Boarding was not done by groups, I end up storing my bag in the bin by the end of the plane while my seat was at the beginning and this was delaying my exit upon arrival. Not good experience having connected flight.

I had a good flight. No complaints.
The employees were very nice and helpful.
Our itinerary was a little confusing, because it said british airways, but we were flying on aer lingus. So we went to the wrong gate at first, luckily we had shown up early amd that gave us plenty of time to make it to the correct gate.
Flight wasn’t full so it was great to be able to stretch out!
One older cabin female attendant was quite arrogant - otherwise all good!

Audio plug for my seat was broken, but I slept so it worked out Kay.
Cleared Gatwick security fine. Boarding was fine. Departed gate on-time.
Got 200 yards from the gate only to park in another stand, the plane shut down and waited an hour for engineers to come fix a ‘communication computer’ error (basically they had to reboot the plane).
I thought the staff were helpful and professional. I had enough legroom and there was room for my wedding dress to be hung, although it was slightly small.
There was a lot of turbulence but I know this is not the fault of the airline. Additionally, the in-flight entertainment was not working properly and this had to be reset on request. There were no wet towels/wipes to wipe our hands.
