my luggage got badly damaged

As a result, i lost the money, the passenger did not fly, and no refund was issued. this is the first time i ever heard of such BS. Not happy."

Pros: "The planes were fantastic, wish all other airlines provided the same amenities. There was ample leg room (even in the economy peasant class), there were innovative changes in the pullout tray, beverage holder, convenience of charging devices, a mirror, specific pockets for books/glass cases/snacks. And a very comfortable headrest which made snoozing easier."
Cons: "Contacting TAP Customer Service was a nightmare. It took forever before anyone answered the phone &, when they did, it was VERY difficult to understand their English. Forget reaching ANYONE after 9 pm; ditto for trying to do anything online, e.g., checking in, picking seats, modifying reservations, etc. If you are forced to do anything at night, prepare yourself for total frustration."

Cons: "The hospitality of the airline crew is very poor as they are extremely rude to their customers. The planes I flew on were very out of date and not comfortable for international travel. I have flown on many airlines, but these planes were by far the worst. Cheap price, for a reason. The seats didn’t recline, the food was terrible, no options were given for food, and the movies were pre-picked. No one had a choice in what they watched. Very outdated. I had 2.5 hours to board my connecting flight and they caused me to miss it. As I waited in the customs line entering Lisbon, I asked a TAP representative if I’d have to get out of the line up and go right through as my flight left at 2:10 pm. They said you will make it, stay in line. I get near the front of the line 2 hours later... hundreds of people were in this line and they only had 2/10 customs agents available!!! I ask another representative how far my gate is since my flight leaves in 30 min and she told me “no you missed it. but don’t worry others will be missing it too”. So no I did not miss it, you caused me to miss it cause I already asked if I would and you people told me no. I run to the gate, which has now changed to the other end of the airport, so I run to that gate and it is 10 min before the flight is to take off. I ask the desk agent at the gate and he tells me the flight has already left. Others had missed it too due to the insane customs line up. So the plane left 20 mins earlier than scheduled with only half it’s passengers..... unbelievable!!! When I went to the service desk they did not show any sympathy or apologetic behaviours whatsoever."

Cons: "Next-day connecting flight after a delayed arrival and involuntary stopover in Porto due to air traffic over LIS. This time around, the flight took off an hour late because of [guess...] air traffic. Well, my dear LIS management, that's how you sink your national carrier."

I when you schedule a flight you should try to take off on time because it can be disruptive for everyone. And when you sell discount tickets at least say you are going to charge 45 dollars for the bag... i wouldn't purchase any discount offer"
Cons: "I booked these tickets for my friends Jamal Wiggins and Anthony Maxwell and they are still Lisbon. They are still in Lisbon! Their flight, 1306, had been delayed for almost 6 hours. The gate keeps changing and they've been getting ther run around all day. No food vouchers. This is horrendous. I am here at Prague airport. We only have a few days here and now one day is gone. They should be reimbursed! We are paying 400 euros for hotel rooms that aren't even being used because of this delay."

Pros: "Both check ins (to and from Boston) the staff were rude. No information, just alot of speaking Portuguese to other staffers while my family and I stood there. The flight and crew were good, clean, kind and efficient."
Cons: "There was a strike in Lisbon. Thousands of people trying to go through security and four people working the booths. Plus NO information. Just chaos, bad feelings and HOURS of standing in lines. Stressful. Will NEVER go to Lisbon again."
Pros: "Honestly I didn't like anything because before I boarded , I was charged for all my luggage . They said that tap changed there policy , how I suppose to know ? Why didn't it say anything while purchasing a ticket"

Pros: "Seats were comfortable in economy although no one is ever happy with how little they recline, crew was friendly and helpful. Entertainment selection was larger than most airlines I've flown on."
Cons: "Flight left Toronto at midnight, the crew served a meal and it was about 2 hours after departure that the cabin lights were finally turned off. On an overnight, overseas flight, turn off the lights and service breakfast with a noon arrival like all the flights I've taken to London do."
Pros: "The food in Economy was way better than usual U.S. airline food. Ground staff in Newark were helpful in retrieving a book I left on the plane. Captain had the seat belt sign off early and turned it back on late in descent which allowed people to visit the restrooms. Video entertainment was good."
Cons: "Captain should have made more P.A. announcements during the coast in over Cape Cod to point out areas of interest"

Cons: "First flight was delayed by just a half an hour and we arrived in Portugal. We had a connecting flight to AMS with also TAP and had a two hour window to make the next flight with the same company (TAP). We were in line for passport and then security and talked to several TAP employees and they said we would be have time and wouldn't have a problem catching the second flight. Well, we got through the lines with 30 min before our next flight and they wouldn't let us on. Customer service and organization of the airline is really poor. The aircraft had minimal room and no entertainment. We got on our next flight five hours later and all they gave us was a $10 food voucher. So poorly managed."

Cons: "On a non- stop flight from Madrid to Portugal which I checked in 2 hours early for my bags and those of 15 other people were LOST.I did not receive my bag for 28 hours! They only deliver once a day. Additionally, they charge extra for everything you can imagine. Any weight over their limit is 105 euros."

Pros: "Food was gross I couldn't even eat it. The soup came in a paste and the beef tasted expired, I saw a hair on my rice. Just awful, for the entire flight from Lisbon to Miami I didn't eat it was just disgusting. I've flown and never had such an awful experience with the food."
Cons: "Tasted bad, unsanitary. I found a hair and the food just looks like something I would give my dog."
Pros: "Flight was overbooked. TAP Portugal removed me from the flight without warning (I was already at the airport, with plenty of time to spare), and is now making it nearly impossible to get a refund. Would NOT recommend flying with them."
