Either the system was not working properly and/or the troubleshooting instructions were incorrect. This was a five hour flight with no entertainment, in a cramped seat."

Cons: "The seat hurt, it really should be comfortable if you’re going to sit in it for upwards of 7 hours. FOOOOD... something complimentary to give to your passengers who payed so much for a great trip and are now starving to death in the back seat, chewing on the magazines as nourishment."

Cons: "Uncomfortable seats! No access to music movies or kindle though it said it has free entertainment. Nobody knew how to get access to the movies. Instructions are wrong and loop around with no results. Attendant said she’d comp a drink but didn’t . Boarded late and disorderly. Mean gate lady. Left an hour late. Home an hour late."
Pros: "Fairly smooth itinerary. Clean plane and friendly workers. Cramped seats, no entertainment system, three pretzel snack and not enough overhead space with everyone trying to cram too many personal items onboard makes for a frustrating experience. Not enough competition amongst Canadian operators. Expensive flight for such a short trip yet still a nickel and dime operation. Hopefully service will improve."

Cons: "I know that snacks are not a major factor on a flight but when there is the exact same choice of Lotus cookies and pretzels on every single flight it is really boring. By the end of three flights over a long day, it’s pretty awful."
Pros: "Too much fog so plane could not land. Had to rebook out of Toronto for the late afternoon. Crew was very accommodating with my reschedule."

Cons: "Very bumpy ride, wished it was cancelled. I was motion sick the entire ride, and no water was provided until four hours in, and while I understand it was due to turbulence, perhaps if it is too bumpy to serve water for the first four hours we should not be flying at all. Also very little food is provided for a 5.5 hour trip, two biscuits is not sufficient and as we landed near midnight there are not many options to acquire quick food either."

Cons: "When we were boarding, I was supposed to give my little case for check in. I had gone through many hoops to make the carry on happen ( all cosmetics in little containers, restricted space overall) and then, just because I was in Zone three and all the spaces were taken, I had to hand in my suitcase. Suggestion: could the above space be reserved for the passengers who sit right underneath?"
Cons: "My ticket/reservation was not found by WestJet. I had to buy a new ticket. Flight Network or Emirates screwed up. I will need you and them to reemburse me. Please investigate."

It would be amazing if on my way back to Calgary I can have a better option?"

Cons: "Seats were damn uncomfortable and tight. The attendant making the announcements spoke soon fast, you had to wonder if she is running a marathon....I could hardly hear her full sentences. One of the serving attendant was a tad patronising and slightly annoying. Like no one wants to listen to "innuendos" at that time of the night."

Cons: "Was flying alone with my 8-month baby. At five hours in he needed a break from sitting on my lap. After standing for a while (in the least in-the-way spot we could find) a flight attendant began to get huffy each time she passed and finally asked pointedly if she could get something for us. I offered to go back to my seat which she said would be helpful. In hindsight I think she could have given us a little more grace given the age of the baby and length of flight, or at least have explained the situation more politely!"
