."
Pros: "Overall smooth flight"
Cons: "Sits are a little cramped"
Cons: "Twice now Air Canada has changed flight itineraries into SLC, this time by one day, making a 26 hour layover in Toronto and another time a 48 hour layover by changing the flight by two days."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Spent extra 12 hours at the airport"
Cons: "To small of plane."
Pros: "The flight last less time than expected."
Pros: "New, clean plane. Well trained staff at the desk and on the plane. Left on time and arrived early. To keep cost down they have WiFi on board - you provide your own tablet or smartphone."
Cons: "This is Rouge the discount arm of Air Canada. As such the legroom is minimal. The announcements in both official languages were too fast. Get the announcer to slow down a bit!"
Pros: "I feel the entertainment and crew are very good."
Cons: "I think you should provide breakfast to passengers free."
Pros: "The flight was good and the attendants on it were nice. Wasn't too uncomfortable and in flight entertainment was pretty decent."
Cons: "We were delayed over an hour which in itself is okay as I understand flights get delayed and these things happen but the way in which the staff controlled the situation was horrible. They made multiple announcements making it sound like certain groups should go to the counter to be boarded (children, people needing assistance etc..) yet when these groups of people showed up at the counter the staff acted irritable saying they would need to wait their turn and that they havent even started boarding yet. This led to massive confusion and a huge pile up of people at the counter."
Pros: "Ease of using in air entertainment w my own device"
Cons: "Lights, reading, did not work in our row. Very disengaged attendants stats yes that they needed to be reset. When we asked the 3 rd time she said she'd get us a light to use, never did. When requesting extra water and coffee we were directed to the rear of the plane to get our own refills. Toilet not clean paper empty. Crew on long, raucous break. Finally crew seen taking coffee pots into lavatory. What on earth? There was a distinct lack of engagement from the crew, in general with passengers , not just my husband and myself."
Pros: "The staff were apologetic and understanding. Everyone felt bad for the staff because they had nothing to do with the nightmare."
Cons: "Not only that I missed my connecting flight, when I was actually able to board 24 hours later the boarding experience was a complete nightmare with long lines and completely disorganized boarding system. I am curious to see whether I will get compensated for the missed hotel accommodations in Amsterdam. Keeping my fingers crossed. All to say, my last trip with Air Canada."
Cons: "The flight was delayed 3 hours."
Cons: "3 hours delayed"
Pros: "Food was really good and they passed drinks a few times as well as walking through with water. Staff was friendly"
Pros: "The flight attendants were awesome. Specifically the black lady with short hair, I don't remember her name but she was fantastic and super down to earth."
Pros: "Boarding process was orderly."
Cons: "Too crowded for my height of 6'1'in. Carry on luggage very difficult to accommodate."
Pros: "The flight was smooth and on time. The cabin was very comfortable to fly in although the headrests were unnecessary since a small pillow was provided. Thank you for the pillow and blanket - that made the night flight much more comfortable. The crew were all professional and friendly. I appreciated how quickly we boarded and exited the plane. The staff made this very quick and efficient."
Cons: "Every time the male attendant walked by he brushed his hand along the overhead luggage compartment. This woke me up from my sleep over a dozen times. It was fine once or twice but became very annoying. The zones at the gate were very crowded and too close together. They were also right beside the food vendors and made it nearly impossible for other people in the terminal to easily walk by. The seating area was overcrowded and had more seating with computer hookups than without. It was also not kept tidy. Compared to other airports this was by far the most disorganized and least clean."
Pros: "Everything was okay to good, industry standard these days flying from Northern America."
Cons: "Banana bread for breakfast?"
Pros: "The crew was very nice and helpful. The in flight movies are good."
Cons: "Boarding was a little hectic and unorganized. And although my luggage made it to my second flight, my friends luggage was left in Toronto. Now we are in Amsterdam and she has no clothes. My head phone jack was also broken and could barely be used."
Pros: "Air Canada worked hard to get people where they needed to be but security was somewhat difficult although understandable"
Pros: "I paid 10.00 for nuts... that is nuts!"
Pros: "The crew was excellent, and the flight procedures were very efficient."
Cons: "I have no criticisms to offer."
