(Staff allowed it to be a bit pushy and chaotic and people were able to force their way in line, ahead of those who had been waiting in line.) Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."

As the arrival was little late, all the passengers have missed their connection flights in Toronto and there was no notification or communication made on the new flight. When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

Pros: "Traveled fron SFO to CDG on AF in business class on an A 380. Lounge in SFO was smallish and not many choices in the food bar. Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."

I’m writing this on behalf of my Mother who travelled in the air india flight. Worst ever flight experience. Screens were not working, crew was not helping, food was terrible. My mother asked for a cup of warm water, and the crew didn’t show up at all. And it happened every time. She had to get up from the chair and get it herself and she saw the crew was laughing and giggling sitting in the corner paying no heed to travelers at all. Shameful behavior.. And How can you be an Indian Airlines and serve the worst Indian food ever. TATA- You have a big mess to clean. Hopefully you’ll get better.

There was nothing that was a Wow factor. The plane was late by 3 hrs. Initially it was delayed by one hr which was moved to 2 hours. We boarded the plane with an expectation of 2 hours delay and then had to be in the plane for one more hour before it took off. I have travelled in Air India ( only because of patriotism!!!!) many times even though every time I travelled there was a problem. I travelled most recently in November 2021 and May 2022. Both times the plane was delayed. In November my return trip was delayed by 14 hours. The staff was totally unorganized and extremely rude. Same trip the connecting plane from Delhi to Jammu was cancelled. The planes are breaking apart and are dirty...... I still travel in Air India with hope and very high expectation from Tatas.......
Most of the screens and remove doesn’t work. Food was served just twice and no coffee/tea in between for such long journeys. Staff were nice, food was ok for vegetarians.

Entertainment was very bad. Touch was not working and remote was stuck and unable to operate. Tried managing through remote somehow, but then volume issue was there. You should check all tv's before passenger boards the flight. It's a 16 hour flight, entertainment should be good. Food was okay.
