Pros: "Nice plane and crew."

Cons: "Entertainment choices limited compared to the past. Very few recent releases (they now have "new to Air Canada" releases and they can be decades old"

Pros: "They had vegan options if you called ahead which was a nice and the flight crew was kind and helpful."
Cons: "There was not enough space unless you sat in the front row."

Pros: "Price!"
Cons: "Poor Customer service! My baggage arrived later on the same day I had arrived..., but I didnlt get it till 2 days later. There were or apology or announcement about the reason of my flight delay (2 hrs). I was told by a customer rep on the phone a few days before ny flight that I didn't need eTA to transit, but I needed it! I had to obtain it at the airport counter on the day of my flight.. I was very close to miss my flight.... Due to the delay, many customers missed connection flights, but there was no clear guidance to where to take care of the matter... I was ery disappointed.."

Pros: "A lot of leg room."
Cons: "Air Canada flights are always delayed. The crew is rude and usually not helpful when asking for something. In addition, when I bought the ticket I was asked if I spoke English because I was sitting in the exit row; however, the couple sitting next to me obviously did not speak and they let them stay there anyways."

Pros: "I love the new Boeing 787 planes! This was the smoothest flight ever, both from Vancouver to Tokyo and back again. The new planes have the dimmable windows, which are so cool! And, each seat has it's own screen with free movies, TV, flight info, etc. Also, the flights were on time!"

Pros: "One of the most spacious flight experiences I've ever had, enough room to stretch out for my 6 foot self. My checked luggage arrived safe and sound when I landed in Vancouver."
Cons: "On my 5 hour flight from Toronto the air Canada rouge website wouldn't work on my laptop despite troubleshooting many times. I was connected to the wifi... but didn't gain access to the website. I would've liked to eat on the plane but having to pay $7+ for a sandwich alone isn't something I'm interested in. It would be nice to at least get a free snack while flying across Canada. Oh well, I guess I'll starve."

Pros: "Food and cocktails included alongwith entertainment"
Cons: "Hour late .. departure delayed ..pilots caught in traffic"

Pros: "Friendly staff, decent food"
Cons: "Premium Economy seats didn't have leg rests"

Pros: "Inexpensive flight, good connections, decent food, and professional and friendly flight attendants and service."

Pros: "Cordial service."
Cons: "Seemed understaffed to serve customers quickly on a short flight"

Pros: "Helpful and considerate staff when my friend was sick"
Cons: "The delays to leaving the airplane port."

Pros: "Direct flight"
Cons: "Very economical; bland minimal food; no complimentary wine. Flew with Air NZ to auckland in April; food and wine offered throughout flight. Flight attendants didn't smile or engage with passengers; treated service like a job they had to do"

Pros: "Roomier"
Cons: "Nothing really"

Cons: "Flight delayed, did not leave Vancouver until after we were supposed to land in Portland. No tv or wifi"

Pros: "Flight was delayed leaving Dallas due to crew members arrived late."

Pros: "Business Class on the Dreamliner 787 was a great experience. The flight crew was great. Everything at Pearson and at YVR went smoothly today."

Cons: "Uncomfortable seats"

Cons: "See above"

Cons: "My bag was delayed and I end up paying to buy a pant from sports chek and now when I am trying to connect with Air Canada flight to make a claim, they are not even responding to my request."

Cons: "We had a 5 hour delayed flight. We received no notification that our flight would be delayed so we were stuck waiting on the airport for 5 hours, which forced us to cancel evening plans with friends that night because the flight landed in Vancouver at 3am the next morning and we didn't get to our Airbnb until around 4-5am. The crew seemed disorganized."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Flight was delayed for several hours, while the crew assured us it was on the way. When it landed they still said it was being prepped. Then at 10pm or so, they said it was cancelled. Then we waited another hour and a half to speak to representatives and get our hotels. Then another hour to the hotel to go to sleep. Because I had to be back at the airport in 7 hours to catch the next flight. It would have taken me 2 hours to drive to Seattle from Vancouver."

Pros: "Wonderful staff and service! I was very comfortable on the larger airplane so I didn't feel anxious. Excellent ratings on everything for Air Canada!"
Cons: "There was nothing I didn't like."

