Pros: The extra legroom in the Classic Package Seats.

Cons: The snacks where a little on the dull tasteless side.

Pros: nothing - they misinformed me left and right so I couldnt make properly informed decisions and then denied me boarding and told me to pay for a new flight after having spent over 750 and 3 days 2 nights at the airport due to the mishaps.

Cons: staff that gives the correct information so u can properly plan for the check in and boarding procedures and compassion to advocate to let me onto the flight they made me jump thru hoops just to get onto.

Pros: There is nothing to like about the flight

Cons: There was no entertainment , no food for a 4 hour flight. The flight is more expensive than other airlines. I will not recommend or flight with them again. The flight was full and I think the route is profitable to them. I guess if you can exploit people, why not do it.

Pros: Flight was on time. Seats were comfortable. Plenty of food was included in the flight. And service was good.

Cons: Greater weight allowance for carry-on luggage.

Pros: The flight was without a hitch. One of the washroom in the plane was out of service but it was a non-issue. My vegetarian meal was the same from my departure flight but still ok. The mac and cheese for kids meal was also not bad. Entertainment was also good. There were a lot of choices for all ages.

Cons: We waited for a few minutes at the corridor for the shuttle to take us to the plane. Maybe there was only 1 shuttle instead of 2 to take the passengers.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, crew very helpful, punctuality....

Cons: We were flying from JFK to heathrow to Tel Aviv. Israel declared that they we’re going to mandate all persons coming in for 14 days. British Airways did not cancel our flight and would not give us a refund. They would only rebook our flight to several weeks later. We booked our flight months ago because the specific time we booked was convenient for us. Our new flight is not convenient for us and we don’t want to go to a country that we will have to be quarantined in. We were very disappointed.

Pros: Crew was attentive - the service from SJC is much better than SFO - less crowded etc. New 787 and Premium Econ is great.

Pros: My flight was canceled a week before take-off, due to COVID19

Pros: We (my wife and I) are able to sear together in a two-seat configuration.

Cons: Seat space and even worse when people in front of us move the seat back...I, as a rule, do not want to bother those behind so, as a rule I do not move my seat from the upright position..

Cons: There was a delay of 4 hours to board from Montreal to Paris. with not any justification or valuable reason from the crew.

Cons: Our flight seemed to have only 1 toilet at the back of the plane that passengers were allowed to use so there was always a line. There was a second toilet in the crew area at the back and it seemed that they could have offered passengers to use that.

Cons: Plane late due to electrical failure. Manchester airport, stuck on bus because driver couldn't open the door.

Pros: I almost missed my next flight from Dublin to Chicago. There was not enough time between flights with current security measures. Your site should not have suggested those two flights so close.

Cons: Dublin was difficult off boarding, had to take a bus and multiple multiple steps and escalators. Difficult for people trying to connect in under 90 minutes

Cons: Headphone jack still requires an adapter. Free headphones are very uncomfortable and don’t sound great. Just give out free adapters or change the jacks please. Announcements were super loud in the headphones.

Cons: Opodo messed up my booking. I reached the airport only to find out that the booking was cancelled by Opodo though I received an email from Opodo 24 hours before advising me to check in on the flight. As I was busy with some construction work at home I thought I would check in at the airport. Opodo advisors were not helpful on the phone and I ended up missing a family get together due to their incompatibility.

Pros: They were nice, rushed through beverages, but since it was a short flight that's understandable.

Cons: The top cushion on the seats could be less bulky.

Cons: The airline made people unnecessarily nervous by posting a very early boarding time so people thought they had to jump in line in customs when, in fact, we all had the same departure times and all had plenty of time.

Cons: Flight was delayed once we had boarded, so we had to sit at the gate for about 2 hours, which was not the crew's fault of course, however, they could have offered drinks. Once we finally got in the air, they only offered purchasable snacks in a way that was confusing--and did not even come through the cabin with complimentary drinks. Given the circumstances, and the fact the time in our seats was extended by over two hours, there could have been some better service from the actual flight attendants. It should have been clearly stated at the beginning of the flight, and once more when we were in the air, that no complimentary drinks were going to be handed out, and if we wanted anything, we would need to purchase it. I wouldn't have minded purchasing if I had known that was my only option.
