Pros: "Air Canada business class is superior comfort."

Pros: "Air Canada business class is superior comfort."
Pros: "Everything except delay"
Cons: "3 hour delay thst redulted in missed connections in Seoul."
Pros: "The seating is well laid out and the service aboard the flight was excellent. Wonderful duck entree."
Pros: "Comfort and service"
Cons: "Had nit boarded any cognac or gochuchong hot pepper paste."
Pros: "Food was great for airplane food, there was bibimbap, jjajjangmyun and egg sandwich"
Cons: "Didn’t like being in a small seat for 10+ hours. Plane seemed more cramped than I remember"
Pros: "they had top movies, which helped me get through. The staff were friendly enough to not be rude and to do what they were suppose to on the flight. the food was good for the first meal, real chicken. second meal only had pork so luckily I had bought a burger in the airport before boarding since I do not eat pork. All my layover flights were on time with on time boarding/ departure which i Highly appreciated."
Cons: "I did not understand why they would use the same seat design they used for a 2-5 hour flight for a 11Hour Flight!! I had never experienced being that uncomfortable in my seat. I am used to flying 13hours straight but with comfortable and Padded! seats with room to move. the seats were not padded and there was little to no space to put your legs in a comfortable position. My back and neck were killing me in the last 2 hours."
Pros: "I liked the entertainment. The crew was very attentive."
Cons: "One of the meals wasn’t extremely desirable."
Pros: "Fairly comfortable flight. I enjoyed the new shading windows with no physical shutters"
Cons: "I did not like the glass in my food. I mentioned it to the flight attendent and she said I probably have nothing to worry about but took my information down."
Pros: "The flight crew went the extra mile to give good service. There were plenty of meals and snacks throughout the trip."
Cons: "The bathrooms are cramped, they are clean however. Seats are also very close together, others must get out if you are in a middle or window seat."
Pros: "Great Service."
Cons: "Nothing"
Cons: "I think the air quality on the flight from Toronto to Seoul was bad. I felt really neaseous for most of that flight and thought I would be sick on the landing. the illness went away completely once I landed and I didn’t experience it on the Asiana flight from Seoul to Phuket"
Pros: "Arrived at destination"
Cons: "Ground crew were horrible and unnecessarily rude It’s difficult to deal with hoards of people, I get it, but we were pleasant and cheerful and were treated with harsh indifference, decided to seek another agent and he was dismissive Everyone was treated like they were annoying and troublesome children! If AC would just find nice people who have a hint of compassion we’d accept being late and squashed"
Pros: "Many airlines have code share flights but it is better to buy ticket directly from the original airline as they keep on ignoring the code share flight bookings"
Cons: "Till last moment we were kept hanging if we will board or not as no seat number was allocated. I believe it was as we were from the code share airline not the real one"
Cons: "I wish there was more options with the seats. I would have liked to have my legs out more so they reached the part where I could rest them on the end which is raised and at the same time have my back in a more upright position. This plane did not have that option. I have had it on other planes."
Pros: "The flight was a little late due to weather but everything else about the trip was smooth and painless."
Cons: "The leg room was just adequate. The food was good but nothing too great."
Pros: "Great food"
Cons: "Uncomfortable chairs"
Pros: "Inonized windows"
Cons: "No"
Pros: "The seat comfort was wonderful. And the food was great."
Pros: "Movie"
Cons: "English subtitles for movie collections"
Pros: "After a bad connection, it was nice to have a smooth flight."
Pros: "Our flight was delayed an hour and a half about 18 hours before takeoff which was communicated to us before we got to the airport, so we got to sleep in later. We were unable to make our connecting flight because of the delay, but when we arrived in Toronto I had an email waiting to tell me that they had put us on another flight, which was direct, that would get us home at the same time we had been originally scheduled. The agent that we talked to once we got to Toronto also tried to get us on standby to another flight that would have gotten us home two hours earlier! Also, our bags made it home too after all of the changing! Great service, nice to have a charging station on board and the food was edible."
Cons: "That there were a lot of delays, but I'm sure that was beyond Air Canada's control as Toronto airport workers were on strike."
Cons: "Even the preferred seats in front are not that long legeooms. Unless it's exit row, don't waste your money on it."
Pros: "Seats were nice to recline and the in flight tv is much nicer than tablets etc. The in flight safety video is good and quick easy"
Cons: "Seriously? No free snacks? It's ridiculous that you want us to purchase snacks. Something small should be complimentary. Staff was in ok moods but a little edgy. The air was too cold."
Pros: "Plenty of Entertainment Choices"
Pros: "I had wheel chair service for transit"
Cons: "Layover time was not enough. I got 1 hour or so for transit. Ridiculous short"
Pros: "The new tinted windows are cool"
Pros: "Long slow lines. Insufficient signage for US Global Entry. Too few and slow US Customs. Largest plane ever flown to Florida from Northeast."
