Pros: "Crew was friendly"
Cons: "Not as nice as the flight to and from Honolulu"

Pros: "Our plus seats were very comfortable. The service & demenour of the crew was mediocre. The evening meal was quite good although We were never offered a second glass of wine with our dinner."
Cons: "The breakfast was terrible. The pastry was soggy & was served with a bottle of Yop. That was it. No coffee or anything else."

Pros: "On time and all fine. Excellent service and good food."

Cons: "70min delayed departure exhausted a three hour window I had to get through customs, get my luggage, and get on the London Underground to get to Liverpool Street Station for my connecting train. Means I’m out $40 Canadian for a ticket that went unused."

Pros: "How can anything be good if you are so cramped in the seat for 3 hours!!! Terrible. I almost fell trying to get out of my seat-trying to get to the bathroom! No movies unless you pay 10.00 for an I Pad!! Nothing about it was good! Pay for seats! Pay for bags! Pay for food!! Wow what a scam! No body was happy. I wont fly AC if its Rouge."
Cons: "How can anything be good if you are so cramped in the seat for 3 hours!!!

Pros: "Free soft drinks /tea On time nice staff Clean cabin well organized"
Cons: "No free food Completely booked. no video monitors"

Pros: "The service"
Cons: "Nothing so far, thanks."

Pros: "the over seas flight was fine... once we got on board"
Cons: "The desk does not open until two hours before your flight. Our flight was canceled, 10 minuets before boarding .... with no recourse we were booked on the next day. It took the airline 3 hours after the cancelation to get out luggage back. When we finally got out, the next day, our flight was delayed and we almost missed our connection. Every one who was trying to make the same connection said that every time they fly Air Canada they are always running. We needed up being the last ones on the plane.... they gave away our seats so we were separated for 12 hours. And shoved into corners!!! Our bags made it two days late."

Pros: "Nothing to like here"
Cons: "Late, crew was rude and plane was dirty!"

Pros: "Great service- friendly patient helpful, pilots that kept passengers updated and very reassuring and confident sounding. KAYAK got me perfect seats!"
Cons: "Food wasn’t spectacular, and being limited to credit card purchasing is always a problem for many travellers. Pre-purchasing options are a great option except for last minute wishes."

Pros: "There is nothing to like about Air Canada anymore.. unless you happen to like the abuse and indifferent service. Employees seem disengaged."
Cons: "AC used to be mindful or customers with connections. This is the reason I booked all segments with air canada. Found out the hard way it is no longer the case. Lesson learned. Missed connection and ended up on stand by for the next flight ( no more protected seats folks). Was not even refunded the money paid for seat assignment on the missed connection."

Pros: "Many airlines have code share flights but it is better to buy ticket directly from the original airline as they keep on ignoring the code share flight bookings"
Cons: "Till last moment we were kept hanging if we will board or not as no seat number was allocated. I believe it was as we were from the code share airline not the real one"

Pros: "Crew and flight were great"
Cons: "Not great food, but that's ok."

Cons: "Bad experience."

Pros: "the plane on the way out was great."

Pros: "On time, entertainment screen"
Cons: "that there is a charge for headphones"

Cons: "That had to be the most cramped, uncomfortable airplane seat I have ever been in. And the coffee was awful."

Pros: "Flight crew was nice and helpful."
Cons: "The in-flight viewing service was not functioning. For an entire 6 hours and half, we couldn't watch movies or anything else."

Pros: "Boarding was very well-organised ands clearly explained."
Cons: "USB socket broken and non-functioning. Plastic fork snapped and shed tines. A truly ghastly movie selection."

Pros: "The waiting room before boarding was big and comfortable. Staff was very friendly."
Cons: "Children running around because there wasn't anything to do. Passengers ignoring no food and drink signs. A passenger had a nut allergy so no food could be eaten or served with nuts. I understand this serious health risk, but passengers need to be handed out free of charge crackers or cookies if they were counting on eating their own snack. Passengers were putting both their carry on and personal item in the over head storage and therefore there wasn't enough storage for those would only wished to store one item."

Pros: "Good price"
Cons: "Horrible customer care"

Pros: "Great food, attentive service and comfortable seating"

Cons: "I did not fly to Montreal and I did not catch flight to Barcelona I am fling again tonight Toronto - Barcelona direct"

Pros: "I prefer to fly Air Canada over the other airlines that fly between New York and Toronto because of the comfort and cleanliness in the aircraft and pleasant service."

Pros: "I paid a nominal fee to get an exit row. I have a perpetually sore hip and I had a pain-free flight."

Pros: "Quick, cheap, great service"
Cons: "Nothing bad, really"

Pros: "Nothing. I spent the whole 5+ hour flight cursing (in my mind) the entire Air Canada executive team. This was my first, and will be my last trip on this horrible airline."
Cons: "Not enough leg room. I'm assuming that all Air Canada executives are either very short people, or they've never tested their product. I've never flown on such an absurdly uncomfortable airline seat configuration, and I fly over 100,000 miles a year worldwide (including discount airlines in China!). If you have long legs, and your flight is more that two hours, DO NOT fly Air Canada Rouge. You've been warned!"

Cons: "Flight was delayed for at least an hour."

Pros: "Air Canada is so willing to make changes at the last minute when I was at the airport. They put me on an earlier fight because I was there in very good time. Generally just a really lovely experience."

Cons: "Flight was 45 min late leaving & I only had 1 hr between the next flights. Because Winnipeg is a small airport, I just made the next connection but no time to go to the restroom."

Cons: "Air Canada over booked the flight from toronto to Montreal and approximately 10 pax were surprised - at the gate!!! - that no seat is available on the plane although we booked this flight months in advance. It is a shame. Although we recieved 200 dollar compensation check it does not cover damage has been done for me at this trip because of my late arrival to a very important business meeting. It is really not fare and shame."