Pros: "Overall service & friendliness"

Pros: "Flight was good, decent food and drink"
Cons: "the delay caused ua to miss connection and had to be rebooked"

Cons: "We're Not Satisfied With Our Seat From SFO TO YVR"

Cons: "I only had one gripe about this flight and my one other flight on Air Canada Rouge; the overhead bins are very poorly designed. I purchased a carry on bag specifically to meet their regs, yet it had it go in the bin longways, taking up a ton of room. The bins are tall, which is wasted space, when what they really need is another 1-2" in depth."

Pros: "Inexpensive, got me where I needed to go."
Cons: "All food and headphones cost extra on a 6 hour international flight."

Pros: "The plane was comfortable. Staff was great."

Cons: "Flight delayed by 2 hours"

Pros: "nice lie flat beds."
Cons: "it was all good."

Pros: "The comfort was much better than I expected from an airbus a320 and even though the in seat system was slow it was nice that there was option on a short regional flight."
Cons: "It would be nice if there was at least a snack boarding was a little chaotic. They should use the PA system."

Pros: "The staff and service were excellent!"

Pros: "Treated well and basically enjoyable flight, which is saying something on an eleven hour flight."
Cons: "On the return flight we arrived an hour late, and though we were told that they were holding our connecting flight, it left on time, five minutes before we got to the gate."

Cons: "Food was purchase only."

Cons: "One of my three flights was unnecessarily delayed by two hours, enough that I missed my last connection and had to stay overnight in Vancouver. There were no technical complications or weather complications. It was simply because something had been misscheduled and the flight crew needed a longer rest time between flights. This is completely avoidable, and the attendent who checked me in even said so. While the hotel and shuttle were paid for, Air Canada only gave me a $7 breakfast voucher, which was only redeemable at the hotel's measly breakfast counter rather than anywhere in the airport. For the unnecessary delays I had to deal with, i should had received more credit. This was an utterly disappointing travel experience."

Cons: "Plane was too small with extra small overhead bin. Entertainment system was also mediocre which keep shutting down and have to again select your movie and forward it :("

Pros: "Crew were very good."
Cons: "Once again, they were late which meant that we missed our connection in Vancouver and had to overnight there."

Cons: "Avions neuf et confortable (787). Plusieurs membres de personnel de cabine sont des membres sindiqués en fin de carrière. Oublie des services affable! Le strict minimum est offert par de vielle dames pas heureuses de leurs travail."

Pros: "Everything was solid."
Cons: "There was no WI-FI which was inconvenient. The crew was good...could have been nicer on the way from Newark to Vancouver."

Cons: "Poor entertainment selection for such a long flight. Very little food for Sydney/ Vancouver leg and I am small eater."

Pros: "Good boarding routine, I liked that you told people to wait their turn to board. Good entertainment options. We made it safe and sound."
Cons: "Was seated next to a crying/screaming baby for the duration of the flight (5.5 hours). Also was never offered any snacks (cookies or crackers). Landing was rougher then expected."

Pros: "The food was amazing! The quality and the freshness, please continue serving Korean food on the flight!"
Cons: "Nothing!"

Cons: "I was NEVER TOLD I would need a transit visa to fly through Canada. I was denied boarding in Entebbe by British Air and had to rebook and pay for another flight on a different airline that didn't fly through Canada. Who has another $1,700 in their pocket to cover such expense? A terrible financial hardship. I will NEVER use Kayak again to book travel."

Pros: "The view"
Cons: "The fact that they changed the gate and didn't bother to let anyone know until after the flight was actually meant to leave. Also leaving nearly two hours late."

Pros: "Free TV."
Cons: "Tiny seats. Guy behind me was loud and kept kicking/pushing my seat."

Cons: "your app is useless because it didn't even notify me on the changes to my flight."

Pros: "Professional, experienced crew."
Cons: "Food was no better than I remember from years ago- I forgot to pack my own lunch and wish I had."

Cons: "They wouldn't offer me any change of the flight unless I paid more than double what I originally paid for the airfare. I just lost an entire airfare because they're change fee's are too much, and they are also not allowing me to change the flight to cheaper prices that I've found available on both Kayak and Air Canada. I will never fly Air Canada again."