Pros: "We flew premium economy, and it was so much better than regular economy. Seating just two across made my wife's and my journey much easier. The crew was attentive when they needed to be, and the food was quite good. I managed to sleep several hours, which is about as good as it gets on a long haul flight."
Cons: "I was surprised at the selections available for movies and TV; not much that was appealing. Took a Singapore air flight a few days later and felt like the selections were better. But we brought an iPad and had downloaded House of Cards, so we were OK. Besides, I got to sleep."
Cons: "I did not fly to Montreal and I did not catch flight to Barcelona I am fling again tonight Toronto - Barcelona direct"
Pros: "Boarding process was smooth, staff was friendly and helpful, flight was safe and as comfortable as an overseas flight can be. I'll definitely consider Air Canada again and would recommend the airline to others considering it."
Pros: "Food service was good and staff was nice"
Cons: "Staff did not come often enough with water. Not as many snacks as I have gotten on Korean Airlines and Japan Airlines. Definitely better than American Airlines or United Airlines flights which are the worse example of how to provide excellent food and service. Short time allowance for flights connections since most flights from Chicago start off late. Look to carriers such as Luftansa, Jordan Air, Turkish Air as the right way to do things."
Pros: "Good boarding time, though the passengers were disorganized. It's not air Canada's fault. Even in the snow, we made good time to the destination."
Cons: "There was not enough room for many people's carry on items and staff did not help find space. Most of the passengers would not put their small bags under the seats so passengers with big bags had no choice but to give up foot space completely. Carry on limits should be better enforced."
Pros: "Low price with big value. The food was great and service felt like first class. The staff was friendly, courteous, professional and accommodating! Definitely recommend and will fly with Air Canada again!"
Cons: "The long layover, 14 hours"
Pros: "Constant ability to have water, decent selection of beverages. Food wasn't spectacular but was adequate."
Cons: "As a non Canadian I found the entertainment selection to be lacking. The movies and games were good however I have never heard of any of the musical artists and I found the tv selections lacking. Why only 2-3 episodes per show? The middle seat in economy had armrests narrower than my shoulders making it painful on my elbows"
Pros: "Entertainment, crew, boarding"
Cons: "Food"
Pros: "Crew were very nice"
Cons: "1. Plane had "mechanical" issues and was delayed 2. Seats are horribly uncomfortable 3. No free snacks or food at all on a 6 hours flight This was my first flight, and unless AC is significantly cheaper than other airlines, I won't me flying AC again as a result of the above."
Pros: "Excellent crews"
Cons: "Uncomfy seats, poor food taste"
Pros: "Same plane as the one I flew on the way to Toronto. It's a really nice plane."
Cons: "It was cancelled."
Pros: "Fast onboarding and the tinted windows for sleeping"
Cons: "Flight attendants weren't as friendly or willing to accomodate"
Pros: "Flight attendant's were friendly amid the circumstances."
Cons: "Our first flight was cancelled 15 minutes before scheduled take-off. upon being bumped to another flight two hours later, that flight was delayed two hours after an issue during take-off. We remained on the plane while mechanic/engineering staff rectified the problem. We booked a flight to save time on driving. We would have arrived earlier had we drove. I understand things happen, but the airline eneds to take responsibility and show some good customer service. Aside from the pilot, no apology given, no reimbursement offered. Disappinting. Air Canada is now a last-resort option for a frequent flyer like myself."
Pros: "Space in economy Windows were great"
Pros: "Brand new 787 with great service and comfort. Nice paint color."
Pros: "The stewards were very attentive and kind. My original seat was kind of squished and there were a few open seats on my flight. So a lovely stewards offered me another seat where I wouldn't be sandwiched between people."
Pros: "I love how the flight attendants were courteous and I did not feel neglected at all. I was a smooth flight and would gladly fly AIr Canada again"
Cons: "There was nothing that I did not like about the flight."
Pros: "The food was excellent and the seats were very comfortable. I also loved the blanket and slippers. Service was top notch!"
Cons: "Nothing. It was an excellent experience."
Pros: "Billy Bishop airport is awesome!"
Cons: "Flight was delayed and crew didn't accommodate a rebooking despite availability .. Although original flight did board soon after."
Pros: "Clean and new airplane"
Cons: "boarding process missing baggages unfriendly crews"
Pros: "The crew was nice and the flight was fairly comfortable."
Cons: "The entertainment selection was terrible. There needs to be a wider selection of movies."
Pros: "Very good individual entertainer system in seat backs of new boeing dream liner."
Cons: "Called in advance re special veg meal but they didn't have it at mealtime."