Pros: "Good food, great entertainment. The extra for economy plus was well worth it."
Cons: "Flight was delayed but most of the delay was recovered during the flight."

Pros: "The flight itself was fine, free WiFi on board, movies to watch, stewards and stewardesses on board were very kind and attentive."
Cons: "I was originally flying WestJet, and the 7:05 AM flight I booked was cancelled. I hopped online and booked the 8:10 AM flight via Air Canada back to Boston. First, the flight was oversold, so only AFTER I was able to check my bag did I learn that I was flying stand-by. Completely nerve wracking. If I had known in advance I would have booked with another airline. I was able to get on the flight thanks to some volunteers who gave up their seats on the 8:10 AM flight for the next flight out (10:10 AM) in return for some monetary compensation. I arrived in Boston, and after waiting for 45 minutes, I learned my bag was put on the 10:10 AM flight rather than the 10:10 AM flight, but only after dealing with a snappy and disrespectful check-in attendant that seemed to not believe me that my bags indeed did not arrive. The office for baggage services for Air Canada was vacant and locked next to the carousel. Myself and a couple of other travelers, upon getting to the check-in counter and explaining the situation mistakenly lumped us all together and said "okay so you're all traveling together and your bags need to go the same place". Me: "No, that's incorrect, we are not related or traveling together, we just all have the same issue--none of our bags have arrived". Other Air Canada representative, who up to this point had not been involved in the exchange: "She didn't ask you if you were related, she asked you if your bags were lost" and then proceeded to roll her eyes and walk away from the counter. I suppose she misinterpreted my concern for rudeness and felt the need to put me in my place. Granted, my early morning flight cancellation and the stress associated with flying standby had nothing to do with them, but the attitude I was given as a concerned traveler whose bag was potentially lost was completely unwarranted. Compounded with the frustration of the entire morning I cannot describe how infuriating this exchange added up to being. I was told my bag would be delivered to my home by 4 PM that day. No bag. Got a phone call at 7 PM - they'd be there in the next hour. 10:00 PM and going to bed: No bag. I gave up and prepared to make a claim in the morning. 8:30 AM Sunday morning - my bag is sitting on my front porch wrapped in a trash bag. What a fiasco."

Pros: "The domestic crew were exceptionally good natured and attentive. Especially Daniela."
Cons: "Not much to like on this flight except the food. However, it's airplane food so it's expected to be not so good anyway."

Pros: "with more than two hours delay and they changed the gates with little or no notice."

Cons: "It was cancelled."

Pros: "Flight attendant's were friendly amid the circumstances."
Cons: "Our first flight was cancelled 15 minutes before scheduled take-off. upon being bumped to another flight two hours later, that flight was delayed two hours after an issue during take-off. We remained on the plane while mechanic/engineering staff rectified the problem. We booked a flight to save time on driving. We would have arrived earlier had we drove. I understand things happen, but the airline eneds to take responsibility and show some good customer service. Aside from the pilot, no apology given, no reimbursement offered. Disappinting. Air Canada is now a last-resort option for a frequent flyer like myself."

Pros: "The staff where friendly and easy going, the boarding was also organized and because the flight was really full of you gave the carry on to be checked they allowed you to priority board"
Cons: "The food countinues to be and issue I flew the same airline 2 years ago and the meal options had not changed. The salad was so bland I was certain that I was eating plastic food."

Cons: "Boarding: Late Crew: Lied to me about doing me a favor changing seats while it was me who did it online Comfort: narrow seats Food: purchasable, nothing included Entertainment: no screen available and was told an app could be downloaded just when the plane was about to take off"

Pros: "The flight was on time and that is something really important to me. There was really no complaints about this flight"
Cons: "My headsets weren't working but it was a really minor problem."

Pros: "The flight itself was fine- comfortable with nice amenities and a professional staff."
Cons: "My first flight was late then cancelled, then replaced by another. That one was late too and made me miss my connecting flight. I had to spend the night stuck in the Toronto airport with nowhere to safely sleep and my late arrival meant the entire first day of my long planned vacation was ruined. I was supposed to get to my destination around 10 in the morning, instead I arrived around one in the morning the next day. All I got from Air Canada for this trouble was a $10 meal voucher for airport restaurants that cost $25 and were closed during my stay."

Cons: "Having to pay for wifi onboard is silly."

Pros: "Billy Bishop airport is awesome!"
Cons: "Flight was delayed and crew didn't accommodate a rebooking despite availability .. Although original flight did board soon after."

Cons: "Late!"

Pros: "when I landed"
Cons: "First off the the plane was mid takeoff and stopped which terrified the passengers and crew. Then we learned the plane had technical issues which lead to a 50 minute delay, then air canada did nothing as in terms of compensation. My audio jack for the entertainment system was broken, seat 19F on flight 617 by the way... Then I got up to use the washroom and when I came out I had to wait 30 minutes at the back of the plane standing until the servers were done serving drinks and snacks/food. Then the landing was terrifying as the plane was swooping/shaking much more than normal, even the board crew looked a bit worried. Could NOT wait to be done of the flight, one of my worst ever."

Pros: "Really liked the crew and entertainment options and the fact that all seats had tvs even for a relatively short flight."
Cons: "I find it really strange that you can't wear over ear headphones during boarding/takeoff/landing. Didn't like that. Everything else was great."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "first flight cancelled, second flight delayed so impossible to get the connection. Nobody called me about it, I had to go to ask."

Pros: "Love Air Canada"

Pros: "nothing"
Cons: "food horrible, crew handing out the wrong food, tv onboard was working correctly"
